Absolutely
horrible
experience
for
myself,
and
my
wife.
The
office
staff
here
is
horrible!
They
are
extremely
unfriendly,
and
have
no
compassion
for
patients.
They
have
a
loud,
and
messy
waiting
room.
Staff
is
generally
talking
very
loud,
eating
food,
or
watching
TV
very
loud
in
the
waiting
room.
Heads
up…
They
require
a
drug
test
before
your
first
appointment…(obviously
to
cover
themselves
on
just
passing
out
meds
to
addicts)….
even
though
you
haven’t
established
with
a
doctor,
or
been
prescribed
medication
they
require
this
drug
test…this
is
not
a
state
mandated
test,
or
even
doctor
mandated…this
is
just
how
the
facility
operates…
I
would
understand
if
they
required
one
at
the
time
of
prescribing
a
controlled
substance…but
just
to
see
if
you
even
like
the
practice?.?.?.?.
Come
on
now…
I
have
never
in
my
life
been
required
to
take
a
drug
test
at
a
mental
health
facility.
My
story….
I
already
am
prescribed
medication,
and
am
established
with
a
set
doctor
that
works
here,
and
at
a
private
pay
office…
I
was
just
looking
to
transfer
to
this
facility
because
my
insurance
was
accepted
here.
I
was
not
down
for
the
introductory
involuntary
drug
test…ESPECIALLY
when
I
am
already
set
on
a
specific
daily
medication/dosage
for
almost
a
year
now.
My
wife’s
story…
(After
I
called
and
expressed
my
feelings,
my
wife
was
the
next
target
for
the
office
staff…)
She
already
“WAS”
established
here
months
prior…
Today
she
called
to
get
a
refill,
and
confirm
her
next
appointment.
The
staff
told
her
“no
refills
with
out
an
appointment”
which
they
said
“an
appointment
did
not
exist
in
their
system.”
She
scheduled
this
appointment
originally
at
the
end
of
her
last
visit
a
month
ago
with
the
expectation
of
needing
a
refill
in
30
days…pretty
standard
protocol.
She
was
called
crazy
by
the
administrator,
and
told
she
obviously
needed
to
be
on
meds
for
how
she
was
acting
on
the
phone
when
she
was
upset
with
the
administrator
in
regards
to
this
issue
with
the
refill…
this
is
not
her
doctor,
or
even
a
doctor
at
the
facility…
she
originally
called
to
get
a
refill
which
she
will
be
out
of
in
3
days…
a
medication
that
can
not
just
be
stopped…
She
is
now
trying
to
contact
her
doctor
directly
to
get
a
refill
in
time
before
she
has
a
serious
health
emergency
in
3
days….
Please
pray
for
my
family….
And
pray
for
the
staff
at
this
facility,
that
they
find
a
little
more
compassion,
and
respect
for
clients…as
well
as
physician/patient
privilege
when
it
comes
to
front
office
staff
making
comments
to
a
patient
about
their
mental
health.
Side
note…
After
challenging
them
on
the
drug
test,
and
telling
them
I
was
not
ok
with
it…and
calling
back
multiple
times
telling
them
I
would
be
canceling
my
appointment,
and
was
not
interested
in
there
practice
anymore…They
offered
to
skip
the
drug
test…
LOL…
I
will
say.
The
doctor
we
see
is
absolutely
amazing.
We
will
continue
to
see
her
under
private
pay
at
a
much
more
compassionate
facility
in
town.
The
only
reason
we
wanted
to
go
to
this
facility
is
because
they
accept
our
insurance…
I
would
rather
continue
to
pay
out
of
pocket
at
our
other
facility
than
step
foot
in
here.
