Overall is good. Beds are comfortable. Hot shower works well. Furnishing details can be improved, especially on sharp edges. Food was good. Room service need to be improved. Asked for additional chairs to accomodate some small work, I am willing to pay additional fee, but hotel rejected for unclear reason.

I was here for the half day workshop... the coffee break menu looks cozy but taste average. And the lunch is under average... The lunch looks good yes, but when I taste it totally different. Well probably it was a huge event after pandemic, so the preparation is not enough. Hopefully they will improve the meals... Dessert variation is perfect, but the main course menu and taste is under average.

The room cleanliness is top notch. During the pandemic they do the room sanitizing routine with strict signs. If you're planning to stay during the pandemic don't forget to bring your rapid test result for safety reason (they'll ask for it before your stay). The swimming pool is nice. The gym available have quite many equipments. The thing that can be improved are the facilities inside the room. The mini fridge and the telephone in the room didn't work out properly. Overall a nice stay 👍🏻

Located near Airport. Clean new room. Each one sealed after being cleaned and disinfected. A very nice welcoming drink (mocktail from mix of soda, lemon syrup, lime juice and brown sugar). Bangka's weather is so sunny, it feels hot even in the 16° AC on. There happened to be electricity blackout from PLN, quite surprising and annoying, esp. when you are in the middle of online meeting then jump out due to the blackout. Yet, the hotel's genset is standby and in 3 secs all seems fine again.

The room is clean and comfortable but not too fancy. One thing that I hate is the parking lot is too far away from the lobby. Should I use valley services everytime lmao? Well I dont trust valley anyway

I believe it has seen better days before the pandemic. Now it's a shell of its glorious past. The executive lounge on the top floor has ceased service and a bunch of other stuff. Whenever I return from my affairs I'm greeted with a grand hollow lobby without really seeing other guests but hotel staff. Rooms are gorgeous but signs of neglect are being shown. Upholstery and decor either are stain or peel off. Air conditioning are erratic at time . Sometimes getting a little hot. Of the cold grand hollow hotel there you find the warmth of the staff keeping things cosy. Their smile and hospitality shines like a beacon. Breakfast put a smile to your face as the selection is wide and ok enough. Just that the restaurant is a little warm. Pool attendant are sharp . Gym is well equipped. Proximity to the airport is near and the landing path of planes are right at the side. View are great as it's one of the taller building around. Just when things are nice and cosy beware of the lounge at the lobby. In the vast stylish lounge, a cup of latte is 5usd putting you back to international rate reality .

Refilling the food too slow, I took breakfast at 9, many dishes empty, refilling too slow. Dirty dishes from table were very slow to be picked up. Hospitality was not good and not reflected to the price and rate of the hotel. I will consider this is 3 star hotel but with the high price.

Stayed here for a business trip. Comfortable hotel and good food. The breakfast buffet is very varied and tasty. The Beef Rib Hotdog is a unique food and delicious. Great place to stay.

to the honorable security novotel bangka. please don't argue when someone has breakfast just because of parking problems in front of the lobby. we lost our appetite. and left the restaurant right away. what's the difference between the police service vehicles and the prosecutor's office so that only the police can park in front. even if you can't. please wait for us to finish breakfast. especially the situation in front of the lobby is not crowded. you are not a robot so please use your brain to think FS. 8016. 06.50 AM

Stayed here a few days for bussiness trip. Located near Depati Amir Airport and Pangkalpinang City. As usual, Novotel group always have a great service and facilities. Unfortunately, the standard room was smaller than I expected (compared to the price). But, this hotel is very clean and environmentaly friendly, so that’s a plus point! Food are great, but the breakfast buffet keeps repeating the same menu for 3 days 😕 Overall I enjoy my stay here. 5 stars for the service!! 🤩

Very good and friendly service.Junior suite rooms. In my opinion, the location is less strategic, not in the city center. The breakfast menu is very varied.

Iftar package 2022 in novotel bangka is the best iftar package in town I think, especially the "Rendang Runtiah" must try indonesian traditional cuisine !

A good place to stay. The staffs are so polite and friendly. I don't find any problems staying here. The picture is the view from my room, it may differ to another room.

The places is luxurious, near by to tung coffee just walk 5minute to the left of the hotel and you get best coffee in town. Across the hotel you can enjoy "pecel lele lamongan" Affordable price and delicious taste.

Everything was almost perfect, we spent night in junior suite, the room was clean, it has bathub, shower, and even 2 toilettes! The room was perfect! In the morning you can swim or go to the gym. The view from our window was okay, since it is not located in the epicentrum, and not exactly near the beach. Nearest beach is only 10-15 minutes car rides. One thing that bugs my visit is the parking lot was too far from the lobby. They should add one small entrance near downstair parking lot at least for only the one who already has access card.

I was here for business. The room was great, spacious and clean. However, the wifi was extremely unstable, the hotel banquet was not readily available, the sound system unreliable. OK for staying the nights, not so for business

I’d ever stayed here in september, and the hospitality was good. I stayed here for bussiness trip from saturday to monday this weekend. First, there were water dispensers in the room corridor. Which I didn’t find in september. Such a good improvement. But. In sunday morning, there was a can on it. And it still there until sunday night! And it surrounded by ants!! Ants on water dispenser how gross! Where’s the housekeeping? Then, I ordered precisely the same menu in saturday and sunday, and the price was different. Howcome?? I asked in the reception when checked out, they are all confused too and couldn’t give a reasonable reason. And the staffs from saturday to monday, the receptionist were so much unfriendly. In sunday night I gofood some food, and when my hand hardly opened the lobby door, the security didn’t come to help. I was wondering, is this really a 4 star hotel??? Really not recommended. And when I had to download power point file, the wifi was so weak so I had to use my phone hotspot. I supposed to extend my stay in Bangka today. But decided to move to another 4 star hotel.

it's great, I love your amenities especially the shampoo. but I think you can improve your breakfast variation, also maybe can offer dinner buffet.
