Wish there was -1 would have rated it. Very hyped up hotel. Rooms are filth. Bathrooms and toilets not cleaned for ages. Bedding stinks. There are lizards in ac room. Absolutely no standard. Even the common areas like corridors are not broomed to say the least. Don't mislead people with pictures maintain standard.

I went with my family for a function and we chose an ac room which was very spacious and clean. The sheets had to be changed cause they were stained and the staff did it immediately.This may not be a star hotel but it was clean and I didn’t expect such a lovely hotel in Bellary. It is very close to the fort and city shopping areas. The locality is very good and well lit up. The staff are courteous, speak English and very obliging. I was very happy even though I came from Bangalore. They raised the standards for my expectations and I’m glad I chose hotel royal fort.

Before reviewing remember Ballary is a mosquito infested town. So it is in best interest to stay in a place which has AC and in-house restaurant. And I thought we made a good decision in staying at Royal fort. We were there for a tournament and were not sure how long stay would be. So we were looking for a place within budget with AC and food. It is a ideal place for family. Cleanliness is Ok. Food was good. Parking in house. Friendly staff. Above all room was large. Near to many necessaries.

Stayed there for couple of days for official work. Rooms are spacious and okay but not so clean and hygienic as expected for the price paid. Food was average too nothing so special. My personal experience with the hotel and staffs was not good.

Worst experience staying at this hotel ,there was Water leakage in the room, full laguage got drunched. All expensive Silk sarees also got completed wet, No proper responsble staff, only a receptionist and a housekeeping staff with their helplessness faces. There's no proper room service check , before handing over the room to guest.

The hotel states a 3 star but doesn’t maintain any standards of 3 stars. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean the food was average it’s not worth the price. Floors are dark without proper ventilation. Overall not satisfied and a bad experience

Unclean and unhygienic rooms and bathroom. The infrastructure is good but the maintenance is the worst. The room surfaces had a layer of dust, seems like rooms were not cleaned for weeks. Toilet had yellow marks. Some staff were unprofessional. When complained about the room during checkout the manager was reluctant to accept their fault and saying we should have informed them priorly. But the point is that the staff is not maintaining the rooms on regular basis.

Rooms were so dusty stayed in suite room paid so much for it and the floor was not clean at all it was full of dust as we arrived at night so v dont want to waste time to ask them to clean it becoz we were so sleepy but the hotel should have some common sense to give there customers cleaned room and the towels wer so dirty was full of stains on it the shower button in bathroom was broken Better stay at some other lodge instead of paying so much here only good thing there is reception has some antique pieces to take photos dats it

Overall Iam giving single star as I don't find rating lesser than that. Two rooms we booked, both the rooms are big and spacious. But bathrooms and bedsheets were so dirty looks it wasn't cleaned for years. Bathrooms are smelling. Not satisfied with the stay.

Let me just say that everything here was excellent. And the staff is quite polite and the food is also quite amazing. This is my honest opinion or review about this hotel. The owner was very polite and the service was the best. Do try it, you will enjoy it a lot. Thank you so much

We went for a birthday family party,the hospitality is good and the interior was superb. I don't know about non veg,but veg menu was disaster. We have ordered some items from menu,,none of them are tasted good. Need to improve the taste.

Best place to stay at ballari, clean rooms. Best place for any program / function, thet have good ambience banquet halls. Good food. Bit expensive

Very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and breezy. We were unable to get AC rooms due to a function happening on the premises, but the rooms made up for that. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It's definitely value for money

Location is perfect to see fort, but service not upto the mark, phone not working tv not working, wi fi not working even i have complementary tiffin, but they first day refuse to give tiffin, again i second day, second day given, really not happy with the service beacuse i stayed here 4 days, in four days even single time not connected phone to front desk or service person.. If you are a marketing person you have to work in laptop than to much problem beacuse of wifi.

Good place to check in and stay at Bellary. They have good amenities and facilities. We have experienced good customer service from the staff. They have spa and additional facilities for the people visit. Nice ambience and decor, we have been served with complimentary breakfast with our package.

