We were traveling from mantralayam to chitradurga. This was the only hotel i could find with decent review that day. But it turned out to be an awesome stay, there is a nice restaurant at this same stay, the food was awesome especially the chicken Cesar salad. They served us breakfast in the morning which was complimentary with the stay but compared to paid dinner this breakfast was no match. I know this hotel is not looking to make it any better but please don't betray you conscience. You can improve in proper dusting of the rooms and serving better food for breakfast.

Hotel looks big from outside. Service, maintaine and food is worst. Rooms are not maintained. Mosquto issue. Towel smells. Manager Mr. Anteryami is very rude to customer. They don't want to business.. do not go..

One of the 5Star hotel in bellary and I can say that the items in the shop adds extra amount on MRP (it's really bad on it). Apart from that rooms are luxury and the service it's too late.

Had stayed for two days, rooms vr large and clean but room service poor, the hotel located almost on outskirts of city has a good parking place the hall bedides it is also good but has very few wash rooms.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of the city. You do not get any amenities around the 3km radius of this hotel. It is very dangerous at night to get out of this hotel. You find people drinking around this hotel. Only Bar is active. Do not put yourselves in trouble by staying here.

Stayed for a weekend. The service is average. Did not get hot water in the shower. They don't serve food all day and don't allow outside food so you can't order on swiggy/Zomato also which was disappointing as we had to step out for breakfast when we woke up late and wanted to order in.. Bad coordination within the hotel and restaurant caused us problems as they were charging us for the water bottles which are supposed to be a part of the room package... Over all this their internal telecom wasn't working for 1.5 days of our 2 day trip which meant we had to go down to the reception to communicate anything to them. Multiple up and down from the room and reception made the whole experience below average along with their restrictions and mismanagement It might be good if you just go for a function at their venue with friends and family and stay for a day but don't recommend staying if you go on a personal trip

Almost on the outskirts of Ballari, the hotel was just okay. Looks grand and huge from the outside but the maintenance or the lack of it is clearly visible once you step in. Most of the rooms on one block were under maintenance and the one we got was also not all that great. Bathrooms were quite average. However the food was good. Service is slow and it's better to order ahead to save time if you are in a hurry

The hotel is located on the outskirts and is one of the best hotels in Bellary. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable, the restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and they also had ample parking space. The food and service at the restaurant were great too.

One of the best place to stay in Bellary... Stayed there for 2 days with family... Very spacious rooms with 24/7 hot water and inhouse resturant and bar which serves really well delicious food both veg and non veg ... Morning they serve buffet breakfast... They have inbuilt AC convention hall too which can accommodate really good crowd too and good garden space with little fountains and huge parking spaces for both hotel and convention hall.. The staff and security all were really friendly... Really recommend....

Booked this place in advance over call. Peaceful and comfortable place. Food was great and the staff were polite 10/10 would recommend.

This review is for resturant. Very poor service & poor serving staff.they serve the food on dirty table without cleaning the previous customer leftover. they are unable to manage this small resturant and not fit for hospitality Job.i don't want to waste my time writing lengthy review about my bad exp. In shot not recommended to visit.

The hotel is in one of the best locations in the city of tourism and industry, which also has a mini conference room and party hall, has a BAR, the staff is really friendly in nature they provided good care of me and my family, the rooms were really big and clean on our arrival, needless to say what else a guest needs from a hotel, Kudos to the team and all the best for the future ventures

It was good on weekdays, during the weekend their service is really pathetic. For each and everything, we have to go and get it. In restaurant, oh my God, the worst service than any other small hotel. The food was good. The service is the worst to the core... I won't recommend the restaurant service at all..

Hotel is situated at by pass Bellary near Ananthpur Road Bellary, location is quit good but little far from bus and railway station. Good Hospitality and rooms are good, good taste. Complimentary breakfast is available. Car parking area is available and also Garden is there in the Hotel premises.
