Worst, worst, worst hotel ever, they charge 2500 for AC room, we didn't had any option so we had to checkin in the hotel, the rooms are pathetic, The glass of the window was broken so there was no use of ac, All the dust was coming in through the window, They have TVs in the rooms but just for showcase, They don't serve breakfast also. I urge people travelling to bellary don't checkin in this hotel, The water taps are not working, Jet spray and flush also was not working, Their staff purposely disconnects the telephone wire so that the guest should not call. Horrible experience

AC wasn't working in the first place, they took 2 hrs to accomodate extra beds requested. Morning there was no hot water, after consecutive follow up and finally after arguing we got the hot water. There is no bargain in price then there shouldn't be a bargain in service which they are not doing.. Service is literally very bad. Extra beds provided without bedsheets. Not at all worth. Bedsheets were stinking, Extra beds provided were soooo dirty.. Worst ever experience..

Room is not up to the mark. Room management is greedy. If you checkout 30 min late, then they are charging for whole day. Hotels near by are not good at all. Inside the city there are other good lodges with excellent hotels near by are there.

Worst room and services not even changed the bedspreads and pillow cover after previous occupancy. Management is very greedy we stayed only for 5 hours and not ready to reduce the price. 1500 is very high for this 3rd graded hotel room.

Paid advance but didn't provided rooms on wedding dates. Its a scam!. Lady in reception was arrogant didn't know how to treat customer. Filing complaint against hotel for Negligence under "Consumer Protection Act, 2019"

One of the worst place I have ever stayed in, couldn't stay even for 2hrs, dirty Bedcover, cockroaches and lizards all over, no water.. Hotel staffs doesn't care even if you complain. Waste of money. Please I don't suggest anyone to choose this place, for your good.

One of the worst Lodge in North Karnataka, Bed and bedsheets were very dirty , so many cocroches are there, ac was not working, for 22 acs they have only 3 remotes, worst experience, this Lodge don't deserve one star also, owner behavior is worst

They cheat people. They will take money and don’t provide room. Very rude owner, they are here to loot money. There are other lodgings around you can visit.

Worst lodging. We paid money in advance and when we arrived they didn't give room and didn't return money. Lady was very rude.

Worst service, nobody in the crew knows about hospitality. AC not working for guests is working as per them. Pure veg hotel serves Non-veg. Charges are higher than Marriot in Hyderabad comparatively. No humanity no cleanliness only good for people getting high after drinking at their Bar. Using goibibo's name and spoiling actual Goibibo guests.

Chinese, North Indian, Veg-Non Veg Dishesh Also Available Here.... Good Service, Good Location.And Good Place I Think This Hotel Is Great Place In Ballary..........

Rooms are very dirty and full of mosquitoes 🦟. Sometimes no water in restroom. Food is pathetic and horrible. If you stay here for 2 days, definitely u will fell sick 😷.

The level of service they offer is the lowest possible! They con people by taking money in advance and failing to provide rooms when they arrive! They cast blame on others, claim that the receptionist is no longer employed, can't refund the money, and won't even offer rooms! They commit contemporary time scams.

Worst hotel in bellary and only money minded peoples don't waste u r time

I stayed here around 20 days. Room is ok but staff behaviour is very bad. There is no water, towel in room. I will had to go on reception and had to bring water. TV was not working. I informed them but no body came there to fix that.

Hi Everyone. This is a sincere review i am sharing with you. Please dont book this hotel as i have faced a worst experience with my family. I already paid advance for the room,but when i came for check in the receptionist said there is no room. Then i argued a lot.The receptionist is too rude and will be demanding extra money for everything. Room service is too worst. Washroom health faucet not working. Overall a very bad experience at the cost paid for AC room.
