Not bad service at all, I had a good service, food came quick and gentlemen were really nice. Maybe better greeting the customer, like a 'Hey how are you.. ' Building relationships with customers is number 1 to me.

This deli is absolutely wonderful! The food is always fresh, there is a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, baked goods, and pizza options! The entire staff is super friendly and it's moderately priced which makes it even better. They've never gotten my order wrong when I order over the phone and are always prompt with the order. Would highly recommend this deli!

I was advised to sign up for there customer list by one of my coworker to win a free lunch. I really didn't think much of it but guess what? I won a free lunch today. As I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful worker. The interior was beautiful and there were so many options to choose from. The place was clean and welcoming. What I would like to compliment was how helpful the chef was. This is a great place for a small party or to even have a meal by yourself. They have a cooperate menu and a variety of choices to choose from. Last but not least, the sandwich I received today was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend this place. Go ahead, join there customer list and check them out!

Awesome fresh food 3rd party we had catered, everything was delicious and tasted homemade, on time with delivery, also awesome brick oven pizza, service was kind and responsible. Sal the owner is like family he treats you like family not just another paycheck. Thank you sal great job as always.

Used to come here all the time...not any more. A basic sandwich on a hero is like 15$. I rather go to Dominics delii can get the same with a side of chicken fingers for the same price

My family gets sandwiches from Piccolo at least once a week and the food is always amazing! We also use Piccolo's catering service for every single family party and everything is always delicious! For my backyard wedding this past Saturday, we ordered individual wraps and paninis for everyone. The wraps came in individual boxes so there was no chance of contamination and our guests loved it. They raved about the food and people were coming back for seconds and thirds. We love Piccolo!

Hi I just picked up 2 sandwiches I got a godfather and a turkey sandwich on a roll, the turkey sandwich was made perfectly and it was stacked with turkey, however The Godfather was a disappointment, I’ve gotten The Godfather a couple times before and it wasn’t the same, there was barely any meat on it and the bread was stale like the sandwich was sitting there for a while. I’ll probably give this sandwich spot another try, hopefully is better next time

Horrible service, the owner is a horrible human being who doesn’t know how to treat customers. The sandwich I ordered tasted spoiled, when notified I was treated poorly. If there was a zero I would give a zero review.

Unfortunately there are only maybe 2 people in here who make good sandwiches. I love the place, and the food is fantastic but this is now 4 times I have gone in for lunch only to get back to my office with an incorrectly made sandwich. Today was supposed to be grilled chicken with prosciutto and fresh mozz, instead of proscioutto they gave me red peppers. I don't have time to always wait for the one guy who I can trust behind the counter, so I doubt I will return.

I was extremely disgusted when I saw two workers making out on the station where they cut our meats. It’s disgraceful. They are not clean at all and I’ve seen multiple dead flies when I bring my food home. I asked for extra napkins and the man didn’t speak English he gave me a dirty look and spit in my napkins and meat. For this I’d have to rate it zero stars but unfortunately the minimum is 1 so this will do.
