    Update after 5 business days: I've never dealt with a more unprofessional business. I left messages for both the General Manager and Finance managers on Saturday to get the matter of my deposit refund and my credit inquiry resolved. I never received a call back from either. When I finally called the dealership after giving him the entire business week to respond the general manager Mauricio refused to speak with me. I was told he was too busy to speak with me to resolve an issue he created. Icing on the cake? The dealership refused to refund the full amount of what I was charged for my deposit, evidently the transaction fee they charged me was my problem and not theirs, because according to them deposits don't mean anything even though they'll gladly take one from you. After refusing to be ignored, I finally was contacted by the finance manager and essentially told that the fact that my credit being was run was my fault because I was attempting to pay for a vehicle they had sold out from under me? Not sure about the logic there... He assured me that he's been doing this for over two decades and all of this was normal. I shouldn't be worried, the inquiry will fall off my credit eventually. The only way according to him that they can remove an inquiry is if the credit was run fraudulently. Entering into a verbal, and written agreement to sell a vehicle, collecting a deposit, and selling it to someone else because they were willing to pay more sounds a lot like fraud to me. The only thing I gleaned from his interaction was that they've been taking advantage of people at this dealership for over two decades. I'll say it again. Steer clear. I'm sure they're nice and friendly when they know your money is coming their way, but I'd be extremely wary of how they'll treat you after they've been paid. There are plenty of google reviews on here for people who have taken their vehicles in for service that seem to confirm this. Stay away, stay away, stay away. I'll be filling a formal complaint against them with the attorney general, and BBB. They made no actual effort to remedy a situation that they created and instead blamed me, the person that was taken advantage of. Original Review: Search elsewhere if you're looking for a company that values people before profit. Their word apparently doesn't mean anything so long as someone is willing to pay more. We called interested in a vehicle, agreed on a price, put down a deposit (which evidently doesn't guarantee anything), scheduled a delivery, submitted all of my information/paperwork, and then were told the vehicle was being sold to someone for more than the price I had in writing and could pick the vehicle up before me. To top it all off, they ran my credit as well. Nobody we spoke with in the dealership was willing to accept responsibility even though we followed the exact procedure our "salesperson" Tiffany indicated we should. The general manager was too busy, or their staff was too unwilling to advocate on our behalf. If you're looking for integrity look elsewhere; they're evidently interested only in their bottom line here.

    Want to thank Freddy for making my experience easy and being a great guy and a man of his word. Bought a 2020 370z with 1k miles they had from a trade in. I drove down from Massachusetts for this purchase as this car had exactly what I wanted. Had some good laughs, was in and out in a couple hours with time to beat the New York traffic. Thanks again Freddy. I would recommend this location to to anyone reading this review.

    I would like to recognize Gisele’s hard work. She was my salesperson last week when I went to buy a new car. She was very dedicated, patient and so nice! She made the sale go so nice and smooth.     Two people here went above and beyond to get me into this GR86; Chris Valdez and Ahmad Hussein. Anyone who’s looked into purchasing a GR86 knows that they’re almost impossible to get without a ridiculous markup and even more so if you opt for a manual transmission. When my mother and I came to the dealership for the first time in February, we were greeted by a whole host of friendly staff and sat down with Chris to discuss the price of the car. At first, Chris offered us the standard $6000 markup the dealership was putting on all cars. After we put him thru hell and back in a loop for hours, we finally settled on getting a $3000 markup including all add ons. For the 5-6 months between me putting a deposit down and getting the car, Chris and I kept in touch. He gave me frequent updates and always promptly answered all of my questions. When the car came, he notified me that I had to finalize the deal within 48 hours of the car arriving or else another salesman would be able to poach his sale and sell it to someone else willing to pay much more than I was willing. Chris introduced me to Ahmad in the finance department, of whom me and my mom also put thru hell and back. With his magic, he was able to get me a financing rate of 6.79% for 6 years. Not bad for a 22 year old with no co-signer and no real credit history! After many grueling hours, the deal was sealed and I was able to drive home my 2022 Halo white GR86 Premium MT last night!

