    We use to love coming here. Our server wasn't very nice and hard to understand him too. Never came and asks us how our meal was or anything. He was very rude and was on his phone more than anything. Plus they charge you a dollar for water n also they charge extra if you use a charge card. He said everywhere does it and I said no they don't. Deep down I wanted to really argue but he wasn't worth my time.. DON'T EAT HERE ..... .

    Fredonia Family Restaurant is a great choice for a meal. My wife and I stopped here with four grandkids while visiting Harrington Beach State Park. We had tasty meals and good service for under $50.

    I went to reatraunt a 5 times. Food was good 1st and 2nd time. 3rd time the food was good this too and waitress was outstanding she is the one that made me want come back. 4th time the waitwere locking the doors as I wás walking up. 5th time I was on side walk walking up to building looking like they were closing so I kept waking. 1) Food could be better and little bigger in proportions for price yoi. This why I rated it a 2 star. 2) Service was outstanding on my 3rd visit the waitress very kind and on her game even though I could see something was bugging her but that did not effect her work. This why I gave it 4 star rating. 3) Atmosphere it could use some updating I think that could help bring in the customer base. Restaurant has a very nice location. Got all the traffic on hwy 57. With that being said it would great if there was a sign near hwy 57 saying there is a family restaurant there. I know a lot racers that would stop there if was updated and knew it was there. Also more food for the dollar Side note you don't want be closing or start closing at 5:30ish pm when it's says your open later. I come there on Saturday evenings. Chicken dumplings soup could use more flavoring and chicken. Burgers are great. Finally I support the local businesses. Us the people that go to local places make American great. It was my pleasure to share my thoughts with your business. Hope you guys take this all in consideration. Andrew

    I love this place. I’ve been there several times, especially for brunch. Plus their breakfast and lunch food is super yummy. Just as yummy as the Luxembourg Cafe place. Usually, I eat their breakfast food for lunch. So I ate 2 scrambled eggs, 2 bacons, hash browns, sausages, and white or wheat toast. It’s healthy, decent, affordable & a great place to eat at. My mom goes there too & she loves it. We hope this place remains opened. Especially for the nearby customers. Thanks Family Fredonia!😀👍🏼🥞

    I stopped here on a business trip in the area, the food was ok, I wouldn't call it good. But it wasn't priced for what I got. A cup of water is a dollar, and even the special was $13! They have everything on the menu, really anything you're feeling, but I have yet to hear of anything being good. I will be going to McDonald's in the future, at least I know what I'm getting there.

    Love the food but never ever open to their real hours. We will drive there and they are already closed hours early. So then we started calling in advance for the hours. To just show up and them closed early and a waisted trip and now forced to panic find other food. Now when we call we ask how late are you open, and have to follow up with do you plan to close early? Which never can get a real response- just called and received "I'm not sure, they just tell me to close". Ok I will take business elsewhere unfortunately because the food and staff are all super great, love the vast menu. But 85% of the time recently try to eat there they close way earlier then hours listed online, on the door, and can't get a straight answer when we call and do our best to friendly accommodate to supper small businesses. They need to fix their hours and keep them more open to the public who wants to support them and give them business. So sad about this. Really hope .management can be more transparent with their staff about closing early so they can tell patrons. The girl who answered the phone did her best- management/owner keeps them in the dark so she didn't even have an early close time-frame. Communication among staff and owners/management is key. Communication about open business hours is key for patrons.

    Not Busy. Service was good. Food was OK. 2 of us ordered the 2 egg sausage and a piece of French toast coffee. Over $30 With tip. They need to have daily deals for less or Go Elsewhere.

    I went to lunch with my husband on Saturday 12/16/23. As we have been there many times before and had great experiences. This time to my shock I was charged for an ice cube for my coffee. On the bill is said for ice water. I spoke with the waitress and she apologized and said she has asked the owner many times not to charge for this. This is ridiculous, I will not be going there anymore.

    11/09/23 door hours say close at 9. Website says close at 7. I was there at 5:55 pm and waitress locked the door in my face. I just got out of car and she locked the door at 5:55 pm. If your waitstaff do not want to work replace them. If you or your cooks do not want to work, close the damn restaurant. Not the first time treated like this but what this waitress did was rude. Shame on you its a business. TV
