This hotel is the worst hotel. People here are to loot customers but not to serve them. They simply waste time of guests by taking more time to serve and there is one server who shows lot of attitude and don't at all respect us not at all provide wat we ask for even for providing menu he takes more than half an hour. If asked for any thing he behaves rudely and carelessly. And when complain to lady sitting in reception at hotel she doesn't have any courage to talk to her staff she will simply sit as if she don't have any thing to do with this matter. Really very irresponsible staff here. Please people don't opt for this hotel. literally a waste hotel never seen anywhere.

I heard from a localite that it is one of the good hotels in Bellary, and from the crowd at the hotel, you can't deny that fact. However, the service is below average. I mean, you can't expect customer centric suppliers here. They have attitude like: "if you are hungry you will eat anyway, otherwise you will get yourself out.

Worst hotels ever...staffs are very rude and egoistic.. please don't go there..if you go you will have to wait minimum 1 hour for just a Tea..then think lunch or dinner before go ..

Poor take out foods.No roti curry option.we have to order seperately curry and roti.then we ordered aloo parotta for that also they didn't given raita and pickle..they have given in aluminium foil without a paper bag also..

I came to Bellary for my personal work and I halted in Mayura Hotel. The Mayura Hotel is very beautiful and has very good facilities I like this Classic furniture and hospitality. Here we have more facilities around this hotel. Food courts, bus terminals, bar and restaurants everything will be here.

No doubt it's located @ heart of d city nearby / opposite to old ksrtc bus stand & walkable to railway station not clean &tidy

Service is takes more time but taste is good I suggest you guys to try cfe or tea once superb teast

We get the best coffee here in whole Bellary. A very good place for coffee lovers. Along with coffee we get good food as well. Ambiance is ok, place is there to sit outside as well. A good stop over for travellers. Prices are moderate

Yesterday we took idli ,sambar and chutney it was worst wasted my money fr one plate nd when I take parcel I told them 1 plate (2 idli,1vada & with sambar, chutney) like that two plates I want in biling section they took 2 plates amount 50rs and they packed me with only one plate .. worst response from service. Please ppl don't waste ur money in hotels rather than put it to Bandi idli,dosa ppl .. wasted my money fr one plate..

Some years back this was having the best food and service. But now JTS reduced a bit and service has to be improved with food taste as well.

Today afternoon we had icecream with my family and we use to go very frequently to this hotel. The hotel established about 35 years back and quality is very good.

Good place for tiffen items. Here quality and taste is served. But the staff and service is too bad. Parking for 2 wheelers is ok but car n all is lil difficult. U get all kinds of tiffen items and chats. And after having ur food taste tea also, they serve good tea here. N if ur planning for take away then don't forget to bring bag, bcoz they don't give any bag for parcels. Other and service and all taste is good. I enjoyed it.

Good food, breezy atmosphere, Pocket friendly, but they do not serve "just tea". Bill oriented people, you need to order many things... Just tea or coffee won't work here...

It was one among the old restaurants for ice-cream and all and we use to visit the place from childhood till the age of allmost 20. I visited the place after 13 years to recherish my childhood memories but it all turned upside down. The menu has crunched. The taste has become worst and the quantity of food has shrinked. I feel there are a lot more better options. Old is no more gold😭😭
