    Went here are 4 pm on 6/8/2022.. Staff was very nice. Helpful. Great service and very clean. We got the chips and salsa then had unlimited salad and soup. Everything as very hot and or fresh! Really a good deal! People next to us and had some huge burgers and let me snap some pics.

    Very pleasant experience. Food was good. Facility was clean. Restroom was clean. And the wait staff was friendly. I also appreciated the expert use of painters tape and signage.

    It was good, even being busy & apparently short handed in the kitchen. We don't eat out often, so it was a good experience. The unsweetened tea is good. The strawberry lemonade was tasty. You pay straight on the little tablets at the tables

    We have been going to Chili’s for years and the entire place has changed. We were extremely hungry and had to wait over 15 minutes to just get a margarita. We ordered appetizers and a meal. We NEVER got our appetizers until AFTER the meal. Wow! It took well over a half hour for the meal. We were trying to be nice and patient because they are short staffed but we will NOT be back any time soon!

    I have come here often because my Mom likes the ribs. I also liked that we could pick from the sides. The menu has changed and not for the better. Now it shows an additional charge for the sides. I asked the waitress why we can't pick our sides anymore. She said that we can. I mentioned that they now cost extra. She told me that if the change is reasonable they can swap it. We did get to choose our sides but this is confusing. Most people will not ask any questions but will just order whatever comes with the dinner not knowing they can change the sides. I also noticed there isn't a small side salad as an option. They do offer a side salad for $5.49 but no option to swap coleslaw or potato for a small side salad. I'd prefer a small salad over a small cup of coleslaw but I'm not going to pay $5.49 on top of a dinner that I'm already paying $18.00 for. It would be nice if they would swap the salad for an additional $2.00. I would pay for that swap. The food is okay but they just don't have enough options.

    It was an hour wait to be seated, so I decided to dine elsewhere. Everyone's struggling to find workers, so I get it. But I sure wanted my baby back ribs 🥺

    The waiting was for a least an hour,and all the time the we were there I was facing the door and I notice people waiting by the door and the young attendance doesn't even look at them like ignoring them. Then when they finally got their attention they decided to leave until the second party ask why was the hold up she just said they didn't have enough staff.I didn't believe that at all also there was a hole section of seats next to us and I thought why they don't open that area but like she said short on staff.This is why some chain restaurants loose their stores bad management 🤔 nothing else and bad employees. The food was terrible, salty as f the waiting time was also a factor big time and the service uff.we usually eat at green bay wisconsin but this time we was in sheboygan and ohh boy we order the chicken strips with the ribs and fajitas with rice and to drink lemonade everything was terrible salty as f and the lemonade taste like they cleaned the dishes with that water. So management please go to the store and make this right. I'm always please when I go to the store in green bay not this time.

    I always have good food at Chili’s! If there is any issue whatsoever, they go above and beyond to correct it! That’s what great service is all about!

    Pretty much the same as any other Chili’s. They run this one fairly well. The staff is large and regularly rotating which is common in nearly all restaurants these days. They are always friendly and attentive. Obviously that diminishes when they are very busy. My only complaints are that they don’t clean the menus, salt shaker, ketchup, etc. as often as they should, And when I get a burger and fries, the fries are cold and stale at least 2/5 times. My last visit was the worst fries I’ve been served. They must have been done at least 10 minutes before they got to me. They were room temperature and the temperature that day where I was sitting was 60 degrees. I needed my jacket on to be comfortable. Most of the time the food is great.

    We went to chili’s at 9 at night and they couldn’t serve a family of five. PATHETIC. 25 minute wait. no line. open tables. only 5 people and you still couldn’t serve us. Well now you just lost service and a bad review.

    This was our first time eating at a Chili's. They did not disappoint the food arrived to the table fresh and hot. And exactly how we ordered it. Super friendly staff and clean restaurant and bathrooms.

    Ordered a curbside, ended up having to walk inside after waiting for 40 minutes and wait even more for them to give me the food, it was cold and soggy by that time. I hope it was just a fluke being so incredibly unprepared. I swear there was 20 people in the kitchen and only 3 of them looked to be working.

