I had an AMAZING experience today at 20/20 EYE CARE! Firstly, a loud and raucous round of applause for the customer service, friendliness, product knowledge, and diligence of Assistant Manager Javon. Secondly, I appreciate the thoroughness and attentiveness to my symptoms during my eye exam by Doctor Napolitano. She was helpful and explained the necessary steps for my dry eye condition. The store is clean, the service was consistent, & I adore the high-end frames and stylish options. I had an eye exam, a contact lens fitting, was measured for new Prada eye glasses & Burberry sun glasses. The Prada sun glasses weee 50% off and luckily the brown transitional shade was an option (my preference) for my eye glasses. Dr. Melania is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. She's patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough, especially if you have issues. Her staff is also very efficient and patient, which is a plus.

Great place to get your eyes check! Javon was very helpful in registering me, checking me in and sorting out the details of my prescription. Dr. Napolitano was very thorough with the eye exam. I left and signed my husband up for an eye exam and will come back for future eye exams.

Both my daughter who’s 19 and myself see Dr. Melania Napolitano. We find her to be an excellent eye doctor who is very easy to talk to…..The office staff, in particular Javon, is very easy to work with when choosing frames/lenses. We highly recommend this office and plan on going to it for many years to come!

The doctor and staff at the Mineola office are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Napolitano gave me the most in depth eye exam, and took her time to explain everything to me. She will be our family optometrist from now on, and would highly recommend them.