    I’m not happy . I was promised that it will take two hours maximum for the oil change but it took three and half hours which is not acceptable, I add that service manager Chantal Andrew is really nice person. She tried her best continue calling technicians For the delay but nothing happen. So 5 stars for Chantal Andrew for great service but 0 star for technicians. Deptt. For their pathetic service. They should know the value of time for the customer.

    I had a terrible experience with the service department today. Apparently if anybody has the prepaid maintenance plan you cannot use two services on the same day. I was never told this and had this maintenance contract for several years now. I called the service department to make the appointment and told them I needed an oil change and tire rotation and that I had to pre-paid maintenance plan. They made the appointment and did not tell me that I can only have one service performed per day under the contract. When I arrived to the service department the service advisor told me I can only choose one service item either an oil change or tire rotation. He then proceeded to tell me I can bring the car back tomorrow for the other service item. Do they think I have nothing better to do but to go back-and-forth multiple days to the dealership to have service done? That I already paid for with this contract. I had them change the oil and I had to wait two hours for that and apparently they’re no longer washing the cars complementary anymore when you bring the vehicle in for service. I do not recommend their prepaid maintenance contracts and their service department anymore. Times have changed and unfortunately it shows.

    I recently went to Millennium Toyota to get my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback inspected and I required an oil change on the car. The car has less than 4500 miles and I’ve had my car for over 3 years now. I’ve bought the car from this dealership; When I bought the car, inspection and oil changes were free; however that only lasted for 3 years. This was time was my first time trying to understand their pricing structure for car services. Getting my car services there was the worst experience I've had getting a car services. I was there for 4hours (Got there at 11:20am - left at 3:20 pm) and I was getting scammed for unnecessary services on my Car that I totally didn't need. Never going to go back there after that experienced and I would totally not recommend anyone going there to get their car inspected. I’ve been sharing my story with friends and family because nobody should be treated this way!

    First service appointment for my new car. Service manager, Stephanie Rivera, was outstanding. She explained what would be done thoroughly in language I could understand, kept me up to date with progress reports. When I picked up the car, she again explained what had been done and asked if I had questions or concerns.

    The service team at Millennium Toyota is as good as it gets! My service manager Mr Jair took me in immediately upon arrival at my scheduled appointment time and printed me out a full description of everything I came in for. I was given an exact price quote for my visit, I signed and informed the manager my time sensitive situation to get back to work. Took my wife to brunch and within the exact time promised as we requested the check for our food, like clock work MrJair texted me that my wife’s Sienna was completed and ready for pick up. I’d like to thank the entire staff all the way to your cashiers who helped expedite the transaction smooth and swiftly. What a good feeling to get this kind of service in this day and time. To make my experience a five star Mr Tony V. the service supervisor gave me a follow up call to make sure that all of my maintenance needs were met. Keep up the good work and I look forward to coming in for my next service repair maintenance.

    It has been a pleasure servicing my vehicle at Millennium Toyota. My original plan was to have service done at my local Toyota 5 miles away. Scheduling and lack of communication made me wary of my local dealership. My time is very important. I took a 35 miles drive east to Millennium on a weekend. I was in and out within 1 hr, less even. So glad I went there and will plan to keep servicing with them. The process was organized and department took me in without any issues. The service bay was huge and not cramped unlike Brooklyn. Waiting room was vast, open area, and clean. My car was returned in the same condition I left it. Coffee and drinks were free. I took a quick look around the showroom. By the time I returned, there were individually wrapped bagels ready to be served. Most importantly, my experience with the service rep is why I will keep going back. David Jaramillo was my advisor. He was top notch. Kept me updated. Respected my requests with a can do attitude. He was cordial, courteous and an asset to the Toyota team. Amazing experience. Better than service at Brooklyn Lexus even. Recommending everyone who is looking for Toyota service that is trustworthy, look for David at Millennium.

