Ridiculous wait times. Thanks for nothing, and a horrible experience for a new family that recently moved to FL. My son was diagnosed with autism and adhd before moving here. I was told by his developmental pediatrician that I’d need to see his regular pediatrician for medication. We moved to FL and got settled. I made an appointment with his new pediatrician, and she told me that he’d need to see a developmental pediatrician for medication. Looked up Arnold Palmer and thought this will be a great place to take him. Called and was told he’d get in after the holidays. I submitted all his paperwork and whenever I called again, was told new patients can’t be seen until the FALL. Okay. So I called in August to schedule early…and then was told they aren’t accepting new patients until 2 years out!!! How is this even possible?! We’re a military family and will be moving by then. What a waste of our time!!!!

How horrible they should speak with honesty in the wait time. I was never told exactly how long was the wait time when I signed my son up and I been waiting for 5 months and check in at least one a month to make sure. My son has gotten worse and I'm over here praying maybe next month will be the month. Only to find out today after 5 months of waiting that the waiting is 2 years out. Well thanks alot I could of looked for other help instead of wasting our time. Completely heart broken and disappointed.

The staff is like a revolving door you always see new faces. Then, they’re rude and have this attitude of “don’t bother me”. The nurses are not patient with the kids who are visiting the office due to behavioral issues etc. the lady who is the “supervisor” for the front desk staff has a passive aggressive attitude. Her tone and deliverance is rude and condescending. The specialists seem like they have no experience fresh out of medical school. No bedside manner! Terrible Terrible service! You would think Arnold Palmer would look into this unit with such poor ratings and reinvent their office protocols and HIRE people who want to work especially with special needs children. Arnold Palmer has failed us again!

My last visit here was terrible. I arrived on time, receptionist did not acknowledge my presence. The doctor / specialist was very condescending. The energy was definitely off after the initial situation. It's as though they had a discussion before I came back, and he along with his staff had their mind made up about me, although they were in the wrong from the very beginning. I honestly don't feel comfortable with people like that having medical opinion on my child.

I'm grateful for the providers in this office. I have kiddos with ADHD and Autism. The providers explain treatment options and help me understand. They listen to our concerns and genuinely care about my kids and their mental health.

Absolutely awful! Office kept giving me the run around. Impossible to get an appointment. I submitted all the necessary paperwork and waited 5 months before finally calling to see what the deal was only for them to tell me they aren't accepting new patients and that they probably never even looked at my daughter's paperwork. I came to them for help and they could absolutely care less. Completely unprofessional and not a place I would trust with my child's care.

I called to make an appointment and they said that they are not taking new patients, not even for kids that their parents work at Arnold Palmer!!!

Terrible, a hospital that does not accept patients with autism, pathetic. The hospital's response is that they do not accept any more patients and that if they already have autism as a diagnosis they do not receive it directly.
