Nice store but staff isn’t that friendly and when you did find a staffer that wasn’t friendly they didn’t know the area you found them In

Terrible costumer service. I felt disappointed because they have this great store with awesome prices and great selection for everyone but yet employees are very rude, no all of them but most. Unless they want people to buy online only.

Awesome.... got what I needed. Get a Macys Card, thank me later. Staff was very helpful and worked to find what you needed. Thank you. My first purchase there.

Macy’s men’s store was fantastic. I was still looking for a pair of polo white jeans for a white party we are attending soon. The Ralph Lauren polo associate I think her name was Melissa was fantastic. She provided personal shopping and identified everything that I needed. She deserves big kudos from Ralph Lauren polo.

Went there they had better sale on Ralph Lauren Polo clothes then the Macy's site have. Went to look they had a lot of items on the 40% of rack. It's better to go there then to order on the Macys app.

I spend thousands of dollars shopping at Macy’s but unfortunately this location’s cash register ladies are very unpleasant and immigration officers attitude.

So me and my boyfriend had to attend a party all over in white. We went to Macy's he had to get white clothes, shoes While we were there he fell in love with a brown shoes He did not want it at that time so his birthday was up soon So I went back there and I bought him the shoes for his birthday. Macy's Clothes are incredible, Love the hundred percent cotton, Always be back for more and more great customer service 😀

Has alot of good items, suits on sale regularly, inexpensive t shirts like sun and stone brand and of course a large selection of POLO by Lauren which cost a bit but its good quality

As someone who is not about shopping, here I can spend time. Very good customers service and alright prices.

The Cashiers in the Macy's Men's shirts & suits department were phenomenally helpful with my fiance and another male customer. I will shop there again.

They didn't have much Nautica summer shirts, but the few were still OK.
