We had seen bad reviews about this hotel before going but still we opted it, mainly because of the location. We stayed in AC family room (costing ~ Rs.1900/-) in 1st week of April ’23. Now if I look back, others who provided feedback were totally right. This hotel is totally avoidable. Room is comparatively spacious, but bathrooms are unclean and they smell badly. And the room is full of cockroaches. Instead of Mansa Inn, it should be called Roaches Inn. Front portion was being demolished because of road widening activity and there are no safety measures. Customers had to walk through debris and debris hanging above your head. In fact, owner and the staff (except the night shift receptionist) need to understand how hospitality industry works. They don’t care for customer experience at all. Lift (automatic) is another dangerous place to be in. Lift door doesn’t stop if you put your hand; my wife’s hand got stuck and she was lucky not to get harmed. Because of the road widening activity hotel doesn’t have normal restaurant. So, one need to rely on outside food only. Room: 2/5 Bathroom: 1/5 Location: 4/5 Cost: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Hospitality: 1/5 Overall: 1/5 So, there are good hotels in nearby proximity and this one can be avoided.

Rooms are not maintained well, Room full of Musquitos and Cockroachs. When we Complained about this issues then they Bring Hit spary. This is not a good maintenance. And one more thing Rooms are very tiny (Small). They didn't accept Card payments.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Walking distance from the railway station and bus stand. Ample food cafes nearby. Clean rooms. Comfy stay.

Looks got value for money. Outside it looks like under construction, but when you get over there it's good.

Dirty place 🤢 rooms were not clean lights won't work properly bed was full of dust and bedbugs that was so disgusting no hot water was available no room service bathroom was worst 🤮🤮

This hotel is really worst hotel 8 have ever seen. When we entering into the getting very bad smell and when we informed them they brought freshner and after sometime again same smell is coming lot of musquotos and not at all advisable please avoid this

Worst hotel ever visit. Non cooperative staff. They cheat the customer. Booked single room and given double room with higher price inspite of there mistake. Recommend not to book or stay in this hotel.

No Hot Water, No Lift after 10 PM, No Service, Phone doesn't work, Wi-Fi not available from 2nd Floor to 4th floor, all that's listed in their site is fake. Don't visit

An average place on a very busy street. The entrance is hidden and one needs to go through a driveway to enter the hotel. Rooms are average and bathrooms are so-so. Good for budget travelers but look elsewhere if you are looking for comfort or luxury. The place has no parking of is own and cars need to be parked on the street next to the football stadium adjoining the place.

One of the best lodge, I came from hubli for the purpose of work, very kind staff and hats off to there behaviour and I left Bluetooth headphone in my room while cheking out, but staff called me and returned it to me, very rare to find such people in current era,,and coming to the service very reasonably priced with clean rooms best for family and wiring staff ...Thank you for your service

A very dusty and dirty hotel. Poor service of staff and also of thr Reception staff. Being very rude to customers. Suggested not to stay in the hotel. The washroom are also dirty and even the bed and the bedsheets. They provide no Wifi and no hot water before 7am Don't go by the images they have shared online it is another even 1% like that.

Affordable rates. Rooms are good but the toilet is not up to the mark. Restaurant not available. Lift facility available. Hot water is available in the morning.
