Absolutely gorgeous Atmosphere and friendly employees. I really found the food quite enjoyable with a decent balance for what you pay. The hot bar of sauces to try I really loved alot. I would definitely recommend giving them a try. 🐺🌯

So atmosphere was awesome. Chips and salsa, so many hot sauces. The food was subpar though. The chicken tasted like canned shredded.

The food choices here are always on point. Clean, and well lit dining area. Staff are friendly and personable. I always seem to find something new to try and the sauce bar is very much a star of the show. I will certainly be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and visiting family.

Was great as most of them in this chain are. I live to see the owners or managers step up and help. And when you can tell they are good at their job is when the employees show them respect. Great food great staff thank you

Food is great but nobody seems to understand how to think for themselves. Tried to order an additional taco and was told I could only order meals. I asked why the menu says "add a taco to any entree" and was told they only honor that on Tuesday, which makes no sense and is NOT what the menu says.

Wanted to eat here on Saturday and they were out of flour tortillas (clearly started when we tried to order). We tried again the next day, and today there is no shortage of tortillas me toned so we ordered. We made the order online and went to pick it up- 25 minutes after ordering, while standing in the store waiting to pick my order up and they call me to tell me that they are out of shrimp and flour tortillas. They had 25 minutes from the time we placed the order until we were at the store, so then I had to let the rest of my order get cold while they made something else. Seriously disappointing experience and I won't be spending money here again.

Delicious food! Service was friendly. Gave it only 4 stars because they advertise margaritas but they’re wine based. They don’t have a full bar, just beers and such. You order at the register and they bring the food to you, no wait staff though. The sauce bar was GREAT! Will definitely order to go from here soon!

This review is not specific to this location, but to the entire corporation. This just happens to be the location I ate at. The service and food quality are what you would expect. Nothing great, but good for "FAST FOOD". The price however is completely outside of the foods quality. Four people ordering chips and caso for the table and basic meals (2 steak burrito meals and 2 chicken flauta meals). $75 for the bill. If this was a sit down place, with sit down quality service and food I'll pay it, but this is fast food. I go to the counter, I order, and if I need a refill I go back up. Tijuana Flats has lost a customer.

The place is famous for its hot sauces. I highly recommend!

When I googled Mexican Restaurant near me, this place was closest. I assumed it was a real restaurant, not fast food. Being vegan, I got the Bowl with black beans. No cheese, thank you. The bowl was small, not enough lettuce. Chips were very salty, but, I liked them. My husband ordered tacos. He said they were too small. Ordered a side of cilantro lime rice. We tasted no lime. I won’t return. For fast food, I prefer Chipotle or Moe’s. Eating outdoors was very nice, however. The weather was beautiful.,

Great place to kick back eat good food and absorb the atmosphere in. Had blackened chicken tacos. Very tasty. They have many hot sauces to choose from. I like Bee Sting. Prices are very reasonable.

My husband and I went out to dinner tonight at Tijuana Flats in Ocala Florida. The food was excellent and the staff went out of their way to insure we enjoyed the food. The manager checked with us to see if we needed anything, but we didn’t. We hadn’t been there in awhile and were very pleasantly surprised. Greg, the manager, was helpful, friendly and worked right along with his staff. The food was so good- the best we have had in awhile. We don’t do extra spicy - but this was delicious. I would give the manager and his staff high marks for an excellent dining experience!!! My husband and I hadn’t been there in awhile but we will certainly be back soon!!! I loved it!! My family loved it!! We went on Taco Tuesday and got the deal and it was a lot of food. The hot sauce options are many. There are some that's WAY to hot for me but my husband loved them. He had the death wish mixed with another hot sauce. 🤦‍♀️

I have always loved Tijuana Flats for their fresh food, reasonable prices and amazing staff...and this location is one of my favorites that I've visited. Manager and crew are just awesome! Food is on point! I will come here every chance I get for their awesome tacos and hot sauce bar 😁🌮🌶️

Taco Tuesday is the best for food and value. Everything fresh and tasty ....pork tacos and ground beef tacos both excellent with crispy tortilla chips and a soda included. Helpful staff....we called ahead to be sure of parking for our truck and Airstream trailer and they told us just where to park! Thanks

1st of all customer service was great (nothing better than someone being nice to you), second WOW!!! I'm just visiting from Houston TX and we know our way around burritos 🌯 so I wanted to see what they had here, at first I only saw 1 burritos plate on the menu so I asked how big it was because I was hungry, then the cashier suggested a Jumbo something burrito and I was like sure... I had no idea it was going to be huge and the flavor was really good... 👌

We stopped in for a quick lunch and we're glad we picked here. The staff at this location are amazing and know how to take care of the customers. We ordered the blackened chicken burrito and steak and cheese flautas. Both items were really good and we love their salsa bar. So many choices to sample and pair with the food. As we ate we watched two employees the whole time we ate delivering food and constantly checking on all of the customers. We had a bad experience at a restaurant the day before, but this restaurant made our day with great food and absolutely amazing customer service. Keep up the great job! It did not go unnoticed.

This is probably the 3rd time I have ordered from this location. I just have to say the food is always fresh, my order is always correct. Even though I only pick up . The restaurant is super clean and staff is very welcoming and friendly. I feel this starts with the manager. Thank you to the staff for always getting my order correct, food is always tasty and the experience makes this even better! Thank you so so much Ocala staff location!!!!

First timer here and we loved it! Good flavor and nice people

We absolutely love this place. The menu is full of great choices and the choices of hot sauce is definitely a family favorite. The kids like to challenge each other with the hottest sauces almost everywhere we go. Although our last visit, some of the sauces were missing, they've been there in the past, and the kids weren't with us this time. The staff here have been friendly on every visit and we sure wish they'd add more of these restaurants to the Marion County area as we're all over the place throughout the week and it would be nice to find a TF on the north side of town as well. Thanks to the staff for making our visits quick, and pleasant.

This place has really gone down hill.. First off, the chips that come with your meal are expected to be eaten dry and flavorless as salsa doesn’t come with the chips you paid for (like selling someone a sandwich and up charging for the condiments). My burrito had minimal meat and mostly lettuce and fluff. The quesadilla seemed like canned shredded chicken and only two of my slices had meat on them at all. To top it all off the customer service is joke. Go to Taco Bell the quality is actually better and the food is cheaper.

5 stars because I feel for the employees. They are clearly short staffed right now, so food comes out slow. But they are doing their best to keep things moving and clean. The food was good, as always and hot..I was worried with the wait it might not be hot, but they didn't fail me!