    We came to Millennium Toyota on a mission—to find a reliable car at a fair price. We got all that and more! All thanks to the literal BEST sales consultant Khaled Salam!!! From the second my mom and I called Millennium, a super sweet lady named Anissa answered the phone, talked to us about a car we saw online, made us an appointment, and followed through by greeting us when we got there and setting us up with the amazing Khaled!!! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions (even though we probably asked him the same ones five times over). Purchasing a car is a big deal and can be stressful, but Khaled truly made this experience a wonderful one. A big thank you to Gary also for efficiently walking us through the closing process. I LOVE my beautiful car so much!!!! She is so special and I couldn’t have imagined having a better sales consultant to work with. HIGHLY recommend Khaled at Millennium Toyota!!!     I have been going to this dealer to service my Toyota Camry for more than 15 years. They are really good. The staff is very professional and courteous. They listen to you and explain everything. They always do the 21 point inspection every time and there is no pressure to do the recommended works if you’re not ready. If it is an emergency, the service Representative takes time to explain the reasons to do the repairs immediately. The waiting area is spacious and accommodating. They have very comfortable chairs where you can sit and use your laptop using their Wifi while waiting for your car. Fresh coffee is available at all time.

    When you arrive at the service entrance, you are directed to drive in and are greeted by the person who checks your car in. Then you are guided to the service writer's office. There are several of them. Then the service writer, reviews the services to be performed and the cost. All the service writers I have met are very polite and professional. I explained that I needed my vehicle back by 2:00. She said they would do their best. I went to the waiting area, which has comfortable seats, two large screen TV's and complimentary coffee. After the mechanic inspected my vehicle, he recommended a change of coolant and transmission fluid to the service writer. She explained that to me along with the cost. I agreed to the additional services. My car was ready at 1:30. They had performed all the services including a free exterior car wash. Overall, I believe this is an excellent place to have your Toyota serviced.

    As I sat for 5 hours due to not getting a shuttle back home although my name was listed as of 9am I had time to see your employees customer service. The employees starting with Adrianne was smiling and very upbeat. I was a little upset with cashier as I went and asked her where should I leave my car. I was told to pull it in and I looked and the gates were down. So I said here? She sounded either upset that I’m asking questions or has to say it all day long which I would also not like I didn’t see anyone to open the gate so I could go in. I just waited not too long for someone looked like I woke him up. But for the record all other employees I noticed was smiling being very attentive. My first thought was they must get good pay. Never had I seen such great customer service by so many employees. You should be proud of your team. Sorry this text is so long but all in all for sitting 5 hours your employees showed what great customer service is I also manage a team in the customer service area and tell my new employees my employees (all new). And tell them my experience. at your dealership. The 2 I did mention should work on customer service skills and they would complete a full service team.

    The service team at Toyota has gone downhill in the past five or six years. The office staff is unfriendly, condescending, and do not know much is the manager is awful and rude, and to bring him out and I’ll be able to do anything doesn’t serve any purpose, other than aggravating and frustrating the customer. And the mechanics, the garage service crew, continue to return the car having “touched something” that should not happen and make the car reset electronically. I have had this happen to me enough that I know to check certain features before I leave. And no one was able to help at that time. They’re not understanding that my coming back on another day did nothing for me. I had absolutely no interest in seeing any of them that I called the manufacturer and they walked me through how to correct.

    Khaled and Chris in sales were nothing short of amazing. Knowledgeable, and friendly, not your typical pushy salesman. The entire experience was quick but not rushed, they made everything as easy as possible, quite the one stop shop. Alisa in finance was just as fantastic, explained everything and took all the anxiety away that you get from making such a large purchase. After all is said and done I can say with certainty we will be back for our next car

    Truly an amazing dealership! Over the past decade, I have purchased and serviced a couple of cars! They have made me feel like apart of the family! Ahmed, one of the managers know sold me my first Toyota! He was just starting out at the dealership as a entry level sales associate. My good friend Jeff was the sales manager at the time! My service rep was always Chantel…. What an amazing team! Lots have changed now, Jeff moved up to better opportunities only to make way for others on the team grow! It was a pleasure revisiting the crew with my son! Ahmed remembered him as a toddler jumping in the showroom from car to car! Was in the market to purchase a 4 Runner this time, and the whole crew went above and beyond to get me the right price for my trade and get me into the truck I wanted! Got an opportunity to make a new connection with Kai who was my new sales associate, and made a new friend from my home country! Super happy with the experience always! Highly recommended and trusted dealership! Part of our family and always dear to my heart!

