Dear Taco Bell manager, I had the most ridiculous and humiliating experience in your drive thru at this location. We placed an order of about $55 on 10/6 at 9pm. Your associate asked us to wait at the speaker while they caught up on an order. We waited about 15 minutes until the screen cleared and showed the order canceled. At that time I asked if we needed to replace the order. We waited another 5 minutes, and still got no answer, with cars driving by us and leaving behind us. We then drove up to the window and no one was there. We waited, as at this time, it would have been really inconvenient for us to go elsewhere (we came to Taco Bell b/c Zaxbys was already backed up). We often frequent this location after Scout meetings. 5 minutes later, we see OPD in the store and finally see someone there. They then proceed to come out and ask us to leave b/c we were blocking TBs traffic. I asked the officer, in complete shock and humiliation, what and why? He asked me to pull across the street to discuss and we did. He said that they had reported that we had made some derogatory statements and refused to move... Again, we were ASKED to wait, which we did trying to be understanding that they might have had a large order or busy night. Now I am not only hungry, but upset and humiliated. Needless to say, I doubt I will ever return to this location or possibly any Taco Bell. As stated before, I am active in the community and will be sure to share my experience. I have no idea what your employee and staffs problem was, but I sure hope you look into this behavior! Attached is a picture of your time screen with my drinks sitting in the window and I would be happy to offer the police incident report to your district manager.

Eating a power bowl in Tacobell, is like to walking in the beach, at sunset, just delicious. Also the service is amazing, they make me feel unique just Tacotastic.

So I go here from time to time sometimes it's good sometimes it's not the last time I was here I ordered extra meat for my burrito and did not receive it. Also everything was made so sloppy that have of it was pouring out. And on top of everything else they forgot to give me my mild sauce. I was in the Drive-Thru so I did not notice until I got home and the store was closed by that time.

Was clean and not busy . Was empty in lobby. Food was good and warm not hot. You had a choice to order with employee or the machine. They have a drive through not Handicap friendly when entering the building.

Nearly doubled all their prices at the East Silver Springs & North 441 Ocala locations. One week it was more than double ($7 combo for $14.99). Service was always mediocre at best, food never ready in a timely manner, but did usually get the order correct. Cheap/good/fast...first 2 out of the 3 was fine. But not the new menu pricing. Cheaper to sit down & eat at an actual restaurant with much better food, which is what I'm doing rather than go back. GREEDY owner. Good job...lost my business & everyone else I knew who ate there.

Went through the drive through on my way home. Food was good. Wait time was not bad. Not much else I can say

Wanted to sit inside and enjoy a Mexican pizza. Nobody waited on me at the counter and then I noticed tablets behind me saying to order. I did and got my food relatively quick. Sat down to eat and a loud unnerving incessant beeping continued over and over again. Asked the girl cleaning the dining room what it was and I was told it was the fryer. It was not busy and there were plenty of employees standing back there. I love the pizza and am glad it's back but now I don't want to do business with Taco Bell. Not a pleasant experience. Maybe that's tactical to get people to simply use the drive through only.

Usually food is fresh and hot, but something went wrong on 6/23/23 evening shift. Got all the way home, took my 2 tacos from the bag and the wrappers were wet. That was gross enough...but when I unwrapped them there was a huge fly flattened to the taco shell. Called the manager, she seemed like she didn't believe me, but said she would replace the food. She said it was a crazy night with many new trainees. I decided not to travel all the way back for a sub-par replacement. There is no way the person preparing the food didn't notice the fly. Absolutely disgusting! Plus everything was barely warm. I'm not one to complain, but something was very off this night.

Decided to give TB a second chance. We were so pleased with the customer service, a well mannered young man, greeted us, took our order. The food was hot, delish & nothing was missing. The ambiance is drab, bur cleaner. needs updating for bringing-in the light. The bathroom needs attention. I give them an overall 7/10 I will encourage people to go there & enjoy.

We saw advertisements for the volcano menu and were told we could order from it. Then we were told we could only order it online. We were in line at the drive thru and do not have nor want the app. If you can make it for an online order why would you make us get out of line just to order online? The advertisement we saw had nothing on it about it being online either. False advertising and very bad management/ service. They always make you wait at the speaker until they're done with your order. Then several cars line up behind you. They said it's because they're trying to fudge their numbers but they are leaving people waiting forever until they can even place an order. They also frequently leave items out so always check your bag before you leave.

Would give zero if possible Just went into order, no one there or in drive through girl says are you ready to order, and then proceeds to ignore us and is speaking to someone with headset. Then when she's done I start to tell her order and she tells me "hold up," about 3 times. Wth,? Then she says you can order at kiosk if you want. Well we didn't want. And I am not your friend or your co worker that you should be so disrespectful to. This taco bell needs to properly train people. And if you don't want to do your job you shouldn't be there.

Used to be 5 for $1.99 now You only get 2 for that price ??and come on ...really??. next Price is $7.99 .Get back to the Affordable and size Appropriate Menu for the Senior Citizens and Working Class People ..

the lobby has been renovated, or so I was told. the cashier was friendly, upbeat and polite. I had the grilled cheese burrito and the beefy melt burrito, I couldn't tell the difference by taste and wouldn't be able to tell the difference by sight if there was no cheese on the outside of the grilled cheese burrito... definitely not worth the $2 difference when they are the same pretty much.

