Excellent place to have luxury dinner once in a while with a mesmerizing views from 17 th floor at night. A good place to have a quiet dinner. Tried Tandoori chicken and have to admit tandoori chicken is the juciest and soft. Definitely dish to try. Good variety of Naan also. But the best is the quiet environment and night views from the restaurant. Likely expense at this restaurant for a couple with one cocktail and two dishes might be approx 4000/- it all depends on your choice and this is only a guidance value

Disappointed by Security and Service Standards at The Leela, Bharatiya City Bangalore My recent stay at The Leela, Bharatiya City Bangalore, left me disappointed and concerned about the hotel's security and service standards. During our visit on February 16th, I encountered a troubling incident involving the mini-bar in our room (Room 512) that significantly tarnished our experience. Upon checking in around 2:30 PM, we found the mini-bar open and fully stocked, which was expected and satisfactory. However, upon returning to our room later that evening, we were shocked to discover that the mini-bar had been locked and completely emptied. This raised serious questions about the security and integrity of our room during our absence. How could a mini-bar that was open and stocked upon our arrival suddenly be locked and emptied without any explanation? Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the hotel staff during checkout, we received no satisfactory explanation or resolution. It's been more than a couple weeks since our departure, and we are yet to receive any form of communication or clarification from the management. This lack of accountability and communication regarding such a serious incident is unacceptable. As guests, we expected better security measures and prompt resolution of our concerns. Overall, our experience at The Leela, Bharatiya City Bangalore, fell short of our expectations, and we are deeply disappointed by the hotel's handling of this matter. We urge the management to take immediate steps to address security lapses and improve customer service to prevent similar incidents in the future. In light of our experience, I cannot recommend The Leela, Bharatiya City Bangalore, to others until these issues are properly addressed

I attended a corporate event of my company in this property. The experience was simply horrible. The pathetic experience I ever had in my life. The hall was suffocating throughout the event. The AC was not proper. There was only one dinner counter for 250 people it was like a stampede. By the time I reached the counter almost everything I was got over and the staff was not interested to fill things in. Finally when I tried to leave, the wallet staff were acting really unprofessional. I was waiting for my car for more than half an hour but all the while my key was in the counter itself. On top of that the guy managing the wallet counter was showing attitude to me. I can't imagine this as a 5 star hotel with any stretch of my imagination. All the credits to them for spoiling one evening for me and then spoiling a night sleep thinking about the horrible events My humble advise is to stay away from this property. They simply don't know how to manage crowd

I stayed here for a few nights whilst I was working close by and this hotel is all the good stuff of the Leela experience in a brand new shiny building. The room is massive and well designed. I love the custom furniture they've made, It's such a unique experience. Room service is reasonable and quick. The Indian restaurant on top is a worth while experience just on it's own. The random surprise of the trip was the room service tiramisu, It's worth a try and one of the best I've had in India. There is not much to do out here but if you're coming to Bhartiya you probably know that, Luckily the hotel is connected to the new shopping mall to make the most out of the one attraction outside. I hope to be back with the family just for the food. Thank you

Went here for team lunch. Food spread and taste was good. Nice ambience, variety of starters, pasta, pizza, main course, deserts, ice cream. Roti basket was good. Courteous staff. Wow, this place was just awesome. Near rooms, highly maintained pool, gym, delicious food, courteous staff, everything was amazing. We went here to mark our wedding anniversary, got 2 rooms on offer since we went with kids, totally worth every penny paid...:) There is a park adjasant to the hotel with innovative play equipments and a nice walking track. You can also go cycling there. Will definitely visit again.

Visited the place first time when it was just open but after a long gap went for the team dinner in their restaurant. The entrance is very grand and people greeted us very warmly and with courtesy. The entrance is decorated with beautiful paintings, wall hangings, chandelier and furnishings. There was a space allocated for our team in the open which was spacious enough to accommodate our big team. The food opted was Indian buffet. The price was quite high but the taste and food quality was great. The spread of the buffet is also great for vegetarian and non vegetarian too. The deserts and chat counters also too good.

Had dinner at Falak on a Saturday night. pros - The service was exceptional and the starters were really good. cons - The music was too loud and inappropriate for an Indian fine dining restaurant. the fat content in the Indian breads was beyond what was necessary for optimal taste. the main and the desserts were good but nothing exceptional to justify the premium price point.

Came here for dinner today on the opening of the all day dining restaurant Quattro .... We had a very pleasant evening and really enjoyed everything in the buffet 😍 The Malaysian Laksha soup stole the show.... I really dint expect that the thing I'd love the most on the buffet would be a soup ... But Many years ago I tasted a Khao Suey soup at Taj Mumbai and always craved to eat it again The Malaysian Laksha soup is pretty similar and the chef's have done a brilliant job with it ♥️ I'm glad now it's available right beside my home in Nikoo The staff were really polite and did a great job even though it was their first day ! From the Vallet to the front desk and FnB staff each and everyone were really sweet and professional I was served by Ms. Soumya and Mr. Shrujan and they were super sweet , professional and prompt with their service Had great interactions with so many other staff and chef's We will definitely come back again sometime to try out the breakfast buffet and even the other restaurants and bars ! I only attended a event but it was too congested and had a weird ball room design for some reason. Terrace looked decent. Apartments are small boxes without proper planning. Location is a plus.