    Excellent service provided. The staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and it was all completed within a reasonable amount of time with all aspects of the service taken care of most expeditiously. This is my fifth vehicle purchased from Millennium Toyota and I could not be more satisfied with every facet of their service department. Kudos to all!!

    I had issues with the service and tried calling the service manager, but I never got a call back. My comments: - I received a call from a very aggressive salesman at the dealership while the car was in for service. I don’t want a new car, just service on my current vehicle. - I had my car serviced two weeks ago and I am getting a message saying my car needs maintenance. - The reminder sticker doesn’t make sense. I don’t think the techs can count; why would I need service in five months and not six? The mileage calculation was correct. - The service doesn’t match with the 30,000 mile service. Is the factory manual right? Shouldn’t the cabin air filter been replaced and shouldn’t the rear differential and transfer case oil been replaced? I would be happy to update my comments if I get responses to my concerns.

    Such a great experience getting my new car. My salesman Sal/Salim was such great help he walked us through the whole process. Also so thankful for the great help of the finance manager Hector Maltés. I’ll definitely recommend you guys coming to this place and working with this two people.     Repair Shop is top notch. They are responsible and will never try to sell you unnecessary repairs. The waiting facility is great. As for sales, eight years ago I went to buy a car from them with an appointment with a salesman - he was too busy and delegated it to someone else, eventually I ended up buying from elsewhere

    Roger Dumas helped me find the car of my dreams! He made the car buying process easy and stress free. He didn’t make me feel rushed and answered every question I had throughout the process. Roger told me about little details on the car that I never would’ve thought to ask like about the suspension and how this model is different from the previous year and different trims. He has even reached out to make sure all my questions were answered after I purchased the car. Totally in love with my RAV4 XLE Premium!!!

    I just purchased a new vehicle for the new year. My experience was great. My car salesman Alejandro Lopez was very helpful and not too pushy. He answered all my questions and didn’t try and persuade me into making a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. The dealership had good inventory as well. Overall it was a great experience for me.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE. This is the only Toyota service dealer I'll ever be going to. Sebastian is amazing, tells you exactly what's going on, gives his recommendation and you decide what to do next. For the past 10 years I have been getting robbed by other auto services. So I decided to come to this dealership 2 years ago and ever since I come out w. A huge smile on my face. Their prices are even better than the local auto service shops.

    Such a great place to go for service on your vehicle where they treat you as a guest and not just a number! Chantal she is wonderful to work with! I will tell you that when you buy from here either used or new you are treated the same which cannot be said of other dealerships!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!! If you need to buy a car go see me man Roger in sales he will be the best person to help you out!!

    Husnain the finance manager is breathtaking…. Never have I ever seen such exceptional professionalism.. best guy. Hands down. Gary the director is masterful at what he does… do yourself a favor, respect yourself and see them. You will not be disappointed. I bet my life on it.

    My appointment was schedule for 8:40AM. I arrived at 8:30 and waited for the car in the waiting area. Very nice area, coffee provided. I was out by 10:30 0r 10:45.. so service was prompt as I expected. my only complaint is that I was asked if I wanted a car wash when I dropped off the car and to my surprise, after paying, getting the keys a picking the car outside on the lot the car had not been washed. I took time off of work to do this and therefore didn't have time to go back in and mention it... but if you offer something make sure it gets done. otherwise you are better off not saying anything at all.. a bit disappointed.
