Fun experience but recliners need to be serviced and/or upgraded.. Awesome experience overall! They sell cooked food and drinks! Both kid friendly and adult friendly lol they even have a theater for children! Totally amazing exp! Love it!

We went all out when watching a movie and wanting to try their food. It did not disappoint. We ordered the mushroom pizza and added pepperoni, we also got their delicious pretzel that came with spicy cheddar cheese, a beef ribeye sandwich with fries, and a nacho plate. All of it was so tasty, however you are left eating in the dark and the only light is of the screen. Their reclining chairs were super comfy too. Definitely makes me think twice about going to AMC now….

I enjoyed my visit here, the seats are very comfortable and they recline back. They have like a little desk in front of you to put your popcorn or set down your things. the restrooms are very clean. the people are very friendly. there's a Cold Stone right next door you should buy your tickets beforehand so you don't wait in line. I went during the week and there was a pretty long line either way so buy your tickets beforehand.

I love the ambiance. It's clean and organized. Service is very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that a Mexican theater chain made its way across the border.

First off the seats in this theater are amazing and comfortable! Oh and each seat has a tray table that swivels for your convenience to carry all your favorite snacks. This place provides a elegant feel to it. They also have servers that will bring your food directly to your seats. I did not have any snacks on this outing cause I had a big lunch right before but I definitely will be returning to try out the fully loaded snack bar that also serves alcoholic beverages for the adults.The digital sound quality will have you hooked on the movie as fast as the credits begin to roll cause they are so loud and thunderous. This place also has a 4-D showing and a theater that is built for families that can watch a movie with a playground. Very cool and chill place to enjoy a movie.

Nice , clean, good parking space, Prices are fair, theaters are clean And roomy. Only thing that I find sad and disturbing is the how ghetto they're candy bags are. Wt? No more brand candy's You guy's have to do better than this, it's cheap looking cady that I thought I was in back alley swampmeet. It's no a major issue but come on guy's it looks Really bad for such a nice place and give us the customer better choices of food and candy. Besides that your all good.

One of the best theaters I’ve been to that has a great kid area and set up. I love the fact that their food was really good freshly cook. The service we receive was phenomenal from ordering food to being seated even meeting the manager just to tell them how my first visit was great. They are very pleasant people working at that place I would definitely go back and would definitely tell friends and family to go there thanks for a great first time experience my family will definitely be back.

Cool idea for kids. Let them talk, laugh, yell while watching a kids movie.

I have only gone once and it was too see a movie in the junior theater. I highly recommend the junior theater if you have kids who are very active and find it hard to sit still for a long time. They had a 10 min break half way through the movie so the kids could play or go bathroom.

So far I like this place I can only tell you the half time movie so the kids won't get bored of it is the best thing they have ever done, it's like they knew the kids were growing inpatient and my children loved it. Next time I would like to try the theater with the recliners!!!

Cinépolis may just be my favorite theatre in the world. I've been coming since I was in middle school, way back in like 2008 when it was Krikorian-- i like Cinépolis more, though. Large drinks and popcorn get refills, and you can get those refills immediately! There's even a separate line to get your refills, should you get snacky in the middle of your movie. THIS IS A COLD THEATRE. BRING A JACKET IF YOU GET COLD EASILY (i do) The large screens are fantastic, but even the smaller theatres are enjoyable. The reclining chairs are very comfortable 😊 Also very fun as an adult, they sell canned cocktails! For the kids, they added an arcade!

I will always love cinepolis from Mexico I wish that the one from here could be the same with the prices down there and I think that the club membership should be both international and domestic that's only fair for the customer and the concern. They have really stepped it up here. This was my second time coming, first time was over a year ago and to be honest it was my last option as all other theatre showings were taken. BUT I was pleasantly surprised! food options were great and the servings were big. They deliver to your seats which is a huge plus because you don’t miss your movie if you’re running late! A little pricey but good.

This theater is pretty clean. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The seats are comfy and spacious. This theater is definitely our go to.

This Theater was amazing the staff, seating, atmosphere, and cleanness was all on point. Very satisfying movie night with my wife. the only reason no 5 starts is because we had a small hiccup with the lights coming on during our movie but it was quickly fixed and we were accommodated for it!!

Love this theater and the food. You order, and they take it to your seat. I definitely recommend trying the street hot dog comes with fries. The service was great. There is free parking, and there's other yummy things to eat around the theater

We have always gone to Cinepolis in Mexico because they have offered a great experience and great prices. The concept of the Junior theater is great! We discovered this Cinepolis 20 min from our home in California and were so excited! They even offer the Junior theater as well. We went for the first time yesterday as we noticed it was 50% off tickets for Adults on Tuesdays and they were promoting several discounts on the website. However, when we arrived, we were told the 50% off tickets were not valid for the Junior theater. Also, we were told that one of the food combo promotions on the website was not available at this location. So, it was a disappointing start upon arrival. The Happy Hour offerings were not spectacular really considering the $1 off beers brings a beer price to $8 and $2 off wine brings a glass of wine down to $8-$10. Most food offerings were expensive but the quality of the food was decent for a movie theater. The bottomless popcorn and soda offerings were probably the best value. Once we arrive in the Junior theater it was very similar to the ones in Mexico with a play area up front and slides and play area on the far wall of the theater. The sound and video quality were good and overall we had a nice experience as a family. If we return, we will probably make sure to eat before going and just order popcorn and maybe beer during happy hour.

