They didn't deliver Jasmine garland i had paid 650 rs. It was for festival. They didn't refund also. They don't respond to chats and calls. Worst experience. Please don't order. It looked like fraud to me.

First month got fresh flowers, the second month I subscribed and I started getting stale flowers, now trying to contact them, they are literally rejecting all my calls. I am totally disappointed and repenting why I subscribed to them.

I ordered from hoovu flowers every week. Service was very good at the beginning but today as a important pooja they didn't supply flowers . What is the point of continuing the service if they didn't supply during pooja time. So I recommend not worth it. I don't know whether they return my money. I will not continue further.

I placed an order on May 1st to deliver for May 3rd and tried to contact them to know about delivery time. But no response until the day of delivery. They gave another phone number saying they will know details. When trying to contact the number, they replied they are not delivering on the delivery date. Because they need 72 hours. Which was not mentioned in their website. If they had 72 hour policy site should not have accepted my order. Or they should have replied to my messages on time and not saying they cant on 3rd of morning. I ordered those for a temple puja. They said they can deliver it on May5th. I said fine , because i dint want to cancel flowers i wanted to give to temple. And the worst part is because of allthis non professional way of handling their business i contacted them if they will deliver may5th atleast and they assured there will be no issuesthis time. But guess what, they cancelled my order at 2pm where it was scheduled to deliver at 4pm. They dint even give me reason why. When reached out they simply responsded they dint get their supply from hosur. PLEASE DONT TRUST HOOVU FRESH TO SUPPLY FOR IMPORTANT OCCASION. THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR SENTIMENTS. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IF YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED.

I had ordered Flowers through Zepto platform, and the flowers were actually super fresh. Apart from the freshness, you could smell the fragrance and just by looking at the flowers, you realise the quality of it!!! Great job!!!

Have been using hoovu through bbdaily in haralur road Bangalore. Delivery is prompt, but they deliver stale flowers. It used to be good they would deliver 2 days old flowers usually, but now something has changed. Market rate for 100g loose roses is 15Rs, they sell for 56Rs and then delivered one week old flowers. They increased it for diwali which was understandable, but they haven't reduced after diwali. Market prices have got lower but they keep it high to make big bucks. Look at the photos. Today is 19th Nov, I got flowers from 12th November. Pay higher and get old flowers. What a scam !

The main thing I liked this product is that it's dust free ( powder ) not much dust & wastage inside. Then the other thing I liked this product is that it's fragrance aroma is too calm & makes the atmosphere silent & peaceful ✌️

The Jasmine dhoop cones are very good . But the incense sticks don't give the desired fragrance . The Rose & Lavender also need more fragrance

Hoovu sells this for puja for 100 rupees, spoiled flowers for puja. Don't take advantage of people's emotions. If you see it's packed on 24th and they vouch for 15days shelf life.

I ordered the agarbati box from Hoovu. The agarbatis are beautifully packaged, but they burn quite fast.The sandalwood scent is the most authentic, followed by the rose and mallige.

Absolutely waste of money Fragrance very low almost negligible and better options available in market None of them is of any use Highly disappointed

Had ordered recently with products having no details of mrp mfg month etc how can they sent the same without these details and funded by shark tank judges cannot believe

I ordered dhoop sticks and I really loved the fragrance of it and the packing they did with flowers. It was really nice experience with it. It's products are better then any other brand. I had used different renowned brands in dhoop and sticks ; however, they're not providing better product then hoovu

A well oiled company that is able to give everything they promise customers. I became a member to the subscription model a few years ago and have continued to use them over the years. The flowers are fresh, colourful and smell great in the Mandir. Other copy cat brands have tried hard to IMMITATE the packaging of this place but they cannot succeed

Pathetic services by Hoovu Fresh.I ordered rose flowers for pooja in year 2021,yes more than 1 year back for Varlakhsmi vratam, but it never delieved to me.I sent message to watsapp number, the lady messaged back that they will resolve the issue and deliver the flowers or payback my money.A day came when she stopped replying.Till date I didn't recive flowers or my money back.Hoovu Fresh is a fraud company,be careful.

Their cones are top quality and smell exactly like flowers. My mom also used the sandalwood incense sticks and she loved it. The scent was long lasting and just a single stick filled the whole house with a lovely fragrance.

I believe that hoovu delivers only spoiled flowers with high prices. Even giving 1 star rating is waste. When we try to connect on a phone call there is no response. Supporting local flower markets is the best thing where they offer fresh flowers with very reasonable prices. Spending money for these spoiled flowers makes no sense.

I ordered mix of flowers and greens from Hoovu fresh available on bigbasket. It's mentioned in the product description and on the packet so that there will be green mix, but there is not a single green inside the packet, only flowers. Also the qty of flowers are very less compared to the price.

I ordered a Navarathri box through Hoovu fresh. They worked with me to customize my order so that it matched my expectations exactly. The box was very aesthetically designed. The flowers were very fresh. In addition, they added some fruits and coconut and betel leaves so that I did not have to go to the market to buy all this.
