Very impolite. I just asked for a copy of certificate of conformity and the guy, a blond man with glasses, started to complain that everybody wants that and it s boring for him with theatral gestures. Unbelievable. But that s not all. He continued to ask rudely why I didnt have it, screaming a lot. So I went out. Anyway the ambience was arrogant in all the team. I 'll never go back to this place and I do not recommend it. In another country with less protection than Belgium this person would have been fired.
