Good hotel and restaurant. Liked the menu and food. Rooms are good. It's fairly new. Hotel dining is open environment and good ambience. Located very near to railway station and JSW. Has ample parking area.

Best ambience, unparalleled in d district. Best value for money. Good far better than deplorable Hyatt.. ambience too. Hyatt serves raw fish highly uncooked n pay just Rs 500/- to trainee boys n girls but make them serve for 12 hours as trainees

Well maintained facility. Nice ambience. Courteous staff. Suitable for business travelers to Toranagallu. There are two good restaurants available. The service level of the restaurant, especially the multi-cuisine one, needs improvement. Delay in service is a routine concern, both in-room dining and in the restaurant.

Had an amazing stay at this resort. Service was good and staff was great. Food quality was also really good along with the cleanliness in all the area and corners of the resort. Rooms should be little sound proof because situated right on the highway there is too much noise but a small issue for a person like me who needs a pin drop silence while sleeping. Still Highly recommended.

Terrible stay. We paid close to 8K and they advertise this as a 4 star property. To begin with, the bedding has lint all over. We could not get a good night’s rest. Next comes serveware, everything is plastic melamine and unclean or stained plates. The breakfast buffet had a plate with hair stuck on it. They don’t even bother to dry the plates after washing and it was disgusting. You cannot order a one by two soup and the staff asked which one of us wanted the egg on the fried rice. When we asked to divide it for both of us, they said, I cannot, can you please divide the egg yourself?! Fried rice was served cold and no place to sit for breakfast. We shared a table with two others.

The front desk executive exhibited exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Their manners were impeccable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Efficient and attentive, they demonstrated excellent communication skills, enhancing the overall positive experience. A true asset in providing outstanding service.

I stay here regularly for work. Rooms are neat and good. Service can be divided as in rooms as well as in their veg restaurant is good. However, its always very poor at the larger and ambient multi cuisine open restaurant at their behind the hotel. Delayed services, half unavailable menu, and lot of mosquitoes. Food to an extent explorable, good ambience, huge place, untrained staff at the restaurant. Overall this is the only hotel around this area where you are treated well in a comparison to other properties around, they are neither knows hospitality nor a proper stay hotels.

Very well maintained and spacious property. They have garden and open areas like a resort. Separate veg and non veg restaurant and a separate bar. Staff are courteous and well mannered. The property is new and interiors are beautifully decorated. Rooms are clean and some have balconies too with mountain view. Swimming pool and spa as well. Huge space for car parking. Very good experience.

Good at location wise and cleanliness.Infact they have options of restaurants for veg and non veg both.They have inhouse spa and bar. Swimming pool is well designed to feel awesome.

Hotel is good.! Nice rooms they have but not as per tariff they charge.! Non veg food is tasty.! They have a bar as well which is stylishly maintained. Room tariff is on higher side and can be reduced. Swimming pool is plus.

The area has some spiky hotels, so I arrived here shoked from another hotel. Staff was super friendly Room was super clean Pool I didn't used but looked great! Food in restaurant was pretty nice and breakfast good Thanks a lot for hosting me.

Pathetic place to have food here, especially Nonveg Restaurant. When you order fresh Food they will serve you rotten and old. Delivery time is more than 60 Mins. In fact When bad food is delivered no compensation with no regret. Service officer @Jagganath @Prakash GM @Shiva Manager no support for Guest. This means they don't care for guest's time and health. When confronting them in the kitchen regarding quality their behaviour is so worst. Charged full for bad food they serve. Pls, be cautious before you go.

01. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown . 02. We got to hotelat late night around by 03:00AM and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. 03. I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Priyadarshini Pearl. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! 04. The outside view from the windows was amazing with greenery... Cool climate was a big plus for our visit.

Good experience, nice bar facility. Amazing breakfast facility. Rooms are neat an clean. Very supportive staff. Restaurant and bar manager Sukhdev is very helpful and a great guy. Reception persons are also supportive.

Breakfast Service at their Naivedyam restaurant was very good. The waiters were attentive, quick service. The restaurant service for their main open restaurant was poor. They mixed up my salt/sweet lime soda multiple times, even after taking it back and bringing it back, the waiter didn't get it right. The ambience was good.

Quality of food is good. Only request to arrange some Bengali dishes in your menu card. Manager Mr.Sukdeb is also very well behaved & Gentle person.