    Thank you to all the staff at this location for the great experience! Food was awesome, our server was attentive and nice and food came out really fast… didn’t know if I was at chilis our jimmy johns with the speed and accuracy you gave. HAVE A HAPPY SUNDAY :)

    Overall, A 2 . Service is never the same. It's either great or terrible. And there's no in between. Food is Eh. Same. Either great or terrible. Just wish the staff would slow down and actually listen and treat customers like Family instead of another Check. Pretty pricey for the portions in my opinion. Visited tonight and was checked on one time. Server got multiple things wrong. Was without a soda for half the meal. Had to seat my self. No one would even walk me to the booth. They just pointed across the restaurant and said over there is fine. This contributes to my low rating.

    2 people working behind bar. 4 people left after they weren't done and paid there bill. There mess was just left on the bar. It's been a half hour already and no staff member has even made an attempt to clean it up. Thank goodness they have not had any one that has wanted to sit at the bar. Have not seen the manager for over a half hour either to maybe make sure that gets done. Not a very good way to promote cleanliness in today's world. We will see how long it takes them.

    Bone-in wings were good. I ordered a double bacon barbecue burger. Though the taste was good, I wasn't a fan of the bread. My wife ordered the fajitas, they looked very good.

    I was hungry for Chili's so decided to get a late lunch there. It was just after the lunch rush. Several people were waiting to be seated. It took a few minutes and I was seated. I was given a menu to look over. My table was dirty from the previous customer it was never wiped down. I had to request my table to be wiped off because I was not having my food or drink sit on a dirty table...... Hello COVID is still out there! So eventually my server came and took my order. It was a simple order nothing complicated. Well nothing came as what I ordered. Things were missing that I had ordered and some completely wrong. I was never given silverware or napkins. Try eating cold and dry mashed potatoes with your fingers. The croutons were stale that were on the salad and barley any dressing came with it.... My steak was ok but a little tough, the potatoes were very dry and not very hot, my vegetable was not what I ordered, I didn't even finish my entire meal because it was not that good. The service was just ok. They were trying to play catch up after the lunch rush. As people were leaving absolutely no tables were being cleaned off. Only a few customers were left but more than half the tables had dirty dishes on them with no one cleaning them off. I'm not sure exactly what is going on at Chili's but it's definitely gone down hill since I was last there. The place was not very clean at all, the service was mediocre at best, the food was just ok, I understand that everywhere is short staff but that's no excuse for not doing your job! Restaurant work can be difficult if you get busy, but when taking the orders be sure to write everything down so the kitchen staff can read it and check for changes and confirm the order is correct. Being busy or short staff is no excuse for not cleaning up after each customer as they leave. Where is the manager during this? Why are they not helping out with things? Right now unless Chili's cleans up there act I will not be back ..... Cleanliness is a priority now in any restaurant! COVID is still out there and restaurant's need to keep everything clean or shut down because no one should be exposed to a dirty restaurant while enjoying a meal out! And the customer service needs to improve before I'll think about going back to chili's....

    Ate with extended family. After eating at a Chili's in another city was afraid spices might be too much. I ordered Cajun as was recommended and spices were red pepper sprinkles over the top not at all too spicy. Thin chips were too salty for heart patients. Salsa was good and everyone at our table enjoyed their food choices.

    Loved it. I enjoyed my meal. Was surprised at how quickly the entree came out after the appetizer. Waitstaff was very knowledgeable even though he said he's been there only a few months. Atmosphere was exactly what I expected. I will be back again soon.

    Their menu always has lots of variety for anyone in your party. My family stopped for my birthday a week ago. The waitress was friendly and got our orders correct. She checked on us a few times to check on drinks. Once she found out it was my birthday, she had a hot fudge sundae made for me with extra spoons to share. (no charge for that) I enjoy their chips and salsa and especially love the chicken enchilada soup. Everyone enjoyed their meals. (from ribs, to burgers, to salads, to soup... all delicious!)

    The chips and dip we had was really good. The hostess was warm and welcoming today, a different one who worked last time we went was harsh. We orders our food and it took sometime to get to us. We were never checked on and never was offered even more water. A bit disappointed in the customer service but the food was fine.

    Normally a delicious bite with minimum waits for seating or food. But today something really bugged me. My kid who has autism accidentally touched another patron and I did yell at him for doing it. I had to listen to this person belittle and say things like make sure his greasy paws didn't ruin my jacket and then get free dessert because he touched her once. Yes it's hard enough to take him out sometimes... but I don't need to hear her or others and then to offer something free. It ruins an experience. It's not like he threw food or smacked her with a drink.
