Amazing! From the USA, only speaking English, it was nice to find some many bilingual speakers. They made me feel super welcomed and comfortable. I was welcomed with a smile as soon as I arrived. Great front desk woman! As a man getting a hair dye, sometimes can feel a little hesitate, but this place was great. My only nit would be I wish they would consider improving the sign on the outside. It is set up so you only see it if you are coming from the other direction. Though Google Maps took me right to the place, with no sign it was a little hesitant to walk in. I am so glad I did!
