live
down
the
block
from
this
hall.
My
family
and
I
have
been
doing
business
here
as
far
as
renting
the
location
for
events
since
I
was
young.
I
have
personally
rented
this
location
out
3
times
for
events
and
this
is
the
first
time
I
am
completing
a
review.
One
thing
about
me
is
I
am
about
customer
service.
Unfortunately
since
they
have
made
some
changes
as
far
as
management
and
other
things
prior,
things
have
not
been
the
same.
First
I'd
like
to
say
I
appreciate
the
Male
bartender
as
he
is
respectful
and
treats
others
fairly.
I
never
had
any
issue
nor
have
my
guest
had
any
complaints
or
issues
with
him.
As
far
as
the
female
bartender,
she
is
disgusting
and
has
a
nasty
attitude.
I
was
told
this
was
the
case
last
year,
yet
to
experience
it
myself
this
year
shows
me
it's
better
off
with
me
taking
the
business
elsewhere.
She
was
unprofessional
with
me
and
gave
me
an
attitude
and
this
was
my
event.
After
the
even
we
needed
to
remove
our
belongings
and
drinks
from
behind
the
bar.
One
of
my
guest
was
allowed
to
remove
things
while
the
bartenders
were
there,
however
the
person
I
rented
the
hall
from
spoke
to
her
as
if
she
was
a
child
stating
"what
are
you
doing
behind
my
bar"in
a
nasty
manner.
She
explained
she
was
told
to
remove
the
drinks
multiple
times,
and
he
continuously
repeated
his
statement.
If
he
had
an
issue,
it
should
have
been
stated
in
a
respectful
way
and
maybe
addressed
to
the
bartenders
as
we
do
not
work
there.
He
could
have
stated
it
was
for
safety
reason,
however
even
he
was
nasty.
I
was
shocked
as
I
did
not
expect
this.
It
is
very
sad
to
have
a
very
local,
spacious
and
convenient
place
to
have
an
event
and
want
to
go
futher
because
of
service.
Another
issue
is
getting
in
touch
with
management
to
discuss
what
can
and
cant
be
done,
if
we
could
come
set
up
decorations
a
bit
earlier
and
other
things
yet
very
rarely
got
an
answer.
I
called
and
left
a
message
the
day
of
the
event
around
10am.
I
never
got
a
call
back.
Around
5:30
called
again
nothing.
My
husband
and
a
few
guest
walked
down
the
block
and
they
were
all
there.
The
mentioned
calling
and
that
I
called
and
it
was
sort
of
brushed
off.
I
understand
they
had
another
individual
running
things
prior
yet
heard
from
new
management,
the
person
now
in
charge
that
he
was
scamming
however
he
was
much
nicer
and
friendlier
to
deal
with.
I
will
be
needing
a
hall
in
about
4
to
6
months
and
I
will
NOT
be
doing
my
event
there.
Futhermore,
the
place
needs
some
renovations
done.
