I'm a new patient of Dr. Brodsky, as he was referred by my PCP. I was very nervous going in but Dr. Brodsky welcomed me as if he'd known me for years. He made me feel comfortable and lowered my anxiety. I truly feel that we're going to have a great relationship going forward. I didn't wait too long after my scheduled appt time but, as my eyes have witnessed, I must have patience if my wait time becomes lengthier because this office is booming with patients and staff.

I saw Dr. Mongroo. She was so pleasant and thorough and kind. She really listened and got my entire lengthy history and took a ton of blood to get to the bottom of the issues I'm having. I'm so grateful that she took her time with me. The office was friendly, COVID safe and prompt with my appointment. When I first called to schedule I didn't know what to expect but they were able to see me pretty immediately (within a week of calling) and I didn't have a long wait in the waiting room when I got there. Very happy and will be back for my follow up in a few weeks!

The best in the field. They set the standard of what a specialist should be. They treat you with care and compassion and not as a number. Anyone looking for a rheumatologist should feel honor to choose them as their doctor!!!

Didn't even get to make a first time appointment! I was hold for 20 minutes the service said I am # 1 in line, Then it rings only to have a person pick up the phone and say Rheumatology please hold! This happened 3 times. I called 2 more times of the day and was on hold for long lengths of time! First impression is everything, at this point I don't even want an appointment. I will go elsewhere!

Excellent practice, Dr. Levine is knowledgeable, caring and very on top of your case. Janet at the front desk goes above and beyond to assure your getting proper support. She is polite, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Karen in the back office works hand in hand with special needs, coverage and care. She is always willing to help and works tirelessly for her patients. Sheree, the intake nurse is kindhearted, very pleasant and easy when asking difficult questions. Lovely young ladies help make your doctors visit pleasant and less stressful. Happy Holidays to all!

Im attending this place currently for treatment. Definitely love Dr Brodsky.unfortunately the staff that work in this place are the worse. They never answer the phone calls, I waited 40 mins on the phone, called everything day within one week and no luck. When the lady finally did answer they rude and not helpful.being waiting for their call for a new treatment and nothing they don’t care. Very sorry for Dr Brodsky since he is an American doctor.

Dr.Brodsky was amazing. He really made me feel like I knew him for years and this was only my 1st appointment. He explained everything clearly so I can understand what the plan was. They also do blood work and mri and everything on site. His Medical Assistant Mr. Mark was extremely professional and both him and Dr.Brodsky bed side manner is awesome. The phlebotomist was very gentle and kind what an awesome team. The front desk lady I was dealing with was very nice as well. No long wait times. I would highly recommend Dr.Brodsky for your rheumatology concerns. You can tell he loves what he do.

I was waiting on the phone for an hour and 45 minutes to schedule an appointment. After all they saying, they can schedule an appointment without me providing my SS
