Worst hotels and worst staff. Always trying to scam. Especially hotel rooms manager Naveen, Valmiki & Sridhar. I booked 11 rooms online for my friends and as each room 2 people stayed and in online I selected as 1 they charged me 4000 extra. When I select a room and if there are two beds I can have two people accommodated. They didn’t let my guest check out without paying that 4K. The hotel could have called me and spoke to me and we could have settled on this. They wanted to collect that 4K as it’s an invalid charge that they were trying to collect. I tried to book online and again checked if the price would change if it was 2 person but no only when it was 3 people it changes. Then how does that matter if it’s 1 person or 2 people in a room. The main reason is if we book online we are getting room for 2700+ with all charges inclusive and if we book in person from hotel, they are charging 3150. I knew this prices coz I got engaged in the same hotel and have already had experienced with these guys. Too bad and worst kind of behaviour. Always trying to scam. Never ever check in into this hotel.

This is good place to have a tea, Coffee, snacks, juice and food. There is vegetarian restaurant and nearby there is non vegetarian restaurant. On top floor you can enjoy hard drinks. North Indian South Indian thalis are good. Here problem is staff will not provide food ad per customer requirement but as per their policy like I ordered north Indian thali and told first you bring soup and later on food. But they given me all together soup, roti, curry, rice, sweet all together. Soup was hot and other food was cold so I eat food and soul was at it is. I experienced same thing twice then I started to order South Indian thali. Sitting arrangement and environment is nice.

To be honest this is the worst hotel in Anantapur. I have ordered food at 2:20 pm but they did not serve the food until 3:00 pm The taste is not very good. The delay in serving food has taked place multiple times. Also the quantity of the food served is highly inadequate. I have asked for the bill at 3:15 pm but it has still not arrived ( the time is 3:30 pm) Also the cost charged is very high and basically everything is overpriced. I do not recommend visiting this hotel at all. The waiters are not mindful and they don't serve properly. When I ordered south Indian thali, they didn't serve rice instantly and delayed it.

The room i booked was spacious. THE SHOWER WAS NOT WORKING. On giving specific complaint also, they did not repair. THE PARKIG IS VERY SMALL. You have to park in open space. THEY LACK COMMON SENSE ALSO. WHEN THERE ARE 3 PERSONS IN A ROOM, THEY KEPT ONLY ONE BATH SOAP AND ONE TOOTH BRUSH. REALLY DISGUSTING. Good points are, food quality is good though a bit costly. Complimentary breakfast is there. Room was spacious.

Trying to book a banquet hall, they don't have coordination between themselves...before confirmation they w'l lire u wth nominal Rate and after confirming surprise u with abnormal & meaning less rates such a cheap tricks, be cautious while fixing rates and with attitude staff.. Rooms are good spacious. Have bar inside the hotel. If you want have alcohol better to have in hotel because outside bar and restaurant also charge equally, difference will be 30 to 50 Rs

Pasupala Grand is one of the best hotel in Anathapur,it has Healthy , Hygienic Rooms , Restaurant,The Room service is excellent in service.The hotel is fully with centralised Air conditioner and Big Restaurant and Lounge ,Swimming pool .Thanks to pasupala Grand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Masineni Grand, and it was an experience worth celebrating. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Masineni Grand went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their hospitality was exceptional, and every team member was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist. It truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Great Ambience and good stay. Food part was amazing you guys give complementary breakfast stunning. The Methi rice was UMAMI. I loved the taste and Idly with special portion of Ghee you guys were amazing dear. I strongly recommend people to take first option of Masineni Grand.

In Anantapur if you are looking for a 3 star hotel Masineni hotel the only option - Rooms wise, services wise was nice but when it comes to food there are many complaints about food quality they will not maintain quality food. They will store non veg items more than a week. Parking & atmosphere looking nice.

Excellent Hotel with very well maintained rooms. Room service was very good. Head incharge of rooms (Vineeth) was very helpful and the staff attended to every request very well. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with many choices. Food was a feast to the tongue. Very comfortable for families.

