This place seriously has some fraud going on. Told by associate I was paid off, next month came so I did not make payment as I was Paid off, 2nd month comes along and I start getting calls saying I still owe and am late. Shady and customer service is horrible. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Bought a fridge and when they took it they scratch it really bad took them 3 months to replace it and when they finally replace it they send me a damage fridge waiting for them to replace it let's see how long they take this time

When I went into the rent a center to see what happened with my agreement after spending the 1$ for the promo and being told multiple times for multiple days that my bicycle was on the way to that store and would be delivered within hrs, each time I called I was given excuse after excuse as to where my delivery was but I finally went into the store and then was told, after ample calls to the rent a center and excuses given to me by managers and other employees, that for whatever reason which they would not disclose, my agreement did not go through.
