Terrible experience. A hotel employee entered my room twice in the morning without knocking. Once at 7 when I was getting ready and again at 8:30 while I was on a call. In both instances he said he though I was checked out. The second time I dead bolted the door and called the lobby. At 9:30 he tried again and knocked when he noticed the deadbolt. I checked out at that point and when I did there was another person in the lobby saying the same thing happened to her. Manager didn’t seem to care. I wont be back.

I would like to keep my feedback very simple. In summary this is among the best property in its service class and proximity to area attractions, food, and malls etc. Location – Very Good and close to Interstate, almost walking distance to mall, quick service/ fast food, and other restaurants. Staff & Service – Very friendly and courteous, all the way from front desk, room service, and best of all folks managing morning breakfast rush so efficiently and patiently. I stayed for 5+ days and almost on daily basis I had seen them extending breakfast time to be able to service everyone (even if people were showing-up late). Breakfast- While they were providing very good service, at same time I noticed almost daily change in hot food menu items, which you hardly see in many hotels. Rooms - Very clean, modern, and up-to date. Lobby/ Outdoor/ Pool - Very well-maintained outdoor sitting and pool area. Now a days many hotels are trying to cut down on service, this hotel is providing exceptional full service. I would defiantly stay again and recommended this property. For Hotel Management if they ever see this review, please take care of your staff, you have good folks working for you!

I was very pleased to stay at the hotel UNTIL I woke up to a pile of dog poop outside my room door. I believe it was as many dogs as it was humans in the hotel. I don't dislike dogs, but I was inundated by barking dogs. I reported the poop to the front desk around 8am. I was told the cleaning people were aware. By the time I checked out at 11am, the poop was still in the hall. I almost lost my breakfast! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I feel like they owe me a refund!

We stayed at this Marriott on Saturday night only because my company had already booked us a hotel room for a conference and we decided to go earlier and go to Volcano Bay. We arrived the hotel was very nice and very clean... checked in super quickly and up to the room we went. When we opened the door we were amazed at how big this standard room was... it even had a full kitchen. bathroom was big, lots of towels, AC was great, I mean very nice room. The next morning we went down for the Breakfast and it was very satisfying... but because we were rushing to leave to Volcano Bay, my husband forgot to pick up his reading glasses where they had fallen next to the bed. In the afternoon when we realized it, we quickly called the Marriott and I explained myself to the gentleman that answered the phone and even told him we knew exactly where they were left. He was not very helpful and told me the room was already taken and that I needed to call the next morning and speak to the cleaning staff which spoke Spanish, not sure why he said that because I speak fluent English, but OK I said can I go over and maybe knock on their door and ask them to please look for the glasses, since they are his reading glasses, he said absolutely not in a not so nice fashion. Well me being the persistent person that I am, drove to the hotel and went up to the room where I had stayed the night before and knocked...... no one answered, I then at that time walked to the lobby and saw GEORGE, he had been so nice to me upon my checking in the day before, that I said let me try my luck with him... I walked up to him and explained my story and this gentleman was so nice!!! he went out of his way to help me, called the cleaning staff, they looked couldn't find it, then he called maintenance which went to look in the lost and found where luckily they found not only the glasses but a short my husband had also left behind. Thank you George so much for being so nice and patient and helping me find my missing items. This is truly what great customer service looks like... I am so glad George was there and I didn't speak to the other guy that had originally answered the phone and clearly had no intentions or any interest in helping me out.

One of the best residence inns that I have stayed. Rooms are well furnished, housekeeping is amazing, breakfast is good, ambience is amazing and checkin and checkout was breeze.

I was visiting on business over the weekend and stayed her for one night. The room was very spacious, well put together, and generally pretty clean. There were just a few small things that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. It was clear that a DEEP clean hadn't been done in a while, as there was a little rust/mildew at the base of the shower wall and heavy traffic dirt on the bathroom door. Also, the outlets on the nightstand didn't work. But, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We had a great experience! The customer service was exceptional. The breakfast and staff were great! The location was great for many food options very close by. The rooms are clean and have a great layout with a full kitchen. We will be returning to the Marriott Orlando at Millenia. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

This Marriott was my home away from home. I was staying here weeks at a time during my work visits. Great breakfast options for all guests, and the rooms are clean. I also enjoyed having a drink at the bar after a long day at work. Lastly, the location is great if you're visiting Universal Studios. It's just a couple of minutes away from the mall, which I frequented a lot.

Great place to vacation. They have a shuttle bus to take you to attractions. Restaurants are available to use Uber Eats. Had a great time.