We had our business conference and i stay with 40+ of our colleagues. Bathroom tiles are slippery and my colleague slipped and fell. He had a pain in his wrist and he wanted medical assistance but nothing was available in hotel was a big surprise to me.. They assured help as doctor was not available and sent us to near by hospital with leela vehicle and shared a mobile no to call to pick us back. After treatment 1hr i was trying to reach the number he dia not answer. With lot of trouble we have to take local and reached hotel. After reaching hotel i was trying to complaint to reception (manager) he was not even listening to me. I never expected such a pathetic response from a 5 star property.. ☹️☹️

One very important thing I would like to recommend and want the hotel to change this, the curtains of the bathroom are on the outside and not inside which causes privacy issues as the person sitting in the room can move it and see inside.

We recently did a one day staycation at the Leela Bharatiya city and were pleasantly surprised. Our experience was overall amazing and all aspects of our stay were personalised and taken care of well. Overall experience: Our stay was taken care of Sita and Akashdeep and they made sure we had a seamless experience. Restaurant: We had very attentive hosts at the restaurant, Goutha, Moin Sayed and Krishna who made sure we were comfortable and well attended to. Spa: The spa was an invigorating experience and credit goes to Achila for her relaxing massages. Overall, the rooms (even the starting point) ones are spacious and excellent in quality as opposed to a lot of 5 star hotels. The hotel is connected to a mall, which is again a very nice find. The stores are cosmopolitan with some games for the kids at the entrance. Definitely recommend!

The rooms are clean and offer top-notch service. Especially, I was surprised that all the staff were so friendly. The swimming pool has a children's pool, so it's great for families with young children. At the shower room next to the swimming pool and gym, you can enjoy not only showers but also sauna. Although it is a bit far from the airport, I recommend this hotel if you need to move to the hotel after arriving at the airport late at night, rather than to the city center.

This hotel is located at a very peaceful place, far away from the city crowd. Loved the location and locality, no traffic, empty roads and awesome views. The hotel is huge and rooms are good. I went there for one of the office party and really enjoyed the vibe, though breakfast was little bit disappointing but overall loved the place.

There you can find huge halls which suits for corporate meetings and conferences. It has two blocks which is bit tricky to find the conference room. Food they served for lunch is not good at all. They have to concentrate on food, beverages and snacks. Service wise not bad. Overall good ambiance and place for corporate meetings not upto the mark with food.

Once you are here, it's like being transported to another place. Really doesn't feel like Bangalore the moment you turn in from the main road. It's a very large area of residences, the hotel, convention centre, mall etc. We had come for lunch to the Leela. What a lovely property and a nice restaurant, with a pool, all overlooking the glossy glass building in front. Food was good too. Almost all dishes were good. My 5 year old banged his head into the glass and got some chocolates as a result, which left him grinning. Nice gestures like these from the staff go a long way in retaining customer loyalty. And Leela rarely disappoints.

One of the best properties.. the overall experience of our stay was super memorable. The rooms are impeccably maintained and the hospitality of the staff is commendable. We checked in mid night, but to our surprise the waiting staff was so quick to welcome us and make us comfortable in our rooms in no time. We had to catch flight early morning, and the entire team of chefs assembled the freshly prepared breakfast buffet for us 90 mins early than their regular time. I highly recommend this property. Kudos to the management team for such a warm welcome.

Very well built property. Beautiful furnishing, ambience. Food choices and the spread in the buffet was exceptional. There was so much, I couldn't even taste everything. But whatever I tried was amazing. The desserts section was also wonderful. The staff was so polite and respectful and attended to all our requests. Had a wonderful time there. Will surely return.

Just opened today 13th September 2021 . We are first guest to enter on 12th sept 2021. Nice and quiet place . Rooms are larger than mumbai .

I wanted to have a team dinner for 40 people at Quattro in Leela and was sent a menu which I okayed. The items on the day of the buffet were significantly different from what was agreed to with Manohar. Which was not communicated to me Also he said he'll block a section for 40 people. But the section had seating only for 30 people. He said he's giving us a separate private space for few people, which is nonsense because who wants a private room for just 5-6 people when it's a team event. And when we dint have enough seating and some members moved to a different section they were not allowed saying the tables are booked. This was insultful for the guest with food in their hand and no palce to sit, I asked for Manohar who came and then said it's okay for them to sit there.i had to apologize to my team members for this embarrassment. Each experience from the first call to the seating arrangements made were difficult and not what you'd expect from a brand like Leela. I will be ensuring others in the organization I work with know of this experience so we don't book team lunches or dinners here.

Went to lotus oriental for dinner. Asian cuisine with authentic taste. Price on a little higher side as the name suggests but you won't regret it after you taste every dish. Do try exciting desserts on the menu.

One Bengali restaurant is available on the back side of the hotel. Hotel staffs are really helpful and accomodative. They are very friendly. Market is situated nearby. All food counters, medicine shop everything is available nearby. Power supply is 24x7 available. AC cooling is good. No disturbance from the neighborhood. Ola uber is available in door on booking.

Mall near by, community park etc. since it’s a Leela property there is no doubt the service is good, food was amazing. Rooms were big, clean and nicely kept by housekeeping. Good property

Hotel is located in a very posh locality with high rise buildings. It feels like you are living in a different world. Great ambiance with Excellent service. Food is very good. Convention Halls are big enough and flexibly built to accommodate various needs

One of the most fine experiences for stay, very personalized service and always caring staff. Got handwritten notes and simple gestures which made the stay very special for me.. When i had to rush for an early flight they even made me a takeaway breakfast on request... Kudos to the team