I Don't prefer to stay here ...rooms are not clean...bed given outdated & I think Pillow given driver or hotel staff used one also I requested for sleeper not given

Very bad rooms. Too costly for the service available. Bad and rude staff. Dirty bed liners and many other. Please do not choose these rooms. There are better rooms available for lower price than these in Bellary

Hotel is spacious, rooms are big and cleanly maintained Just bed sheets as well as towel were not that cleaned there were a bit small marks on it, There is parking space as well as restaurants and bar here #Bellary

Hotel is good and at good location, where you can see entire fort from your balcony. Food was little costly but good in taste. Room service was not great as tv unit was not working and we asked to fix but they didn't. Massive space to park your cars or even small buses. Per night stay is little bit costly, as you can get something better at the same price considering the room, otherwise property amenities were unbeatable.

I stayed here with my family in an AC room. The room was spacious. It is very near to Bellary fort. So you can have a good view in the morning times. The outer view of the hotel is amazing. 1. The room has very dim lighting. 2. Also i have a family relative who stayed in first floor . So i went to meet him. The bar kitchen is adjacent to that 1st floor. The smell was not good while roaming in that first floor… 3. The pola paradise hotel is adjacent to the hotel. I heard there used to be a gate which connects both these hotels which was closed right now. If that gate was opened then it would be great to have snacks or tea ( which are great in pola paradise) in the evening who are staying in the hotel 4. I feel the room service is a bit slow. The hotel was a good and memorable experience

Worst hotel on the earth. Booked a very premium suit the bolt of wash room is broken and haven't checked it before issuing suit to us. Badly maintained and many bed bucks in the bed Lenin, very poorly maintained egg rotten pungent Oder welcomes as v enter the suit. I won't dare to Sisir this hotel again even if it's offered to me free as compliment. Worst experience ever. RIP hotel royal fort

Not worth the money you pay. Although you get good views of the Bellary fort, there's is a foul smelling nasty drainage flowing just beside the entrance of the hotel which makes travelling to the hotel a nightmare. The hotel looks posh from outside but interiors of the room are not so great. Toilets although were reasonably clean the materials seems extremely old and seems as though they are going to break down at any moment. The bed/mattress was old too and not very clean. Stained at places. The staff were all always pleasant but sometimes slow to respond to some requests. I'm not sure how other hotels in Bellary are but you can probably look at the room yourself before making the decision to stay in. Food which we ordered to the room was however very good!

One of the good hotels in Ballari. Though located a bit far from the city centre, the amenities provided by this hotel is impressive. Prominently non-veg restaurant but also has vegetarian restaurants and has multiple p Halls which can be utilised for various gatherings and functions. Spacious parking area and party halls

This place is good and have nice ambience. Very clean and good food and good service this too good to stay and reasonable price. Good rooms and fresh feel . It is located jus side of a mountain can see both sun rise and sun set cand have a great time spent they have all types of facilities like conference room and disco room and function hall and also free parking . Shod try this place good to have here Friendly staff and good support and good ambience.

Royal fort is the best option, As the accessibility from Bus and Railway Station is 15-20 mins travel time. Located in posh location, Fort is visible from your rooms/Hotel Entrance. You have round the clock service. Check in and Check out is easy as the staff is well trained. Bathroom are old fashioned and interiors aren't upto the mark of the hotel standard. Rest all a good to go... Happy Staying 😊

Stayed a night. The hotel room was big. It was quiet. BUT the sheets and bed was not clean. The towels look old and dirty. They simply don't clean the bathroom. I think they just don't want to spend on staff. Hardly saw any staff other than reception and reception there. Restaurant is ok. But a hotel room which is not cleaned. A big NO.

Disgusting and horrible Experience. Unhygienic dirty Room, Arrogant and Unprofessional staff giving wrong orders, worst food, high prices didn't even provide proper drinking water...Avoid it go better place elsewhere

Wow what a name 😂😂😂😂.....but worst experience ever as the room and bathroom is dirtiest ever....I think it will shutdown soon with the carelessness staffs and maintenance.Management should check regularly what is happening with staff and how they are taking care of cleanliness.
