Aji is phenomenal! We stayed at a resort nearby and kept coming back here because the food, drinks, service, and dogs were all top notch. It is a very cozy beach setup. The gambas al ajillo (shrimp in garlic olive oil with chili peppers) and the papas bravas were great tapas. The catch of the day special was great too. The piña coladas and coconut mojitos were delicious and beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The highlight still might have been the resort dogs Mohawk and Dakota!

Amazing experience at Aji Tapa last Friday for our rehearsal dinner. Impeccable service and excellent food! Zamir was so helpful and answered all my questions during the months leading up to our visit. When we arrived, mere hours after a nation-wide power outage no less, they had decorated our space beautifully and were ready for our group. Just blown away by how incredible our experience was. Thank you!!

For ambiance and service, I would give this 5 stars, but the food was a little tough, maybe over cooked. Sangria was light and citrusy, quite delightful. Thank you for your kind response. It would be a pleasure to dine at Aji again, it was pleasurable.

My final meal was here, recommended by locals and It did not disappoint. Stuffed Grouper, Meatballs, and Shrimps are all 5 stars!!!!!

We stayed a couple doors down from the restaurant and after trying several places on the Island Aji’s was by far our favorite! Amazing staff, beautiful setting and some of the best food we have ever had, beautiful setting for a romantic dinner!

Great lunch and dinner restaurant. They sat us right on the beach and what a great experience. Had lobster, coconut soup, and chicken carbonara. All dishes were fresh a perfectly cooked. Highly recommend. Cheers

Such an adorable little find on the water. Delicious food and excellent service! It was quite windy the night we visited but they have clear plastic guards up to help with the wind. The ambience here is so inviting… twinkling lights at all of the tables positioned in the sand under beautiful lit palm trees. So romantic and quaint! We had yummy appetizers and drinks as well as delicious food! My husband enjoyed the special red snapper, my son was catered to with the kids menu and had pasta and chicken, and I had the vegetable paella. Everything was so fresh and delectable! The staff was attentive and made sure we were taken care of, all working together nicely but not an imposition. Highly recommend!

We just had a peaceful and delightful dinner at Aji. We didn’t have reservations, but they made sure we had a table. Our waitstaff was friendly and helpful, and the service was efficient. We shared the shrimp bruschetta and Paella Mixta, all of it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Our drinks were delicious as well. We had a couple of pina coladas and margaritas. All scratch made, not from a syrup. The ambiance of the outdoor space was perfect, lighting and the water behind us made it a great place for a date night. Highly recommend you make the trip.

Exceptional food drink and service! We came twice, once for lunch and happy hour and again for dinner and both times we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Food was so good especially the shrimp bruschetta. The servers are super friendly and helpful and the prices are great. The best part was the saxophone player during dinner he was phenomenal! They set up a beautiful anniversary dinner for us and we enjoyed every second. Highly recommend!

Ají team is top notch! Amazing service. Food is so good. We stayed next door so it was easy but still ate here 4 times on our 4 night stay 🤣. My husband has already asked me to try to re create the chicken cordon Belize - he loved it. I’m not a huge shrimp lover but the shrimp bruschetta was AMAZING.

The restaurant directly connects with Grand Caribe Belize Resort where we stayed at and was a short walking distance.

This is a must try! It's definitely hidden and you don't know what you are getting into when you first arrive. Down a small path past some small buildings leads to a great little hidden gem. Sitting under the trees looking out over the water was a great atmosphere for dinner! The plastic guards block the wind to make this very peaceful while you eat. The food was amazing! The paella was exceptional! I took our servers word and had the special which was blackened snapper with a shrimp kabob. It was very good. We had a great time and enjoyed every minute of this meal. Definitely worth the trip!

Great place to enjoy some super yummy food. My wife had the coconut shrimp and enjoyed it immensely.I went with the Filet Mignon but it was so good, I didn't get a chance to take a picture. It was expertly cooked even being as thick as it was. The brown special sauce was super flavorful.The garlic mashed potatoes were fantastic. Great atmosphere and the customer service was above 5 stars!!!!

Very nice place to sit on a beach, we enjoyed breakfast and lunch here. We had the Belizean breakfast with the amazing fry jacks with pineapple jam. Yum!! Then our very friendly waiter told us about renting a kayak and going to the reef, they also gave us snorkeling gear. This was such a cool little adventure, maybe took about 20 minutes to kayak out but so worth it. It was beautiful, saw colorful coral and lots of colorful fish. When we returned after a couple of hours we did lunch at Aji, red snapper and grilled shrimp kabobs they were delicious!! Very neat place to have a little adventure and relax.

Don't think about going here, just do it! Everything on the menu seems to be awesome! Eat at the covered patio or out at the beach tables. Great views while you dine in the cool beach atmosphere. Have a drink or two while you wait for your amazing meal to be served!
