Over
the
6
years
I
have
been
a
"guest
"
at
Tropic
Star
resort
the
rent
has
gone
up
every
year
and
the
services
have
decreased.
I
am
a
6/6
guest.
Since
arriving
over
a
week
ago
I
have
put
in
3
work
orders
to
have
my
lawn
mowed
and
trimmed.
No
response.
We
used
to
check
in
on
arrival
and
get
a
nice
bag
with
the
rules,
activities
and
hang
tag
for
the
year
of
our
visit.
No
longer
get
the
year
tag
but
are
told
it
must
be
on
our
nametags
to
attend
resort
events.
Also
the
activity
book
was
not
ready.
Our
entire
street
is
currently
only
occupied
by
6
units.
Only
2
are
occupied
by
guests.
That
doesn't
mean
we
don't
want
the
street
to
look
nice.
None
of
the
lots
have
been
mowed.
Management
has
told
us
they
want
the
park
to
look
nice
for
potential
new
guests.
This
park
would
not
survive
without
volunteers.
I
have
done
my
part
by
weeding,
trimming
and
decorating
tastefully
the
outside
of
my
unit.
One
other
change
is
a
rule
that
no
plants
of
any
kind
can
be
planted
in
the
ground.
After
the
big
freeze
last
year
there
is
hardly
any
foliage,
citrus
or
colorful
plants
left.
I
was
hoping
that
for
every
tree
or
flower
lost
in
the
freeze
they
would
replace
it
with
a
new
one
but
they
just
keep
cutting
them
down.
This
new
rule
has
never
been
a
rule
for
over
25
years.
I
understand
asking
for
permission
before
planting
but
this
we
are
told
is
a
total
NO
to
any
planting.
I
could
go
on
but
you
get
the
drift.
Management,
please
help.
Thank
you.
