Fantastic service. Emma/Emily (sorry terrible with names) had the best customer service I've ever seen, she knew when to leave me to think (decision anxiety) and had lots of good advice about what would work best for me.

I was very happy with Elenore and her professional service. After she did 3D scanning she knew exactly what problem I had with my foot and recommended exactly the right shoes I needed. Been on them over a week now, never been better. Highly recommended

Was served by Emily and I have to say - some of, if not the best customer service I've ever had. She really took the time to properly understand my needs, was genuinely interested and engaged, nothing was too much trouble, and she was polite and professional. You don't mind spending a little bit more for such incredible customer service. To Management: Emily should be highly commended and recognised for her excellent customer service. Got some excellent shoes that I'm very pleased with.

Nice clean store attended to nice and quickly. Was asked what size shoe I wear which is anywhere between a 12 and 14 depending on the manufacturer. Was told to put socks on and stand on the machine to measure my feet it came back with a 10 1/2 and a 11 for each foot. The sales lady dutifully went out and got these small shoes which she was told wouldn't be big enough but what would I know my feet and I have only been together for nearly 52 years after trying on a couple of pairs that were to short and to narrow she finally got some that were wider but wouldn't get many anything longer as in a 13/14 like I'd asked, then just said sorry we can't fit your feet.

Friendly, thorough service. Only place in Geelong that had Men's size 15 in stock in the store, other sport stores were insisting I went to Melbourne just to buy runners. Will be my first port of call next time!

Love this store, being measured and using tech to look at the support my feet needed. Not a huge range, would liked to have bought my Puma's from them. Quite a bit of time was spent with my OT and myself fitting me for Edema problems. Wheelchair and scooter friendly, lovely enthusiastic staff and yes they sell elastic laces, bonus!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's five star customer service all the way at Athlete's Foot, Malop Sq, Geelong. Cody did a wonderful job fitting and sizing the appropriate runners for my elderly mother with amazing patience on Tuesday. The fab Emma checked the comfort & threaded the elasticated laces for easy wearing when we picked up the runners yesterday. These guys were awesome!

Cody (fit guide) is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Cody for making our shopping experience so wonderful.

Went into look at Hoka & New Balance trail runners the other week. 'Was told, didn't have any trail runners, and that it was not the season for them'..... Mmmm, so people don't run/hike all year or at the moment..... Call bulls**t, happily went to the running company shop in Pako st, awesome range of all runners, great service there! Won't ever go back to Athletes foot!

I went in to purchase some sneakers, the service I received was outstanding. The young girl who helped me made sure that the shoes I got were correct, She was honest and very informative. It was a pleasure to shop there and this is why we continue to go back to this store for our shoes. Thank you for the great service.

We were in a long waiting line outside the store waiting to get in. We had been waiting 20 minutes so far. People were walking in and being served before us and the other people in line. We advised staff but their attitude was, who cares! Disappointing. We left.

Excellent and extremely helpful service from Will. We left with 3 pairs of shoes. The store was extremely busy and yet Will made sure we were checked on and progressed in a patient and expert manner. Great experience.