I’ve placed an online order here on the app many times and almost every time I make the order in the parking lot when I arrive. I wait 10 minutes to go in and still manage to wait 15-20 minutes longer to get my food. Today we waited 30 minutes to receive our food. My Grilled cheese and bacon burrito had no bacon on it and was missing my added rice. I waited another few minutes before I could get a workers attention to have it replaced. Both of my large fries were old and cold. I rarely come to this Taco Bell and get my food correct the first time. This location is great for me and I’ve been coming here since I was a teen it just seems the service has taken a dive since then.

Keep driving, way too frustrating! Spend more time attending to customers and less time handing out free taco coupons for terrible service. Decide whether the drive through line is all you want to serve and close the indoors if people there don't count. Watched an off duty server put their uniform back on and help off the clock, I suspect because they were embarrassed by the way the manager was ignoring customers and distracting rather than helping. We love Taco Bell - but the service here... won't be back.

Just no. Made it five minutes home to open the bag to find a soggy hard taco, 3 soggy soft tacos. All with no sour cream, two missing cheese and one had rice in it. Tomatoes were all inside the wrapper but obviously an afterthough as they were underneath the tacos and no where near the top. 100% will never be back there.

Don't Honestly know how they hire people but what I'm abouv to tell you is no lie. Not exaggerating a single thing in this fact I'm about to share. In every Taco Bell I've been to for an about 4 years stretch. Every single time with out fail they messed up my order . Simple No onion no tomatoes on everything. But some dan way the also add one of the two .. beef burrito, nacho bell grande, chicken quesadilla and taco supreme are the only things I order. Only two have tomatoes and one onions. . why do they hire the slowest worthless people... Why do they have the worst drive thru in the history of my experience.. hands down the worst. To the point I RUFUSE TO USE DRIVE THRU AT TACO HELL.

Pretty darn good Taco Bell if you're going to eat Taco Bell. I don't eat it a whole lot but really clean super friendly staff quick drive-thru. Food was fresh didn't have any issue whatsoever. Will definitely come back here again

I wasn't given my drink that I ordered and my food was made incorrectly. I called the store and explained the situation to the manager & what the Uber one driver said to me. He reassured me that it can be fixed & to come back in at my convenience on a day that he was at the store. He did leave a note if he wasn't there confirming my ordeal so I may still have it remade. The kitchen did remake everything just like I asked.

Refried beans were dry and nasty, Tacos were soggy, the burrito was not properly put together we bought a burrito supreme and we received a bean burrito. Not a great experience...The positive is that customer service drive thru lady was AWESOME and polite. As far as the food they need help and know there products and how to make the food correctly....

Staff was slow, rude and food was cold. When I say cold I mean less than room temp. At the speaker the girl sarcastically said "yeah Im tacotastic" and then asked me specifically not to pull up to the window after my order was complete. When I was finally granted permission to pull up my food was waiting in a bag in a weird place. Maybe they didn't want me to see them make it? I only say this because it was cold like it had been sitting out for hours. Less than *140 for hours cold... Hard shells dissolving from soaking cold. When i finally arrived at the window she couldn't have been more rude about asking me why I was still there. "you need something else? ok bye" Had similar issues a week ago. NEVER complain about anything but thought anyone considering about dining here should know about this.

My daughter and I visited this location after placing a mobile order. We had the pleasure of meeting jimmella and she was the nicest employee I've met there. She was very helpful and very kind to my kid.

The managers, Zooli and Taz are absolutely beautiful people, who are beyond helpful and happy to help. Christine surprised me with her big beautiful smile behind the counter and eagerness to help get us the best deals! I truly enjoy dining in here.

Clean, well lit and helpful staff. My family and I love Taco Bell from time to time. We happened to be driving by this one and decided to stop in. This is a very clean location which we really appreciated. They also had a few new things on the menu since the last time we were here.

Amazing service! I had a mobile order and accidentally drove past the intercom. Young girl at the window told me to drive around again and there were so many cars they were lined up on the street! Luckily, a man brought my order out to me and apologized. Bad service turned to great service in the same trip.

Recreated my favorite missing menu item (chipotle chicken loaded griller) and the new spicy soft taco was delicious. The Cinnabon delights are always delicious and the new wild strawberry lemonade freeze was fantastic. The 2 people at the drive-thru were awesome as well! Thanks!

Not problems, but some unorthodox situations on my end that Stephanie handled efficiently, with great courtesy and friendliness. Overall, great experience with this cashier.

Love the chicken or steak power bowls. I mix it all up together and its great! It has all you need: rice, beans, meat, guacamole, lettuce, tomato n sour cream in one delicious bowl. Its perfect. They got me hooked!

Highly unsatisfied. Both of my burritos have no beef in them. Nor do they have rice. Litterally just cheese and tortilla. Called the manager to try and fix the situation. His exact words were “I’m sorry sir. We can not help you” so I ordered $30 worth of food and only got tortilla and cheese. I also ordered two sides of rice and beans and they only put beans in it. I strongly encourage anyone not to go here. Its not a good experience what so ever.
