There were young kids in street clothes roaming around the back kitchen areas eating and screwing around. One of them was doing the drive thru window was vaping. Nearly everyone was messing around on their phones. Then I got incorrect food and sauce no receipt and took a very long time. I should have followed my instincts and just stopped somewhere with at least some standards.

McDonalds for breakfast is pretty standard. The food was fine and hot when served. I would not recommend the cinnamon roll unless you eat it immediately. It is microwaved, so after a short time, it becomes hard as a rock if not eaten right away. They were out of orange juice.

Stopped by for a coffee. The staff were happy and upbeat. I had 2 people ask me if I was taken care of in the short time I was there. It was a high school age staff and they all seemed very professional and focused.

Went to McDonald's in Fredonia around 2:30 afternoon 7-15-23 and ordered a orange HC and fish felay with cheese. Expecting a dried out old fish felay sandwich.But when I got my order by a beautiful smiley young girl! Saying have a great day! With a Great attitude! I was very impressed! And the fish felay sandwich was hot and fresh 😋 Best McDonald's in Ozaukee County.! Thank you!

This McDonald's shares a space with a gas station. Parking is very limited. Staffing is short. When it's busy, expect your food to be incorrectly made and not as fast as you would expect from a McDonald's. On the plus side, this is a Killian's McDonald's so the management will make it up to you if you've had a bad experience.

They were averagely fast for a McDs. Good atmosphere, it was clean. Would come again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience this morning with the staff. Rob, one of the employees at this location, took such great care of us. Our food was perfect, and he always has a great attitude and spirit when serving us. He's one of the reasons why we keep coming back

Well let's start with my order was incorrect. The boxs were marked right with what shouldn't be on it. Then I got home and opened everything to eat and the special had everything on it. How do you put the tag on and make it wrong anyways. The fries were cold. I was so upset and didn't want to drive 20 minutes back and then 20 minutes back home. What a waste of money. I gave one of the buyers to the dog and my family wouldn't eat the ones with everything on it. So I ended up making them something else and threw away more then half the order. The kids were doing a good job but the manager was swearing and the kids even said she didn't know what she was doing!!!

Slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Told to wait at drive through ordering area and then proceeded to go get food to then wait an additional 10 minutes. I literally wrote this review --waiting-- for my food. I did use the app to order the food, so I didn't have to wait when I arrived, and there was nobody else in line ahead of me. Not sure, I will ever come back. They are either understaffed, incompetent, or both.

Rob was supreme offering the best service possible. Helped all 14 of us with ease. Super nice and funny guy. Food was all fresh and we got everything we ordered no problem

Fredonia McDonalds....We had excellent customer service by a very nice young man with brown hair and a nice smile! Patient and helpful.
