I’m a big fan of your food and go out of my way to go eat it. I went w my son for his first skinny pizza experience and took the 40 min ride to Roslyn. Staff is wonderful as always. But to see 8 different places as “now available” advertised from outside, to the huge menu board, to the napkin holder, to the menu, to online, paper menu, etc “NOW AVAILABLE low carb keto cauliflower” and when you ask for it they look at you with dismay and say we don’t offer that anymore. I mean seriously is that not false advertising. For a franchise that’s just horrible marketing and really something to be ashamed off. Really makes what could have been a wonderful experience something else. You should do better.

Have ordered from them in the past and always pretty good. This time pizza —which costs $42 for a 16 inch cheese less pizza — arrives late and cold. Shortly after eating it, I became sick. Still sick this morning. Not sure if it was the pizza but can not guess at what else it could be based on proximity to time eaten. Certainty an unusual experience for them and prior to this would have given them a four plus. Perhaps I should have used seamless instead of slice to order. But, will never order from here again.

When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by the welcoming door bell and friendly staff. The store's bathroom was very clean. The aura of the store was as comfortable as the soft, cushioned seats. Within 10 mins I ordered, paid for and walked out the store with my large pie, thanks to a friendly employee, Stephen. The service was exceptionally quick. I ate the buffalo chicken pizza which was AMAZING. The buffalo sauce was perfect. I LOVE the thin crust pizzas and the fact that the animals are farm-raised, grass-fed. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Made by Stephen.

Don’t use website to order pickup: the prices are higher than calling in the order AND they add a convenience fee on top of that. 1 star for the website/ 5 stars for the food.

There were three problems with my experience. First, they messed up my order: I asked for (and paid extra for) peanut butter in my acai bowl, and they didn't give me any. Second, the quality of the food was pretty low: the bowl was almost entirely (roughly 90%) the acai base with very little other fruit or granola. The fruit that was there wasn't properly prepared (for example, the banana wasn't sliced, so there was just one chunk of banana on top that I had to cut myself with the weird spoon they gave me). Finally, the drinks were overpriced: a small bottle of off-brand water cost $2.50, nearly twice what it would cost at an already-overpriced convenience store or gas station nearby. This place is directly on my way home from work, I pass it most days, but unless they get new owners or something, I'm probably never going back.

I bought 2 personsl.pizzas cost over 35 and a soda that was warm asked for a cup with ice and they wanted to charge me 1 dollar for a soda that was hot and I bought from.them, my review is poor not because of a dollar but because of the ethics

The people are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. BUT, I got a stomach ache that lasted for hours after I ate there. I had one from them a few months ago, thinking it was a coincidence, but the same thing happened again today after trying them for a second time. I dont have this reaction to pizza from other places. I don't know why it's just here
