I liked the office at first and the male practitioner paid attention to how bad my asthma was but apparently that was it. I got home and looked online at my chart and he had put I was bipolar and had a pill problem, I do not have either of these. Then I see he didn’t even out down my disease that made me disabled 5 years ago! I have obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. I could not believe this and was and still am horribly upset. I am 13 years sober from alcohol and they couldn’t put that either. The manager tried to be nice but only told me that they had not got my behavioral records in…so that means you make up a disorder? Ridiculous, unprofessional, and irresponsible to do this when I was trying to get help. I have never felt so ignored and not listened to from a doctor in my whole life and last time I checked they fixed a part of my chart but did not take off the made up problems!

The receptionist is so very friendly and helpful. She knows my name when I come in and I appreciate that. The medical staff are efficient and honest.

RUN, DON'T WALK!!! The "Care" is Horrible! I have been on a diuretic for Years due to venus insufficiency and chronically swollen feet and legs. I have had a Full cardiac, pulmonary and kidney work up... everything looks perfect. But, this runs in my family. So, when I got my first appointment, I told the provider what was going on. She understood and gave me a prescription for a water pill... but got the dose wrong.. By Half! 😲😳 I scheduled a follow up, saw a Totally different provider, so I went through my history and explained the situation Yesterday. I was hospitalized with a kidney infection 2 months ago, with low potassium (which can happen from Several things, Especially nausea and vomiting, but Aso Potentially from diuretics). I Was Stabilized Before I Was Discharged with Good potassium levels! But would this Dr Listen?? NOPE! He Refused to give me a new prescription with the Corrected dose, and Insisted I go without for 2 MONTHS. If I wait That Long... I won't be able to wear pants Or Shoes! Not even flip flops! But Hey! It doesn't bother Hima bit! I Insisted the labs from my hospital stay were an anomaly and Not from the water pills. That my labs since then have been Normal and Before then were normal. He wouldn't listen. I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. I Insisted that I needed to get repeated labs if he didn't believe me. I figured it would only be a couple of days for results, but he was having None of it. After repeated denials, he finally... begrudgingly agreed to get labs, but Insisted His people draw the labs. 🙄 Getting the labs was Frustrating. Now I have to go some where else, because the staff couldn't get a vein and the lab currier had left alread. The Dr Refused to listen or do anything more and walked out of the room. I followed only to discover that him saying "I'm not going to do that" was his way of saying 'it's 4:30pm. I'm going home.' I'm Frustrated and Furious! He Didn't Listen. Talked Over the Top Of Me, Dismissed Me and Walked Out!!! What The Heck! I'm Not recommending Max Health to ANYONE. Ho, but wait! There's More! I Griped to my brother, only to find out he had, Almost an identical experience a couple of weeks ago. So... it's Not just Me. This is happening to A Lot of people. I'm going to get scheduled with another provider at another office and Leave Max Health in the dust. This Is Unacceptable And Ridiculous.

My appointment as a new patient with Dr. Scott was great. He has excellent bedside manner plus he explained everything with care and compassion. I really appreciate all the good advices and guidance he gave me.

I was extremely anxious about getting a Primary Care doctor because I have had so many terrible experiences with doctors treating me poorly because of my medical and personal history. I was very pleasantly surprised that Dr Shari Berg DO was friendly, professional and understanding. She listened to my all my various concerns and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I have never left a doctors office feeling like my doctor truly listened and cared about me before. It was a wonderful feeling. The nurse and front desk staff were also quite friendly, professional and helpful as well. I highly recommend this office. **** I have returned to this office several times since Mt first review and although Dr Berg is no longer there I still was treated well and was generally pleased with the stafff.

Wouldnt see me as a patient because I became pregnant...even though i wasnt asking for prenatal care whatsoever. Office manager super condecending as well.

Dr. Berg ordered a scan for me at Akumin/Rose Radiology. The referral sent and Akumin gave me an appointment which they canceled without telling me. I called my doctor’s office, talked to Robin, she got right on the phone and called to find out why. She called me immediately to tell me she had them straightened out and I got my scan the next day. Thank you Dr.Berg and Robin for caring so much for your patients. Believe me it shows! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Petrov is AMAZING! She and her staff made me feel welcomed, safe and helped calm my extreme anxiety. Its been years since I have seen a doctor I have felt good about or one that interacted so well with me. I appreciate her and her wonderful staff!!!

Dr. Shari Berg is the best! Each visit is comprehensive in that she takes the time to listen and explain. She is very caring. The staff are wonderful too. Always feel well cared for.
