    Kats Coffee was an absolute 10/10! Our family visited Belize for a week, and ended up eating there almost every morning. The staff was delightful and beyond friendly and the setting of the restaurant was very welcoming. All of the food and coffee was amazing as well. My favorite was the waffle- best waffle I have ever had! If you’re going to be in Hopkins, stop by Kats Coffee for breakfast or lunch and you’ll leave very content!

    Tasty coffee creations, enjoyable atmosphere and hands down the greatest waffel sandwich in this part of the the galaxy cluster. A must visit in Hopkins.

    Cute Belizean Coffee Shop! Drinks were unique and ingredients seemed fresh. Coffee was okay not great just ok.

    Great breakfast (and not just breakfast!) menu, and their Guinness cake is da bomb. Easy to find tiny place frequented by locals- plus super friendly service!

    The coffee is fantastic and we would absolutely have tried more from the fantastic looking menu, but the ATM in town is always broken so bring plenty of cash! We appreciate the compostable tree-free cups for takeaway.

    Wow! Great coffee, super friendly service and fantastic prices. Definitely a great place to visit. The grilled cheese panini with turkey ham and veggies was great and $5 US. Homemade bagel and cream cheese was delicious. They have a great selection of fresh smoothies that looked delicious. And did I mention that the coffee is the best we've had?

    We went here a couple times for breakfast. The smoothies were great! The owner is really nice. Love to support this young family!

    They’re doing the best with what they have, I guess. Coffee was okay. I was disheartened watching the staff make the food - not exactly mindful of sanitary practices or potential cross contamination; which, is a bummer. So, yeah, paid for but didn’t eat the food.

    I stopped in while on vacation for breakfast and got the Cafe Con Leche and a Waffle Sandwich, both were excellent! Staff was also very friendly.

    A great place for a quick, casual lunch! I enjoyed one of their scrumptious grilled sandwiches, which came with a fresh, perfectly dressed side salad. (The marinated onions in the sandwich really made it special!) Service was fast and friendly. I am already looking forward to my next visit! Kat's Coffee is well-known for great coffee and delicious smoothies, but if you don't stop for lunch, you're missing out!

    Love Kat's Coffee! Cute new spot inland a little from the original spot, just follow the signs. Great spot to grab breakfast, coffee or a fresh juice.

    We cannot recommend Kat's Coffee enough. The service is excellent, and the food is some of the best we had in Belize. There is no wifi so you get to know the locals, ex-pats, and tourists who come through there. Some of the best connections and conversations we had were at Kat's. And take good care of Diamond and Ashanti; they are the best!

👍👍 Awesome food and great location on the beach in the heart of Hopkins. Everything is delicious. The eggs florentine is my favorite. She also sells canned goods likes beets and pickles that are amazing. It helps if you bring your own jar for that.

🫤 Located in a small fishing village. Was fine until the owner's husband started hitting on me, and following me around when everyone else went into town. Owner charges for every little thing, advertises as a great chef, but their idea of vegetarian food is salad.
