Had such bad experience on Sunday noon when we 4 friends went here for lunch...we order 4 chicken biryaani...so waiter came and told us that they dont have biryaani in stock...on sunday noon they dont have biryaani...after that they like forcefully make us think about special chicken biryaani which is supposed to have only boneless chicken...with no options left we ordered 3 special chicken biryaani...He came up with biryaani rice bowl with chicken pieces of chicken masala thats without gravy...like he took pieces from chicken masala but without gravy...and telling us that its our special chicken biryaani...again with no options we start eating..and then boom...there are bone pieces in biryani...then we realize that he gave us leftover biryaani rice with some pieces from gravy...The staff is so rude they dont feel any guilt for that... Directly saying these guys are fooling people for sake of high prices dishes..they will make u order high priced dishes from menu as they left u with no options... Will not recommend at all to anyone.

Not recommended,Staffs are careless,they provided menu after 20 minutes after being seated in restaurant.The quality and taste of food is worst , not even worth of one star rating .veg Shangri la a deep oil fried item which was over fried,we used to get that burnt bitterness taste.But waiter told that is how Shangri la supposed to be lol😂, please don't try to fool the customer.The egg fried rice was even worst ,the rice was not cooked properly.The butter kulcha(Indian breads) is supposed to be smooth with butter smeared upon it but it was like roosted and was not able to eat . The next day after consuming these stuffs it led to food poisoning and stomach acche.Green chilly please try to improve your food quality and please train your staff to serve customers.

Decent food with horrendous service left a bad taste for me and friends. Person serving our table was super rude, said no to almost everything we ordered from the menu and refused to even check with the chef. Had to call in the manager to order food. Would never go here again.

Best non veg food in bly is available here.... Especially fried rice is yummy 😋 All non vegetarian must visit this place... It is spacious Staff is friendly 🙂 Parking space are available Chicken lollipop is good to taste Vegetarian starters are good.... Food quality is also good..... Fish. Dishes 🐟 is bit expensive..... Veg buffet is good with good quantity....

Food taste is delicious but service is not good too slow response for taking order and to serve. Less customer friendly servers.

Had very disappointing experience. I felt the place had good ambience. The person behind at the counter was outright obnoxious, very bad behaviour, attitude problems...i expected basic courtesy out of these people.

Don't ask customers for tip. If you're service good customers give you the best tip.i think management also support this bad think

My engagement was hosted here, can host about 100people. Has central AC and one room attached to the hall to get ready or plan stuff. Very good experience it was, food catering is taken by them and was very tasty. They charged 220/- per plate. Must book place for birthday parties or any small events.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional! Every dish bursts with flavor, and the presentation is like a work of art. I can't wait to come back.
