Staff was super nice and helpful. Two things - 1. Clearance section is sooo crowded. 2. Make sure you check the website bc they often have good deals, do the math and decide if buying it online for store pick up might save you money.

The women who work here are always so kind and extremely helpful. Love that they have such a large size range and they always have the cutest clothes to make every woman feel beautiful. I highly recommend. They also have great sales online and in store.

Worse location I’ve been to. Walked in on 4th of July asked why the shirts said buy one get one 50%off and online it said all shirts were 50%off online and in store. Was told by two associates I had to purchase online. Will not be back to this location

I really appreciate that Torrid is stepping up their game with clothes us plus size women actually want to wear. I have had nothing but good experiences in Torrid my last couple of visits. This time was no exception. Our cashier was very friendly and kind. I believe her name was Kimberly. She was extremely helpful.

Love love love this store! Plus size clothing, intimate wear, and accessories, they really try to cover all the bases. Shopping online or in the store I can always find something cute to wear. Convenient to shop online and be able to pick up in store(that's when I try items on to ensure a good fit)..

Gabby was wonderful and helpful! She was sweet and delivers excellent client service. The other girl with a light complexion and reddish hair is incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like she was pressuring me to purchase something or place an order with them. When I said I would order it on my own she went to say in a demeaning manner that I wouldn't get free shipping. I understood her intentions however it made me want to leave rather than shop to a loyal store I'd been with for many years.

Best Torrid location. Nicest employees. Very helpful. I drive out of my way just to go to this location