This hotel is really bad! I'm stayed from November 11th to 14th, I left three Jackets, worth USD$15,000 in total. They told me cannot found it and I asked them to check the CCTV but the staff said that the CCTV was only kept for 7 days and the records could not be checked. I don't believe that! Pls don’t stay in this hotel!!

Apparently this place doesn’t allow for early checkin. I tried to check my family in early to evacuate Hurricane Ian, and was told that I’d have to pay extra. I did what I should have done initially and booked a room with the Hyatt, was able to checkin early, and was not charged extra. Even other hotel brands like Rosen were helping families out during this state of emergency without trying to get more money from families already in distress. I’m just one customer so they won’t care to lose my business but they def lost it… forever. Pigs

My family had a great stay. Room was nice/modern/roomy. Pool was great too. Only drawback is the charge for parking, taking away one star.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM ROOM SERVICE!! Waited more than 90 mins with no food despite follow ups and empty promises. Was also left on hold for 15 mins listening to the bar tender talk to someone at the bar. The customer service in this hotel is awful, they don't take guest experiences seriously at either the front desk or food service. Rooms smell dirty, bedding is stained Avoid this hotel at all costs, plenty to choose from so hopefully you don't have to stay here

Service was exceptional, if I needed anything, someone was always available to help, guide etc. The King Studio was incredibly clean, great layout, and comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, (We didn't try it) but it must be good, based on the large amount of people we saw enjoying it every morning. Great pool and nice basic fitness center. The location was AWESOME!!!! Plenty of shopping and and so close (short easy direct 1.5 mile drive) to Universal.

Location was perfect and hotel is super clean! Having a large refrigerator is the bomb when you are traveling. I also loved the large room size. The pool view was nice too!

I really loved this hotel, and how clean it was. The room was spacious and perfect for us. Hot free breakfast is always a plus. The only downside was that there was only one set of elevators, and it was right by the breakfast area and main hallway. In the morning and until check out, there were a lot of people waiting to go up and down. It was a bit uncomfortable and crowded compared to every other hotel I’ve stayed at, with multiple elevator locations.

Very spacious with kitchen. Free breakfast and swimming pool. Nestled in commercial shopping and luxury car sales just one block off Route 4. However, the exhaust vent in the bathroom does not work, and the steam after each bath can only be cooled by the air conditioner to remove the moisture

From the moment I checked in, everything has been amazing. Ianka at the front desk was so helpful and wonderful to speak with. The rooms are spacious all of the staff is excellent. I wish I found this 2 months sooner. I have stayed at several hotels around Orlando in the Marriott group. As an Ambassador member of Marriott this property is by far my favorite. Thank you to the staff for such an amazing stay.

Needed a nice quiet place to bed down after driving a very long time. Comfortable. Room was amazing! I didn't know what really to expect, but I'd come here again. They have the free continental breakfast. It was delicious. The room itself makes you feel like you are home.

I just found out I was charged $12 a day for parking. I was never told they charged for parking. I already had to wait an hour to get a room I had a reservation for. This was my second time staying at this location. I had a great time the first time. I don't like being charged for things I was never told about. And having to wait an hour at 5:00 p.m. for a room is ridiculous.

Wonderful place to stay. This was a great choice. Wish we would have had time to the amenities more while there.

I was wrongfully overcharged twice without my knowledge. While speaking to Justin, the manager on duty he informed me of the price for incidentals was $20 which the person who sold me the room told me it was $25 dollars. He told me that he would not refund me my money. The second night I stayed I was quoted a price and charged way more. I will never stay again. I ask that all guests please check and make sure you are being charged the right price. Also if you book through a third party it’s cheaper and you don’t have to worry about the dishonesty and scamming that is displayed at this hotel.

Was here 3 years ago (spent my 80th birthday with them and you!) My Sister and Niece are from CA and I live in Orlando. Love the breakfast buffet and Jose is an awesome employee. Nice to see him in the morning.

This property is brand new and sits in the high class area near a mall and a lot of new condos. It stands out since its inside some really run down neighborhoods close to Universal. I stayed here since its proximity to Universal is about 2 miles away. By Uber, its about a $12-14 dollar ride. It’s probably one of the nicest properties I have stayed in for a Marriott. Not only are the rooms modern and huge, there are full kitchens with dishes and pots and plates. There are plenty of outlets and chargers in the rooms and the lobby area is sleek and modern and includes a small bar area and a good sized continental breakfast area. The pool area here is nice, includes a kids area with games, good sized full pool and a nice seating area. Really worth the stay and I would highly recommend this property as one of the nicer hotels in Orlando off property from a theme park.
