you go to the hotel on whichever date the receptionist will scam you by saying only Deluxe Suit rooms are available and will charge you whooping 3k plus for your 1 day stay. also the rooms are not worth for that 3k. average quality interior. Only food quality and room service is good there. i recommend this hotel only for food they served us.

At the time of check-in receptionist had asked me to confirm number of day's of stay. Receptionist had not agreed to extend no. of day's written in the register. As he informed no extension will be as we there are more customers in waiting. I don't know they are preferred for waiting list customers instead present staying customers.

The food is over over priced. Pulka is the size of a mini puri and costs 40 + tax . Crazily over priced. Curries are drenched in oil, almost impossible to taste anything else other than oil. Rooms are okay but bathrooms are pathetic, water was not flowing freely in the drains. Breakfast was being served in a party hall with plastic tables and chairs and super dirty table cloth, so had to have it standing for some hygiene. Variety was pathetic idly,vada bread and boiled eggs.

Service was good but if you eat biryani or tandoori chicken pieces which was they served that piece was expired. I was very bad experience with Bala Restaurant, sometimes they used to served expired items even I complaint that they didn't replace that which was expired item.

Don't go to spa or massage here..... they say 50 mins and do only 30 mins.... If u go and ask, they say that's it..... It's over.... No proper response and, full of rowdism

For Bellary this is a good hotel. Rooms are quite big and decently equipped. Bathroom have the bare minimum. Good thing is you get running hot water. The food ordered in was ok too. Location is the best, it's quite central and enough to walk around and get done. Service is simple and alright.

Felt like age old room. But management can surely think on keeping it upto latest trends. Blanket provided were not soo good. Indian Railways provide best quality blankets than these. Please improve room ambiance.

Highly unprofessional and they will put you in trouble at the last moment.They would cheat you at any cost. They would charge you extra money too. There is a third class bar ( Rickshaw pullers you will find ) on the roof top, I would not recommend to go with family.
