    I had a very very bad experience with this hospital. The nurses and doctors are good but the receptionist had an extremely rude attitude that just not enough to cover it. She grab my report after meeting the doctor and put in her drawer so rudely just like it's a waste paper and told me " how I know you'll pay or not? I'll not let you take this report and leave" and she even can't count how much I have to pay. She charges a ridiculous amount which wasn't the first information the hospital gave me at all. After she calls someone and double check that I only have to pay the amount I knew at the begging. Then she gave the report back and refuse to apologize, and jump out from the reception and shout at me that " this is my name, go ahead report me" I was so so disappointed that choose this hospital to check my body and got this kind of treatment. I really hope that woman will not do this to anyone of the patients like this anymore.

    My daughter, 11 years old had first experience with taking blood from vein, even if doctor prescribed from finger. She was in shock. Urgent analysis took longer than hour, and, as per them, should be 10-20 min. Nurses are very nervous, probably because work overload , reception very chaotic. Payment process trough insurance not possible, even if insurance company have contract with this medical facility. The doctor is good, but It took hour and a half for control check. Overall, very poor service and would not be coming back.

Zbog ociglednog apsurda u labaratoriskim nalazima i mog stanja koje je bilo odlicno odlazim u drugu labaratoriju gde mi su mi rezultati bili besprekorni i gde nisu nasli nista zbog cega bih morao da pijem antibiotike 2 sedmice.     Very professional, polite and friendly staff. They have excellent doctors who take proactive approach to healing you. I got pneumonia... I called and scheduled appointment. When I got there, polite nurse/staff at reception pointed me to the doctors office where I was received by the doctor almost right away. The doctor was excellent and she closely monitored my health with frequent scheduled check-ups and blood-work lab analysis and some x-rays. She also sent me to specialist who is also excellent doctor. After giving me some stronger meds intravenously, after a while I got better. In this hospital nurses at the reception are not there to look pretty and do paperwork, they are also very capable at administering infusions, injections and other treatments. I must also say that their lab is also excellent and very professional. I have some problematic veins and people usually have problems with drawing my blood. But not in this lab. I never in my life saw anybody drawing my blood as fast and as easily as the guy who works there. Every time. All in all, nice staff and very well organized and professional service.

    Lab front desk staff is not too polite, might even say hostile. In contrast, I only have nice words for both nurses and doctors working at the clinic. The service is streamlined and the staff clearly communicates findings and next steps. Waiting between 2 specialists never took longer than 10 minutes.