Hotels and restaurants are awesome plz avoid hindi guys in front of hotel parking area they r rude with us for vehicle parking issue there is a space for parking but he didn't allow to park the vehicle I don't know ❓

Front office needs to be trained. Worst is the restaurant service. All wear suits and chitchat. Even if the dishes are empty in buffet not filled. Even inform them that it is empty no use. NOT WORTH. PAYING INCLUDING BREAKFAST

One of the best experiences that I had of my recent 2 week stay in this hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff always striving to do their best to serve the customers. Will strongly recommend to anyone who would want to stay in Anantapur. Helpful Front desk staff, Room Service was excellent with tasty food fast service, Laundry service on site and delivered same day, Excellent Housekeeping service, complimentary breakfast buffet. Special mention to the food at the attached "Petals Vegetarian Restaurant". Very Tasty food, Excellent restaurant staff under the management of Mr. Ashok Reddy. They even took the pain to extra clean the cooking pan and utensils and cooking exclusively for my kids who have multiple food allergies to avoid contamination. My only gripe is that they would not take any of my US credit/debit cards. I had to run to ATM for cash or have the payment done in a different way. If the management can enhance this that would be great. Internet/Wifi speed could be better as it was very slow at times hindering my remote work at times.

Right at the heart of Anantapur, this hotel though small is very clean & nice. The staffs are visitor friendly & are ready to help you in every possible way. The room we stayed had a squeaky clean appearance. Even the bathrooms were cleaned superbly. Hats off to the management for maintaining the premises in such a good way.

Located very close to the railway station. The rooms are very spacious, and staff are courteous. I had breakfast and it was fine. I checked in late, around 11PM and I was given room on the third floor, the corridor of the third floor was smelling full of cigar smoke, thankfully the room was not.

Check-in time at 2 p.m., whereas other hotels check at noon but here it is 2 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m., so we are paying for less than a day, You need to pay 500/- extra if you want to check in before 2 pm(500 is a 25% of the cost the room)

The rooms are nice. Staff are good at service but the night time gate will be locked. So at night time getting a room is difficult because our voice can't reach. So better at night times look other hotel

The first and foremost factor guests planning to book their stay here is to mentally be prepared for a Lodge instead of a Hotel. This is a compact building that houses 7 rooms per floor. The saving grace is the elegant looks of the room, staircase and the corridor. Both room and rest room are compact. The washbasin was leaking. The floor was coated with a layer of dust. There wasn't a doormat outside the restroom or a trash can inside the room. The Cable TV channels were restored after a complaint was raised. The biggest disappointment was the street where it's located. It's a run down street behind the main road. Btw there's no restaurant in the so called HOTEL PASUPALA "GRAND". Even your coffee and tea is brought from some street corner Bandi (cart).

This is located in a small alley. Not easily noticeable. The Rooms are clean and well maintained. The room where I stayed doesn't have a fan regulator so it was running at full speed which was annoying. I had to park on the road as there is limited parking in the basement. The staff is good and friendly. Value for money. No in house restaurant. As such the only good restaurant in Anantpur is Krishna Grand and It's nearby

The room was okay. But there was little to no light near the mirror. It was a nightmare to get ready. Also the washroom was stinking of sewage. I guess the drains had to be cleaned. Even though the room was big the washroom was a big problem.

One of the most respected names in hospitality sector, my rendezvous with HMG was an extremely professional and pleasant one. The rooms were spacious duly armed with hot water kettle, and a study table. Much more standard stuff was there but i rarely use them hence not mentioning. I spent 3 nights with no hassles. The food served was tasty. Breakfast was a buffet affair wherein the spread was a typical one (idli, vada, Dosa, chutney and sambar, cut fruits, fresh fruit juice, tea, coffee etc.) but very well organized. Had lunch on one day and the food was less oily and tasty. Coconut rice was a standout dish for me. By virtue of its Central location, one just needs to walk 50- 500 metres for almost anything one wishes to buy. Parking one's vehicle may seem to be an issue but their front as well basement parking sufficiently covered guests requirements.
