Just think about the 3 bed sharing room. 40000*3 = 120000 /year = 10000 per month for a room size of a kitchen. This is very overpriced. For 10k you can get a 1bhk. The rooms are very small, no place to keep something and move around. The lift isn't always turned on. Lift timings are ( 6am - 10am ) ( 4:30 to 10:30 ) Rooms are only cleaned once a week. Drinking water is OKAY. Some of the hostel managers are too arrogant . Can't invite friends to your own room. No backup for power cuts ( only one tubelight powered via solar) Hot/cold water problems, the whole building pipeline is completely messed up. Sometimes you get mf hot water from toilet water gun. The bathroom of 2 rooms have a common ventilator ( smell from your neighbours bathroom comes to your room via your bathroom) This isn't an option to choose wisely I'm not nit picking, these are issues faced regularly. Period !

Rooms are good , it's a student PG but you have to pay the amount of whole year in one go , overpriced though , and you'll be forced to experience power cuts as there is no generator. For students who really wants to study this is a bad choice , since there is a event hall , where will be marriages or other events , almost everyday , and since this pg is near hosur-unkal road , you should be ready to hear noises , especially the horns of vehicles, they literally sound horn at every hour , be it 1 AM or 6 AM when your enjoying your sound sleep or trying to focus on so e books. Well the pro's are , there's a mess downstairs and rooms are well furnished , that's all

Better stay in college hostel rather than staying here. Soda is mixed in rice and food is not even hygienic. Hostel wardens' behaviour with students staying there is not appreciable.
