They may have given the store a makeover but it definitely is still making me wish it was a Kwik trip. I’d like to see management take some pride in this location.

If you only need to fill up with gas this Casey's is fine for that, but if you want any of their food options, totally avoid this location. Kitchen is never staffed and there's never any hot or cold food available. Was much better when this location was a Tri-Par, they must have known how to pay their employees a decent wage and retain workers, something Casey's clearly can't do. Just another awful national chain that can't serve their community.

Breadsticks are served raw. Showed up after the 30 minute wait time and get this because they rushed to get it done. Raise your wait time if you have to rush and don't serve food raw

Not sure what the problem is but no window washing fluid in the containers. I thought this place cared more about their customers. Been empty for awhile.

Had high hopes for caseys over time actually befriended the staff and manager. As time went on the wife was looking for employment the manager at the random lake location then suggested she(wife) to apply the store manager hired her. Wife loved the job, but as time went one, the harassment started. The other employees are afraid of the women (manager) and she feeds off that. Caseys as a whole is great, but the management is horrible which causes a ripple affect to what the public has to deal with when coming in to this establishment. Expired food or bakery because management doesn't train the employees on how to work a first in first out stock rotation. There's never hot food or cold sandwiches available. The place smells of raw sewage on a weekly basis. Staff is disrespectful but that's what you get when management is leading by example it's what there taught. Employees talk about customers while there still in the store in a negative way, And once my wife had enough of the disrespect from management and corperate not helping her she respectfully told them she would not be working for them anymore. A week later Management approached me while in the store making a purchase and told me that I as well as my wife are no longer aloud to shop there. Mind you my wife left there with zero infractions and or disciplinary infractions or write ups and never missed a scheduled day of work. After reading the reviews of others in the community there seems to be consistent pattern here where this location is being horribly miss managed. The store manager never comes outta the office never helps the poor kids that work beneath her. She threatens her employees with termination if she doesn't get what she wants. She lies to customers as well as her employees. Many of the staff are unsanitary. I feel that I'm beating a dead horse here and kinda sporadic with this complaint/review but hey I got the luxury of seeing first hand how management treats or favors employees and personally got the unfortunate encounter with the manager herself today and just how disrespectful of human being she is. The fact that my wife quit we are no longer aloud to shop at this location.This is a small town and word spreads fast im amazed casey's hasn't been boycotted yet for all the negative experiences they have provided for random lake community. They need a new face and need to make some major changes or they'll continue to lose what little business they still have.

I left a 5 star review a few years back. Wow, has this place changed for the worse. Customer service is horrible. Food is decent if you get lucky. I'd avoid this place like the plague. Only reason for 2 stars is cheaper gas in Sheboygan county.

Stopped to grab some lunch. Nobody in the kitchen and the lights were off. The phone was left ringing and ringing. First Casey's that I've been to with no food.

Clean and convenient. Great gas station. Could definitely give Kwik trip a good rivalry if the store was better organized and the floor plan made things more accessible. I think having that huge counter in front takes too much view from the products, leading to less spontaneous buying but hey, I don't have any complaints to that as a consumer. Lol Im not sure but this place seems to be put here on review as a restaurant. It's not. As far as I could tell it only has foods like Kwik trip that are under warming lights. Stuff like that plus other gas station things. Which it is. A gas station / convenient store .

Tripar was great, Casey’s is awful. Pumps are often not working, window washing buckets empty every time, no pump side trash cans, pump receipt tape empty, etc. Stop here as a last resort to use the restrooms and then move on to spend elsewhere.

No prepared hot food available, cooler with prepared food and snacks was bare. Worst Casey's I've ever visited.

They don't have any hot food, they don't have any cold sandwiches and don't have a microwave to heat the few frozen items they have.
