I came in for a reading of my TB test for work. I only realized I was late until I got to the Minute Clinic and saw the nurse leaving for the day. I politely asked if they were closed and she very curtly responded that they were closed and I needed to make an appointment (which is totally understandable - even though their website said walk ins are okay). I proceeded to try to ask where I could get someone that would read it for me as it was my last day to have my result read. She rudely interrupted me to tell me, once again, that they were closed and she couldn’t help me. I felt so frustrated and upset. I’m an emergency RN and had just rushed from a very long and difficult shift to try to make it there. I would never speak to my patients the way she spoke to me. The other employee that was with her said nothing the entire time. They were in no way helpful and I will no longer be returning here. Simply put, I don’t recommend.

First time being to this Minute clinic (I usually go to Beavercreeks location and I’m always impressed with the staffs professionalism and kindness) but if I could give this location a 0 star review I would. I needed a rapid COVID test and scheduled an appointment 6:30pm. I got there 5 minutes early, but had to run out to my car to find my face mask. I got back to the lobby and sat down at 6:33pm. I waited to be taken back when another women checked in and was immediately brought back. I waited patiently and then got a text saying my appointment was canceled. When the nurse was finished with the women, I knocked on her door to ask her about my appointment. She cut me off, saying she called for me 3 times and I wasn’t there so the health care provider cancelled my appointment. I technically had 5 minutes after 6:30 to check in (I checked in at 6:25). I understand needing to stay on time, but the nurse completely disregarded me in the waiting room and was rude. If you’re going to be in the medical field, you need to have compassion towards sick patients. I can see from other reviews that this location is known for treating patients coldly.

I have been to the clinic here before and have had longer waits then expected which was fine, it is health care, but no major problems. I have always received texts as well when I would he up next. Today I came in at 12 for my 12 12 appt. The board said we had over an hr wait which included the NPs lunch. Again, no problem people have to eat and its health care. The problem is that the board did not match reality. Apparently as soon as we left they called our name even though the board said we had an hr wait. It was lunch time I also wanted lunch and thought this would be a perfect time. Since the assignment board said we had over an hr wait. Talked to the NP when we came back and we had to hop back in line which was over an hr. And she was finally going to lunch. So if you go here do not trust the board and do not leave.

I would not recommend this location for minute clinic help. I went recently with a slightly pink eye and a strange lower quadrant stomach pain. I visited because it was the day after my wedding and the day before I left for my honeymoon — I was worried mainly about my eye as I was hoping to rule out it being pink eye or stop it in its tracks early. As for the stomach, I recently had acute appendicitis that was 100% treated with antibiotics, so I wanted to be sure the pain I was experiencing was not related to it possibly coming back, even though the pain was in a completely different spot than where I experienced appendix pain in the past and I had no related symptoms — rather I had other symptoms that related to other possible causes. The short story is the NP here, Lainy I think?, did a horrible job helping me. She hardly asked any questions, she sat there in silence at her computer for the majority of the time while I sat in complete confusion and suspense. (Talk about horrible bedside manner.) She said my eye was def pink eye (even though it did not look or feel like any other time I had pink eye in my life) and she said it won’t go away without antibiotics. Which is not true because our eyes will eventually naturally flush that infection out — something that has happened for me before. And two days after this visit, my eye was no longer pink/red and was totally fine. As for the stomach, she automatically assumed it was appendix related even though where she pushed on my stomach was NOT my appendix, and she asked ZERO other questions in order to see if it might be something other than that. She then had to refuse to treat me for anything bc she had to recommend I go to the ER because it ~might~ be my appendix. Guess what? It wasn’t. And she misdiagnosed two things and misses an opportunity to accurately help and treat a patient. Be careful with trusting any NP here with your health.

I went in for a routine sinus infection. Was given a minimal antibiotic to treat it. I questioned the efficacy of this choice seeing I get a sinus infection 1x a year. Usually it takes a stronger antibiotic to treat my sinus infections. “If it doesn’t work just call us after 72 hours.” 5 days into the treatment I have a raging infection with no relief! I call and they say I have to be seen again and pay for an entire new visit which they couldn’t even tell me how much the cost would be! Total lack of true medical professionalism, no concern for their patient’s medical nor financial well-being. For your health’s sake and peace of mind, please do not choose to go to this Minute Clinic! (I have been a patient there several times for the same reason in years past and never had such poor service and disrespect for my health outcome!)

I scheduled a same day appointment and was in and out in a timely fashion. Seth was professional, knowledgeable, skillful and had a great bedside manner. He quickly and expertly addressed my issue and sent me happily on my way. This was my family's second visit to this location and both were great.

it said i had a 30 min wait even though i checked in online someone had gotten there before me. not a big deal. NP was very nice, listened and i was out relatively quick. she prescribed an antibiotic and it was ready in less than 10 min. that’s the best perk of using the minute clinic!

Minute Clinic was good - easy to sign in and the nurse practitioner was helpful. The wait was an hour because there were about 3-4 people ahead of me (all signed in around the same time) so that was inconvenient but not anything anyone could do anything about- the wait time they gave me was accurate at least so I wasn’t blindsided by the wait. CVS pharmacy staff and front desk staff were all very helpful and nice
