Utterly incompetent, messed up our pet paperwork multiple times for an overseas PCS. Our pets almost didn’t make it due to their incompetence, despite coordinating with them months in advance. We emailed them records several times but they kept asking for them afterwords. Do not use these folks, take your pets off base.

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN ANSWER ON THE PHONE HOW AM I CALLING FROM FOUR PHONES AND NONE OF THEM GET ANSWERED???? HORRIBLE!!!!! ARE THERE ANY RECEPTIONIST THERE OR DO THEY JUST SEND EVERY ONE TO VOICEMAIL? How do you get an appointment if nobody answers? And my dog is established there. DO BETTER

We adopted a new dog and had her assessed at the clinic. I had to wait in the car while my dog was seen because I had my 3 young kids with me... No big deal. The vet's report was thorough and the tech and front desk staff were very kind. I would recommend them and will return.

Promptly answered the phones. Very friendly. Guided me in the right direction. Very helpful and knowledgeable!

I like the Fort Hood vet clinic. I have only had positive experiences here and they have helped us out a lot. They did a next day, short notice health inspection for my dog to fly to Germany. Their prices are competitive and the staff is friendly

Their no show rules are pretty lame, and some of the front desk ladies kind of have an attitude. I think they're more concerned about their schedule than the health of people's pets.

We ONLY take our dogs here. Not only is is it cost effective, but they are very compassionate, do surgeries (neuter and gastropexy) like a high priced private vet. We are so pleased

Office staff is rude, impossible to get an appointment, phone is always busy, and it takes forever to be seen and to finish the appointment. Not a good experience. 2 stars for the cheap heartworm and flea meds.

I left a negative review a couple weeks ago and thought better of it (maybe they were having a bad week). After today's visit I stand corrected. We will never be returning. 1)They fail to answer phones in the afternoon. Today I discovered that this is because they prefer to socialize loudly (we were the only ones there). 2) The ladies at the desk prefer to socialize and act peeved when obligated to turn in their seats and face you. 3) No one knows what they're doing. I've come here for 2 years. No one ever seems to know what's going on. 4) My dog hates it here. He's always shaking but today he growled for the first time. 5)And the last straw...I was told there would be a 10 minute wait before we could pay and leave. 35 minutes went by. I went up to the desk and said my husband and I were concerned because we had been told that it would just be 10 minutes and it's been 35. One of the ladies made a face and said "I beg to differ". Unbelievable. We called our housing and spoke to them about it. Fortunately, they are working with us so going to this vet will no longer be necessary.

I haven’t brought my puppy there yet but man these ladies over the phone are so sweet 🥹🤌🏽 Very resourceful! I feel very safe bringing my puppy here!

Haven't brought our fur babies here yet but went in to sign them up for shots. The women behind the counter were very nice and helpful.