We love coming to Cinépolis it’s a fun time. I think the chairs are super comfy and the little tables are convenient. One thing I have noticed is every time we come, the staff don’t smile and almost seems like they don’t like being at work. That’s a little disappointing, it seems like it would be a fun work atmosphere. It won’t stop me from coming here and enjoying a movie and yummy caramel popcorn 🍿

first we arrived the movie teather is confortable , limited on food and expensive if you are a big family. we went to the 4dx room we dont undestand why the light where off if the movie didnt start but we turn on our lightphone and we see the seats where durty, as if never been clean up, i spay my little lysol(come handly). movie efects are amazing my kid was into the movie the whole time, we order ome corn dogs came really hot and crispy and the frias are 7 from 10. over all nice experience, will be back with my own seat cover and more lysol.

Great experience. Sits are really comfortable popcorn was really tasty. There was a really uncomfortable feeling when walking on the carpet, it was sticky everywhere.

This hands down the best theater in my area very clean brand new theater seats are very comfy and they a little table for you to set your goodies seats are very spacious and comfortable fully recline and I’m a bit on the larger side and I got very comfortably

The Junior theatre is a miracle for my 6 yr old autistic child who could never sit at a regular theatre! He could take his shoes off, sit in different seats, walk around some, and play in the front area during the movie. He loved the play structure in the theatre, and the video game area in the front. Awesome!!!

We saw our first 4DX movie and it was such an awesome experience. We saw Avatar and the affects were awesome. There was mist, movement and motion coming from the seats as well as a cool 3D experience. My son loved it and wants to come back to see another movie. Also, the food is good and they take what you order to your seat which is really neat! Will be back soon.

Enjoyed watching a great movie with my Grandson. We had popcorn and watched Black Panther Wakanda. It was clean and not too crowded.

Last night went to go see a movie. Service was fine. But when it came to use the bathroom at least four stalls were clogged and the soap dispensers didn’t even have soap to wash my hands. At least use caution tape so people won’t see the mess in the stalls.

Came here to watch Avatar in 4DX where the seats move and spray water. The seats moved and it was comfortable but no water sprayed. I'm not sure if it was because it was winter time and cold but no water came out. I noticed that when we first walked into the theater to find our seats they had popcorn all over the back of the seats. Also, when I went to the bathroom, they were disgusting. More than half the stalls were dirty. Also, I couldn't believe these women were so dirty to leave the bathroom like that in the first place. Maybe staff hadn't gotten to it yet. But overall I went for the experience and it was okay. The moving chairs were fun.

There food was amazing. This is there cheeseburger. So good. Love how you take your seat in the theater and they deliver it to you.

I haven't been to the movie theater's in years but this place was great all around. Unfortunately I didn't eat any food because I wasn't hungry but we got one of the deals 2 popcorns with one large soda free refills and bag of candy's 25 dollars not bad @ all the seats Recline all the way back Very comfortable setting if you order food they'll bring it to you Awesome place

I moved out to Chino and still come here to this theater to watch movies. Price is great, place is always clean, and the people that work there are always nice. I'm a big guy,,and these seats are perfect for my XXXL stature.

Other than the stuff being expensive inside, like 8 bucks for a bottle of water, it's a nice place to go watch a movie. Nice and clean and the seats are awesome recliners.

Cool small theater. They brought the pizza to my seat and they're kind young servers. I was indecisive while picking my seats but the cashier was kind and patience. The food was a bit expensive but that's to be expected for theater food. Overall 5stars

Chairs are comfy, theater was clean but the bathrooms need major maintenance. Most of the doors don't lock, a lot of the sinks don't work and you can tell it's not maintained on a regular basis due to dirty stalls, trash on the floor and empty soap dispensers.

I visit this theater 3 years ago and it was very nice and clean but just visited a few days ago and it is not the same. It is not too clean and needs some maintenance. There was not many staff and was not even checked for tickets at the entrance.

Great theater. Clean. Good staff and service. But prices have gotten crazy high and sizes smaller since the shutdown. Which is very disappointing. If you go, plan to eat before or after your movie.

Nice, clean theater. The seats were a little too deep and the swing out tray was a little distracting. But they do bring your food to you if you order hot food. Will go again

This theater is usually clean n fun with courteous employees. Never had a issue , the bathrooms need more attention sinks n soap dispenser go on the blink. But I'm happy with my visit overall.
