Small chain popular in California, especially LA area. Flame grilled marinated chicken and assorted Mexican style entrees. Great salsa and happy staff. Nice clean location.

A rated restaurant. One of the busiest one. Chicken tostada salad is my favorite to order from them. You need to ask for ranch dressing or they won't give it to you. and always check your order before leaving.

After 10 hours of work I go and there's a big line of cars on drive thru ingo inside better to get pollo Loco there was only one cashier with a woman that it took around 10 mins to order not sure if it was the manager her badge said Marina she was just talking to the cooks she saw me standing there she couded help me but she kept talking to the cooks better I don't think I'm going for a while at leadt not at that time

so I came here through drive thru and asked the cashier for two $5 combos of the pollo bowl I asked for one plain and one with everything and even repeated the order....I come home and they make both plain v.v to top it off I called multiple times and no answer and then idk what order number I was because cashier did not hand over a receipt!

The place was clean and not crowded. The staff seems overwhelmed and overworked. The staff is very slow at taking orders and getting them prepared. They also forget to put some items in your bag. There is no horchata. There is no salsa bar. You have to ask for the salsas and they forget to give them to you anyway. The line inside takes long and so does the drive thru. The burritos need more inside it seems like you're eating a tortilla by itself or a taco instead of a burrito.

Very disappointed with this location. I was given cole slaw that was rancid. I called to complain & was told to go the next day & I would be compensated with an item of my choice. When I returned I was humiliated and made to feel like I was begging. I had to repeat the incident to 4 people! The item I was compensated looked less than desirable😩

They're so stingy stingy stingy! They didn't give us a receipt on purpose, (without it we can't get points for the rewards system,) their managers have always been rude and trashy because of extreme lack of manners, the avocado and salsa cups are filled halfway. Bad lid on dipping sauce, it opened and half of it spilled all over the other food inside of the bag.

The staff are friendly, & nice. Good customer service. Best tasting chicken ever. Lots to choose from the menu. The employees have patience.they have reasonable prices &, the food is well served. Excellent place for lunch time.

Placed & paid online. It was supposed to be an 18-minute wait to get my food. It turned out a 45-minute wait. They could find my order, and both the cashier and the lady putting the orders bother checking for my order. It turns out she had the chicken in front of her. Bad horrible services!

Hard working employees always have a smile and happy. They are all very polite. Only thing I would say they need to work on is turn around time on cleaning tables.

I read their mission statement and was instantly smiling..."the taste of crazy" it made me smile, and even though I was just waiting on my order and knew what to expect, the team here and the atmosphere I had never left disappointed. I it's better than any food I have ever had honestly, and the QUALITY OF SERVICE is so beyond exceptional we need to create a word that encompasses the passion, taste, and elegance the team here aspires and administers. These awesome, hard-working cooks of customer service are the pinnacle of taste and efficient service. My word I would employ to describe "the crazy dedication of great taste"? Buenoyummyhappytummy!!! Yes! One word! Thank you all EVERYTIME!!! ❤️

Friendly and helpful employees, always ready with ur orders ' they always have what u want , I like white meat and they always have it , not like the pollo loco in Cudahy, they never ready and never have what u order , very bad customer service at el pollo loco in Cudahy

Food was excellent. Cashier was very friendly even the manager, definitely coming back great job.

The curbside is HORRIBLE!!! We had to get down and pick it up because no one was coming out to deliver the food. Even then they didn't have the order ready yet. We asked for pico de gallo and they didn't have any and we asked for extra creamy cilantro and she snapped at us saying she already put some in there. Why do you even have a curbside in the first place!!!!!

This Pollo Loco is alright: not the best but if you in the mood for chicken it's always a great spot. Order was not taken correctly when we ordered; but staff fixed it quick and I got exactly what I ordered

Food was okay. Customer service could have had a smile 😃 or to. I know its work. But don't forget to be human behind the counter

Friday May 5th, ordered drive thru a Dbl Chk Tostada, inside was a sharp chicken bone that cut my mouth and if I would have swallowed they would have had major law suit, I left my info and showed pics to GM Fernanda she never apologized or even said sorry. Or even called back all she said the office will call you they never did. Unprofessional

Went there to get the new poblano quesadilla and i will never go there again. The quesadilla was super soggy, it literally fell apart when i picked it up. There was hardly anything in it. I was just disappointed. I spent 30 dollars there and.the food quality was horrible. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I am so mad. Terrible how is it ok to barely fill the sauce cup???? Like there's barely anything??? Disappointed!!! Bring back self serve salsa!!!!!!!! 😡😡 stingy. Gave me two cups of salsa with barley anything!! Never eating poll loco until y'all bring self serve salsas. >:(

Ordered a double chicken avocado salad from Uber eats. There was absolutely no chicken in my meal. Horrible service. I received a refund however, this place needs work get it together people 🙃

I walked in, waiting for the counter person to say next as usual. Instead, she only stared rather than do anything, I had to say something. Had an attitude, so I walked out. That was an unprofessional service I got.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Food overall a 3 out of 5, but wow that customer service. Emerie worst attitude almost throws the salsa just because I asked for ONE SALSA. I mean isn’t that what you go for to eat at your taste? Worst customer service.
