I called to set up an appt for my husband. The woman proceeds to ask how he got his head injury is it in legal processing right now. Questions Ive never heard before. Just to make an appointment. Than I get put olon hold for 11 minutes. I hang up call back. The next woman proceeds to yell at me and scold me because than I lose my number in line she says. I said I didnt have a number the lady put me on hold for no reason. After asking about legal processing. They smack their lips. Suck their teeth. Than finally when I start giving them the same attitude they than begin to be nice. This is our 1st timw to make an appt. This was the utmost disrespectful phone call Ive ever had to make with something as simple as an appointment. I ask for the manager they say theres no way of leaving a voicemail or anything. That the manager is in with the doctor. I call back. They now say the manager is the doctors and there busy. That they will call back. Yea right.

I could write on and on about this office but if you are smart please go elsewhere; Im pretty sure this office staff has caused more stress on me than normal for my condition.

We called several times in the week leading up to the appointment, and no one answered the phone, it just rang and rang. There are no touch tone prompts or any way to get ahold of anyone to confirm the appointment. We showed up on time for our appointment and the office was locked and no one was there. There was no sign or any notice of the office being closed, or why it was closed at that time. Weird, annoying, and frustrating.

The woman that sits at the front desk is very rude and makes me not even wanna come in for an appointment. Hopefully they hire someone new.

just for the appointment, the doctor spent 2 mins with my son did not bother to really examine him. the parking is terrible
