Room was okay, could use a bit more decoration. Biggest downsizing was the smell at the reception and the hallway due to the open kitchen. Service was also okay! Because of the good location and the fact I really just need to sleep there I would go there again.

Great place. With the wooden interior it really sets itself apart from other hotels. Very friendly staff too. We brought our dog and they were very understanding of the little barks. Close to a park, so thats a plus.

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff that speaks several languages, water as courtesy, very good breakfast, the rooms are spacious and well designed. Shower is strong, large and the bathroom is very spacious as well. Cleaning was impeccable. A clear recommendation in Eupen.

Really nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff! You could order breakfast or other meals to your room which is great in these times! Only thing for us was we felt really hot at night and there was no way to fix that. 😅 But other than that excellent hotel and fully recommend!

Nice, unexpected outside area attached to room. Good shower. Beautiful wooden rooms. No kettle in room. No shower curtain/wall, so whole bathroom gets wet when showering. Even with window open (and max day temperature only 14degrees) the room was too warm during the night.

The person at the reception was very friendly and the service in the restaurant was also good. The rooms look interesting design wise. Had to get used to the fact that the toilet/shower area has a glass wall. It's not clear glass, but the outline of the person in there is visible. Overall our stay was pleasant. The only downside I would like to point out is the parking area. There is a public parking area fairly close by, but sometimes it's full and then you're forced to park somewhere else - which can be challenging.

Clean and cozy room but a bit overpriced.

I am disappointed with room as it was too warm without any ventilation and leaving open window was too noisy. I would say additionally that price paid does not value received quality. At the end I can say that rooms were clean and staff was polite.

Went on a motorcycle trip from Eupen to Epen and had a lovely stay here. The room was impeccably clean and an interior designers dream! All the space was utilised to provide the maximum comfort with moving parts and a sink next to your bed. Breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Eupen.
