Worst ever room and maintainance. Don’t go with the pics at all.. room is very shabby.. bathroom sink was leaking and the worst part is when complained in the morning , they accepted and replied very adamantly that he knows it’s leaking and most of the rooms are like that.. we booked an AC room but they have given a non-Ac room not even refunding the amount .. 0 rating hotel.

I have never seen worst hotel with worst hospitality. It’s not at affordable even for INR500 per night. Rooms have pathetic issues and Hotel is not occupied 100% but still staff says they can not able to shift the room. I strongly recommend not to check in to this Hotel never ever…😡😡😡😡

All went Good. Rooms are OK but management need to maintain more clean and neat. Bed and mattress also OK. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available, prices are variable depends on the season. Both Online and Offline booking available, for better deal contact the property and book offline. Prices may vary Offline compared to Online. Staff also OK. Room service boys availability is not that much great. Management need to improve a lot. Near to both Railway Station and Bus Stand, auto available for reaching. Parking available for both Two Wheeler and Four Wheeler.

It's one of the worst hotels I have ever visited ........ You can see standardness only in the name of the Hotel, but not inside. Plz Don't check-in at the hotel before checking the room condition

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are big. Owner of the hotel is very helpful. Staffs and room services are also good. Rooms can be maintained in better condition. Seems it is time to change bed linen and towels. They were very old .

Don't go by the name and photos , you will be fooled. I forgot to check the reviews. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of ac compressor and mosquitoes. Very very dirty not maintained well. No proper blankets.

Not a good hotel as the photos shows. Dont make much expectations. It's just a normal hotel. Does not maintain the rooms, nor the bathrooms.. I got a worst room in the beginning ( bad toilet) had to fight for refund.. they denied. So gave another room. Had to adjust. Also.. they never accept credit cards.. have to pay gpay and phone pay. If you are booking please check the Rooms first and then pay.

Rooms are in pathetic condition. If you are used to more hygienic conditions inside bathrooms, don't ever visit this hotel. You can find cockroaches everywhere inside the room. Staff behavior is too worst.

AC rooms are good, non AC is ok ok not up to mark,

Centrally located. Hot water takes ages to come out of the tap. Maintenance is worst. Faucet leaks. Furniture is visibly worn out. They won't give you any blanket other than the thick ones even when asked. Parking is ample. No toiletries. The plug points sometimes don't work.

Every thing here is poor except the location, this hotel better be demolished than keep it alive to fleece gullible visitors.

Not worth the stay, we had to just book in last min. Floors are not clean bed covers too not clean over all unhygienic place.

Rooms are not as good as in the pics, foul smell and not maintained properly, they couldn't even give an extra pillow . Bathroom leakage and flush wasn't working. Rusted shower, and maintained very poorly

Location is very near to the bus stop. Service is good U will get hot water until 8:30AM Room is good

Lift was always stuck and never works to ground floor. We had to move our luggage from 3rd floor to Ground through staircase.only the plus point is location

The name only is Grande. Everything else is on a toss. This property is on a very good road, but is being maintained very very bad, you will feel at the entrance itself with all the litter. Over and above you don't get an option to use shower as it's damaged, and have your own bedsheets/soap/towel as you don't get one. And the worst part the rooms are very very stinky. Never ever recommend to anyone

If any possibility to give negative(-) rating, I want to go for that one.. but i dont have the option for that.. the worst experience, and the staff they dont have any responsibility for the guests.. Yesterday we booked a ac room for our guests . We checked in by 9.30am and went out after 10.30am.. Cameback after lunch foundout that AC is not working.. as we approached the reception four times every hour, they said wait for 30.mnts.. till 7.30 nothing has taken care.. Simply we checkedout and booked a room in another hotel... I SUGGEST DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL..It is worthless and better to stay dormitory instead of staying here.

Worst and unprofessional staff. Dirty bathrooms, den of Rats, guest are offered Torn bedsheets and blankets. Receptionist in a drunkard. I don't recommend this property to anybody. Waste of money.