One of the worst services we have ever faced and staffs are very rude. The whole hospitality is very poor. Whole staff needs a complete replacement. Specifically, money oriented in all aspects. There will be no dinner or food after 10:00PM usually the kitchen timings ends at 10:30PM there will be no food at all. We never get a call for dinner to be ordered though kitchen is closing early. We had slept without food for 2 days. Only positive we can say is that Rooms are good.

Rooms are good, clean but expensive. Staff are also good and well behaved. Good time here. The only issue is outside you have nothing to roam around and resturant is pure veg.

A great property located at Toranagallu. Ideal place for a family stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Check in and check out processes were quite smooth. This property is located right beside Daroji kere (lake). It has a very restaurant, a non veg resto bar and also in room dining. Complimentary breakfast is served in the veg restaurant located at the ground floor. The tariff is quite reasonable for the what is offered. The staff was friendly. There is a well maintained swimming pool and also a spa here. Plenty of parking space available. Overall a great staying experience. Would surely visit again.

Excellent hotel facility at Toranagallu. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is courteous. The Hote is located at ideal place. Good car parking facility,. I would have not mind to give 5 stars if they could improve wifi coverage and Options of channel of television.

Noteworthy for money have better room here and out of the city people come for sight seeing. Food ok had roti prepared with maida its not of weat. Very worst communication one question 10 people attend and make you confuse. Rooms are not up to the mark for the amount you pay. Please try to clean up the dusty room after visting your place we had to cancel our other trip and come back home. The most unhygienic place and few non professional people. Only the morning breakfast south indian food was good but other than that the stay not worth more than 1000 as it is not clean bed spread had 1 inch red dust over it no response from front office pathetic stay got sick and cancel other trips. But resturant people agreed thier mistake after charging much more for thier mistake. we paid for the most worst stay not only that i had to cancel all my other stay deu to this say. never recommend anyone untill they have hygenic room and food they are also no guilt further mistakes.

Jagannath has provided great services at the restaurant. Very cordial and quick. Chili chicken needs improvement. Veg food was great. Mix veg was excellent.

Chose this hotel for my 3 day trip to Hampi recently and had a fantastic experience at this place. The room was clean, spacious and very well kept. It could accommodate 3 adults with ease. The washroom had all basic facilities and toiletries available. It was also maintained very well. The hotel itself has a huge parking space and a massive lawn to go with it. It has a good open feel to it and space is available in abundance. They also have a roof top swimming pool which is very well maintained and is of a good size. The staff is extremely courteous and polite. They take care of all your requirements and put in an extra effort to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is also decent and comprises mainly of south Indian dishes. This hotel is quite friendly on the pocket and you get good value for your money. Overall, I'd blindly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for good stay options near Hampi.

Good place for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and friendly. Food is good at their restaurant. Only draw back is there is no place for drivers to sleep. They charge for providing useless accommodation to drivers that most of the drivers themselves reject.

We had booked a premium room for 3 nights during the New Year. The room was very good and it gave a premium feel as well. But coming to the service of the restaurants available within the property, those were pathetic. Service was too late and wait time was more than an hour. And hygiene wise the restaurants would score zero, as it was that bad. There were small flies everywhere in both the restaurants and there was no precaution taken to keep them away. The hotel had quite large parking space and there was a place to wash the car as well. Hotel staff was too courteous and housekeeping service was good. The hotel is located around 30 km away from Hampi and the road is under construction. Food - 1/5 Ambience - 3/5 Hotel Hygiene - 3/5 Restaurant Hygiene - 1/5

I have been to its pure veg dining. Ambience, staff and food are all on point,whether it be breakfast,lunch or dinner. Also price is fair for the quality what you get. Would definitely recommend. They should also introduce some rooms which are on lower end. As for average company's guest the current rooms tariffs are quiet high.

Very badly kept rooms. Dust dust everywhere. Limited breakfast options for buffet breakfast and long waiting time for orders. They even asked us to pay the fine for the dust in their rooms!!! As if v got it from outside. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told he's on leave!!!! Very bad experience altogether

100% value for money... Nice ambience all over the property, Neat, clean & well maintained rooms and common area..😃 Separate balcony for each room with a nice view of JSW plant.. Best part is that they provide 24hrs check in check out facility. You can directly call and book the rooms. No need to book through online, it will cost you more😅
