Please 🙏 listen to the reviews, this att location is not offical att, and I was mocked by reps due to asking why I have to pay 50 dollars in cash (whats that all about???) for a sim card, the reps laughed while talking and looking at me and spoke what sounded like Arabic that it's due to esim now widely availble! Called att to confirm. LIES, a den of thief beware!

Firstly, I want to say that I appreciate the professionalism and accommodating service that I've received from this AT&T location. G, the manager has helped me find a new phone when I was in desperate need of a new one and he gave me great advice and insight on not only the phone but the service and features that comes with the phone. He was very transparent and mindful of the costs and I am grateful. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good phone and deal to shop here.

LET'S TAKE A MOMENT TO TALK ABOUT SAM THE SCAM This man has a title of authorized user of AT&T but He's nothing more than a total disgrace and a gross representation of the AT&T Corporation. There have been multiple complaints from various people who have attempted to do business with this shyster. As a matter of fact there has been an official petition that was circulated around the local area to put this man out of business! He has been reported MULTIPLE TIMES to the Better Business Bureau. This individual has been mentioned so many times on social media by the folks who have been burned by this man they're really ought to be a separate YouTube channel someone seriously should consider creating about him called hoodwinks and thieves (like and subscribe if you want to know how to avoid dealing with this man) It's gotten so out of hand with the Perpetual lies and the empty promises this individual has made even the local Congressman has been made privy to his impropriety! There is absolutely no shame in this man's scamming game, I have heard him call customer service pretending to be a customer just so he can temporarily appease the clients that are looking for a good deal on their service. He gets them what they want just so they are satisfied enough when they walk out the door. Then all of a sudden the customer sees their bill and all the charges that they don't understand because it was not what was agreed to when having an in-person conversation with this man in the store. This is a classic example of what happens when you do business with the devil! I have heard him make multiple statements alluding to the fact that he does not care about the customers, and the only thing that matters to him is making sales, and as a matter of fact this man is so damn BOLD he tells customers that he's not in when in actuality as we're all standing in a line looking stupid outside the store locked out peering through the windows, while blatantly seeing him walking back and forth inside the store but yet you're telling people that you're not in and of course the store never opens on time when it's supposed to.

Malik and Sam are the best they went above and beyond for us. Made our holiday shopping so special and easy. Malik was so respectful and educational about everything. Thank you guys i will Be referring you guys to everyone in town.
