Absolutely horrible experience for myself, and my wife. The office staff here is horrible! They are extremely unfriendly, and have no compassion for patients. They have a loud, and messy waiting room. Staff is generally talking very loud, eating food, or watching TV very loud in the waiting room. Heads up… They require a drug test before your first appointment…(obviously to cover themselves on just passing out meds to addicts)…. even though you haven’t established with a doctor, or been prescribed medication they require this drug test…this is not a state mandated test, or even doctor mandated…this is just how the facility operates… I would understand if they required one at the time of prescribing a controlled substance…but just to see if you even like the practice?.?.?.?. Come on now… I have never in my life been required to take a drug test at a mental health facility. My story…. I already am prescribed medication, and am established with a set doctor that works here, and at a private pay office… I was just looking to transfer to this facility because my insurance was accepted here. I was not down for the introductory involuntary drug test…ESPECIALLY when I am already set on a specific daily medication/dosage for almost a year now. My wife’s story… (After I called and expressed my feelings, my wife was the next target for the office staff…) She already “WAS” established here months prior… Today she called to get a refill, and confirm her next appointment. The staff told her “no refills with out an appointment” which they said “an appointment did not exist in their system.” She scheduled this appointment originally at the end of her last visit a month ago with the expectation of needing a refill in 30 days…pretty standard protocol. She was called crazy by the administrator, and told she obviously needed to be on meds for how she was acting on the phone when she was upset with the administrator in regards to this issue with the refill… this is not her doctor, or even a doctor at the facility… she originally called to get a refill which she will be out of in 3 days… a medication that can not just be stopped… She is now trying to contact her doctor directly to get a refill in time before she has a serious health emergency in 3 days…. Please pray for my family…. And pray for the staff at this facility, that they find a little more compassion, and respect for clients…as well as physician/patient privilege when it comes to front office staff making comments to a patient about their mental health. Side note… After challenging them on the drug test, and telling them I was not ok with it…and calling back multiple times telling them I would be canceling my appointment, and was not interested in there practice anymore…They offered to skip the drug test… LOL… I will say. The doctor we see is absolutely amazing. We will continue to see her under private pay at a much more compassionate facility in town. The only reason we wanted to go to this facility is because they accept our insurance… I would rather continue to pay out of pocket at our other facility than step foot in here.

Had issues here multiple times with how disrespectful and rude all the staff is, especially the office manager sarah. And worst of all i requested my records which i have a legal right to under hippa laws and they refused. Now i have to wait another 20 days before i report them to hippa and had to have a lawyer request them in the meantime. They gave me meds without even looking over my record i brought in. Theyre seriously the most unprofessional place ive ever been too. I honestly prefer to be off my meds and literally risk my life and chance having seizures, rather than ever deal with them again.

I was a patient with a consistent doctor that I had been working with for months. I was having major surgery and told him that I would call to schedule my next appointment when I knew more. When I called to schedule my next appointment I was told that I missed my last appointment which was on the day I was having surgery. I explained that I did not make that appointment, therefore I did not miss an appointment. I was told the only way to make my next appointment was to pay a $50 fee for the missed appointment. I asked to speak to the manager (Sarah) of the office. I have since left approximately 6 messages with no return phone call and they will not let me schedule another appointment.

I definitely would not recommend this place to work for or as a patient. Sarah Corona is very unprofessional and likes to micromanage people. I worked there for two days and was let go because I used the bathroom 3x in one day, according to her I was not taking enough notes. Sarah belittled me in front of another staff member and said that I need to impress people when I start a new job. In the two days I was there I noticed the front desk girls are actually very rude to the patients, a patient called and the front desk girl literally put the phone down while the patient was ranting because they messed up her appointment. I was disgusted. I thought I would come work here and make a difference and treat mental patients with compassion, respect and dignity. I also witnessed Sarah Corona yelling at the employees. Stay away from this place. !!!!!

ZERO STARS if I could! These people are playing with peoples lives, I’ve been without my meds for almost a month and not one time did they call to check to see if I needed them or if I was okay. My doctor left without saying anything (bodily) and they pawned me off to the next doctor like I’m a toy to be played with. The front desk people are a JOKE they don’t help with anything, I’m giving up on this doctor office! Please don’t waste your time and look for ANY help from this place.

I have doctor Andrea I have been paying out of pockets and now I get a call saying I have a $35 balance from the beggning of August which makes no sense I paid my $85 to talk to Andreas NURSE for 2 minutes on the phone. That is ridiculous. They pump you with all these medications and don't care what happens after. I've asked Andrea to be taken off one and she told me it's better if I don't but look at this now I'm not on any . They would rather just take your money the your mind be okay . The receptionist and billing people never have a clue what's going on. Perfect.

They messed up my son's appt and we've been sitting here in the waiting room for over 75 minutes. Apparently they don't know how to schedule appts appropriately and have ZERO communication skills. They put him on a different Dr's schedule that left the office already!! I was leaving but came back in after the receptionist said "He" would call me. I told her that his appt was with a woman and that's when the screw up was figured out. Now they're trying to get another provider to see him. This is ridiculous and unprofessional! I'm livid!! ***Well we just talked to another Dr. and found out that no one at this office does therapy! His appt was for therapy and now I feel like I need therapy for wasting about 1.5 hrs of our time! Someone will be hearing from me about this!

They don't care about patients. The office staff is rude and they are always unhelpful. Period. This practices cares about their "policies" and their co-pays, but not the people who give them the business their business, and I'm sick of being treated like this by the people who are supposed to be caring professionals.
