They have bed bugs in room and service is very bad outdide the hotel all trash Dont waste money look something good

They have bed bugs in room 306!! My boyfriend went the next morning to let them know and they have him an attitude and claimed they had no bed bugs!! When we went a few weeks prior we watched a couple leave ( we had to wait for a room) , the gentleman who was leaving had on a red hoodie, girlfriend had a red weave. We get to the room there’s red fuzz balls all on the inside of the comforter as if the bed was made with the same bedding!! The guy at the front desk claimed it was from washing the lining, it came from another comforter(false info btw) any other time I’ve gotten a room I haven’t had this problem. The bed bugs turned me off! Don’t deny it just fix the damn problem. If they wash all the sheets together no other room is safe!! Be careful guys. Under my tit looks ridiculous 😡😡

It’s very bad people don’t going with your girlfriend and with your family

This place is a dump. Most people who go here use this motel for a quickie. There is always drama in the outside parking lot. Very trashy, and the man at the front desk is so rude. I called twice to complain to him and he just hung up on me. Do not waste your time or money on a convient dump, because you may even end up taking those bed bugs home.

The front desk guy offered a rate to my wife but when we showed up as a couple, he changed it. We checked out the room and it wreaked of smoke. So we opted out on staying here during a long layover. On our way out, a dude just checked in and had a bunch of drugs in ziploc bags fall out. I wish I was joking.

Rooms absolutely need an upgrade but you pay for it i suppose. It's pretty cheap literally. Also the short stay should be 4 hours instead of 3. Overall it's pretty blah.

It does it's job, always smells like cigarettes though

I like this hotel because it has an ice machine there and sever self coffee in the morning but if you get another over night you go r have to pay a extra 40 dollora when the room is 110 clearly

Delightfully clean and elegant little motel. While there are some spacious rooms most are cramped. Excellent for a night out . Beside there shorts stays are more than reasonable. Sometimes parking is a bit of a challenge nevertheless I highly recommend it.

They have missing lamps, some old tables. But thanks for having a place available to sleep and shower thats in a good location.

Toilet over flooded into the room. Manager gave us a bigger one though.

The manger sent people to my room to open the door on me (unsuccessfully invest in a portable lock mechanism) A HOUR prior(11:35 instead of 12:30) to my check out. And then barred me from service. *shrugs* if you can afford a better GO!! Terrible rooms. Terrible smells. Roaches. Dirty towels. stained sheets. BEDBUGS. Definitely not a safe place, especially for women. Then on top of that I asked for names from three different men and everyone name is only “Patel” All these “place is clean” comment is lies. Those lil women only swap out towels in my opinion, nothing is actually clean

I love it They help if you need a room and they will work with you.. But it's definitely worth the stay got alot of food places close by and a park they you can take your kids to.. I supermarket/ clothing store near you and have the best hotel right at the parklway motel

The hotel is well designed, well constructed, well maintained and well kept clean. The staff is very professional, very friendly and very polite. I never had a issue and the front desk was always very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel the room was spacious and the price was affordable will go again. Staff was very friendly gave me extra towels when requested.

Great motel, friendly staff, prices are reasonable highly recommend.
