Darrel (hope I spelled that correctly) was absolutely delightful and had an encyclopedic knowledge about wildlife and nature in Belize. Lauren (see photo) and I traveled together to Belize for the first time for a destination wedding. The first person we met on our journey was Darrel, and he did not disappoint. He offered to make as little or as many stops along the way as we wanted. We got fresh sour sop ice cream at a farm on our way to Placencia! Highly recommend this shuttle service. We took the shuttle to Placencia and had the option of the long route with sight seeing stops or the shorter route to get directly to our destination. The driver was outside the airport as soon as we cleared customs with an easy to read sign with our name and easy to identify uniform. The ride felt smooth and safe and our driver was very friendly with tons of information about the area. It was very easy to secure a return shuttle at the end of our stay and the driver was prompt and helpful for our return trip.

Very happy with Williams Shuttle, from airport pickup in a nice, big, air-conditioned van for several people to Placencia and back. Guides were friendly, knowledgeable, pointing out interesting things along the way and also talking to us about Belize.

I have nothing but great things to say about William's Belize Shuttle! I started communicating with William about a shuttle for my group of 11 months ago. William was super friendly, always responded promptly to my emails, and provided TONS of information about visiting Belize. My group was arriving on 2 different days and we had hotel transfers and a 3 hr drive to Placencia. The drivers were always on time, courteous, and safe on the road. We initially planned for the scenic drive to Placencia, but once on the road my group got anxious and literally stopped roadside to discuss changing to the quicker route. The drivers were sweethearts about the quick change in plans and got we continued on our way. Using William's Belize Shuttle was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

We had 4 separate travel sections planned and I was a bit worried whether anyone would show up. But I didn't need to worry. Excellent, reliable, fairly priced! I booked with William 6 months ahead of time, and Orlando was waiting for us at the airport. We booked 3 different legs, several days apart, and each time Orlando or Tyrone was early. We enjoyed their friendly conversation and knowledge of their beautiful country. We also enjoyed detours to the zoo, and for delicious food. We'd never book with anyone else!

What a great shuttle. We used William's from the airport to Hopkins and back. Our drivers were Elwin and Ferman. Both were excellent drivers, prompt, and very knowledgeable. Ferman especially was an encyclopedia on Belize. I highly recommend William's for dependable and comfortable transportation. We will definitely use again.

We used the shuttle service last month to and from BZE Airport to Hopkins. Well worth the cost. Our driver shared so much info regarding the history of Belize, the cultures and the areas as we drove through them it was like having our own private guide. It made the time fly by and was a great trip both ways. Highly recommend them.

Trusted service and great people. They helped us get all over Belize and were very nice. We went from the airport to San Ignacio and then they drove us from San Ignacio to the Belize City ferry. They answered any questions we had about the country and also pointed out some cool things along the way.

We used this shuttle service to transport us from Belize City international Airport to Hopkins. William picked us up in a private car (SUV) and gave us a great tour of the countryside of Belize, stopping along the way to show us some local spots for food and refreshments. He was like our own personal tour guide and a wonderful welcome to Belize for the start of our vacation here.

Great experience with William and his team! William responded promptly when booking his services and provided all the information I would need, including how to find him when I arrived at BZE. The trip to San Ignacio was very comfortable, as well as my trip from San Ignacio to the Belize City ferry and my final trip from the ferry back to the airport (both with his team members). The only thing I wish I knew in advance is the drivers were different each leg: I would have tipped each time instead of waiting until the end. Will absolutely use William's Belize Shuttle again!

We loved William’s Belize Shuttle from beginning to end! As we prepared for our trip William was extremely responsive to email, making sure we were all set for our three drives, and even sending some helpful information about visiting Belize. When we arrived, he met us at the airport and safely drove us to San Ignacio, providing interesting conversation and even stopping for lunch on the way. He took us to have our first authentic Belizean meal. Our other two drives, one with William’s wife Lucy and the other with Eder, were also great. They were always prompt, safe, friendly, and reasonably priced! Will use them again when we return.

Our experience with this shuttle company was nothing but amazing. From the time I scheduled our shuttle to our departure from Belize, communication was so easy and prompt. We arrived at the airport and Ted was waiting to pick us up. He shuttled 6 of us to Hopkins. The van was very comfortable and safe. Ted was just fabulous, truly a professional and genuinely kind and caring. He happily communicated his knowledge of Belize and we stopped along the way at a lovely place for lunch. On the way home, we were staying on an island off the coast of Belize and we got delayed a day due to weather. We were not sure what time we would arrive at the marina for the shuttle, but I texted them and when we did arrive Ted was there and waiting. He is the only reason we did not miss our flight home. I would not hesitate to book with these guys, they are the best and their prices are fair. We only wish we had left more time on our shuttle to stop at places along the way. Next time we will definitely book with Williams’s shuttle and we will leave ourselves more time to explore!

Excellent company, the drivers Orlando and Sylvino were awesome!! On time pickup for arrival and departure!! They drove us to and from the airport to Placencia and then back. We were a group of 8 coming in with lots of luggage (scuba equipment) and they were totally prepared with a covered trailer to carry our luggage. They provided a cooler upon our request, then we stopped at the local grocery store for beer and water, it was a great road trip. I would highly recommend this company!!!!

This is absolutely the best service my friends and I have ever gotten while travelling. The communication was smooth throughout and highly responsive. The driver was friendly and professional. William and his crew were excellent! My husband and I wanted to experience the jungle in San Ignacio and the beach in San Pedro.
