Food was good as always, but the service was terrible. I've gone here multiple times and its always like I'm ordering from the soup n@zi from Seinfeld. The redhead always seems to have issues with everyone, I smile but she just rolls her eyes and ignores me. I ordered two bowls and she threw them on the counter. It feels like I'm unwelcomed guest that she hates.

I like to order the bowls because I am gluten free which makes this one of the few options for fast food. Then manager was helpful and friendly. The queso and chips is a perfect appetizer. I always have leftovers for the next day.

Qdoba line is 11 people deep with a stack of to go order tickets, the three employees are working hard to catch up though it is sloooow and the presumed owner is standing over their shoulder glaring; not offering to help just glaring! At them, at the customers, at the wall... just glaring. Seriously dude, sit in your office and glare at the security monitor like a normal boss villain. No lie, I had the opportunity to watch him for about 10 minutes and all he did was glare and refill chip bin once. Oh also, clean the light fixtures and metal bars above your bar! Yuck!

Took my fiancé there for lunch. The staff behind the counter had an attitude. Ordered bowls, the worker grabbed the bowls and threw them on the counter. Won’t return to this location again. If I wanted food with an attitude I would have not bothered and cooked my own.

Had to stop in and get a chicken and beef burrito with pico de gallo, black beans and a 2 cheese blend. Rocky said she hoped I'd like it, it was delicious Rocky and thanks for being a great representation of hospitality and customer service ✌🏽

Wait in line forever to get your food made with extremely slow service. Then to get to the register and the system crashes. Cash payments only no one can get their food. They should’ve at least done something for the customers that waited in line that long for slow service tonight.

It’s a fast food restaurant, so the service is going to be dependent on who you happen to run into. Obviously they rotate through employees regularly. But in general they have always been friendly and competent. They keep the place pretty clean and it is equally good as any Qdoba you will visit. If you figure out exactly which ingredients are the perfect combination for your particular taste, I think anybody could thoroughly enjoy this food. it’s pretty delicious

This was a nice place, similar to Costa Vida and Cafe Rio. It was relatively clean and the employees were fun. They did well with all the kids we brought through too. I got a pulled pork burrito with some white rice, black beans, lettuce, and sour cream. The ingredients were spread out pretty well. It tasted good. I have no complaints!

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Lately, the food has gone downhill but tonight was absolutely terrible. The brown rice was rock hard, I had them remake my bowl and they made it with the same rice. Rock hard once again. So I didn't eat. Everything that was under the light on the buffet looked old and dried out. My husband got nachos, with a bunch of broken chips. They wanted to charge us for more chips. Atmosphere wasn't friendly or accommodating. Keep your money and go to a better establishment. This place is just trash.

Burrito was the smallest Qdoba burrito I've ever ordered. Every scoop of every ingredient was below full. I might have to stop somewhere else to get more food after that snack. Customer service was meh, which led me not to correct the workers and ask for full scoops (female cashier was nice though). Overall, the quality was not consistent with other Qdobas.

For the most part I dodge chains when I’m on the road with very few exceptions. Qdoba is one of them. I’m sure there must be a bad one with bad service somewhere but I’ve never found one. Great service and fresh food!! Way to go Qdoba!!

Went to the store and was picking up for me and another person. My gf chose one of the featured menu items that had all of the options already selected for you, but when I got there the staff were clueless and were super snappy and rude when I tried describing the item. Still good food but horrible customer service and I don't dine in because the tables and floor are sticky and usually have food on them

The surf and turf with the lime shrimp were amazing! Portions were fair, though I would have liked more shrimp. It's always a treat when I come here to get burrito bowls.

Super friendly staff, especially during lunch time rush... Fresh food... It was my BF first time there, and we will definitely be back!!!

The evening of Sunday 3/12/23 you made me the best chicken queso burrito I've ever had. I mean the best burrito I've ever had. You're the best I've ever had. I hope this reaches the people who were working, they deserve praise and proper compensation. I also ordered 2 kids taco meals and street tacos for my wife, it was all delicious.

Very disrespectful and workers give smirks the whole time while making your food and you ask for extra anything. They claim they would like to make it better and to email them at their customer service email but they never get back to you. They’re lucky the food is good but the worst service in town. Should probably make it right by responding to emails.

Always a mixed feeling experience when going here. I like the food, good flavor but not always what I ordered. Maybe work on getting orders correct. On the other hand even if it's not what I ordered its still delicious

All staff and manager just hanging out, looking at their phones while every single table hadn't been wiped down and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Some food sanitation concerns too. Just not well run.

The food was ok. Definitely could have given out bigger portions. The taco shell for my taco salad was very chewy. I felt like I was being pushed through an assembly line. There is no question of how it looks or anything. Restaurant was clean so that's a plus.

A great place for yummy food! Very hard to improve upon, but if there is one improvement to be made it would be to have a live Mariachi band, and then to improve on that band by having the lead singer of that band sing as a death metal rocker! Other than that the food is fresh, the place is clean, and the staff is awesome!

every time i go im greeted shortly after entering the door and the staff is so friendly and helpful when ordering and asking questions about anything. food is always so delicious and the burritos are always packed bigger then my mouth

Really good food, chips are always nice and crunchy. The line moves pretty fast. I jus decided to stop in and try some and have been hooked since. Keep up the good work.

Good quality food but portions have gone down. When this place first opened you would get huge burritos. They have slowly shrunk. I'm lucky this last burrito I bought was about the size of my fist. 10 bucks.

Ok. Food was Luke warm. Staff were friendly. Very hard to eat the burrito using the plastic fork and knife. First , the tin plate does not sit still and twirls in circles making it difficult to control. The plastic fork was way too flimsy and simply did not work. The plastic knife, the one with huge teeth, did not cut through the tortilla.

Qdoba never disappoints. It's a great fast food mexican restaurant. I love the burrito bowl. It's basically everything you'd have in your burrito only in a dish with chips on the side👍

Good, quick and not to expensive. Had surf and turf, $12. Good portion, a little on the cool side, beefsteak stood around around to long.overall, good.

This place is just hands down the best Mexican fast food chain (other than panchos) there could be. The price for the burritos is cheap AND always get your money worth. Sometimes my burrito is so packed it has to ge double wrapped. This is where my husband goes to get me food that cheers me up. I've been eating qudoba for at least 4 years now lol. I was a loyal customer to taco bell but no matter that location, my order was always wrong. Qudoba never screws up, love you 😩

Our experience this evening was not very good. After one of our party placed their order, the staff then started an online order, before finishing all three of our orders. Multiple sodas were out in the soda machine. No napkins were in the napkin dispensers. One employee finally brought a few over and just laid them on the counter. The spoons, forks and straws are no longer individually wrapped, but the knives are. Most of the tables were dirty. The queso we ordered was cold. Just overall a bad experience.

Worker insisted on making a quesadilla without shredded cheese… madness. 0 stars if I could do it

The food was good, the service was good. They really need to hire more employees. Those poor guys are over worked and you can see it on their faces. I'm giving three starts to the company in general. Treat your team members better and they'll stay.
