Dear
Taco
Bell
manager,
I
had
the
most
ridiculous
and
humiliating
experience
in
your
drive
thru
at
this
location.
We
placed
an
order
of
about
$55
on
10/6
at
9pm.
Your
associate
asked
us
to
wait
at
the
speaker
while
they
caught
up
on
an
order.
We
waited
about
15
minutes
until
the
screen
cleared
and
showed
the
order
canceled.
At
that
time
I
asked
if
we
needed
to
replace
the
order.
We
waited
another
5
minutes,
and
still
got
no
answer,
with
cars
driving
by
us
and
leaving
behind
us.
We
then
drove
up
to
the
window
and
no
one
was
there.
We
waited,
as
at
this
time,
it
would
have
been
really
inconvenient
for
us
to
go
elsewhere
(we
came
to
Taco
Bell
b/c
Zaxbys
was
already
backed
up).
We
often
frequent
this
location
after
Scout
meetings.
5
minutes
later,
we
see
OPD
in
the
store
and
finally
see
someone
there.
They
then
proceed
to
come
out
and
ask
us
to
leave
b/c
we
were
blocking
TBs
traffic.
I
asked
the
officer,
in
complete
shock
and
humiliation,
what
and
why?
He
asked
me
to
pull
across
the
street
to
discuss
and
we
did.
He
said
that
they
had
reported
that
we
had
made
some
derogatory
statements
and
refused
to
move...
Again,
we
were
ASKED
to
wait,
which
we
did
trying
to
be
understanding
that
they
might
have
had
a
large
order
or
busy
night.
Now
I
am
not
only
hungry,
but
upset
and
humiliated.
Needless
to
say,
I
doubt
I
will
ever
return
to
this
location
or
possibly
any
Taco
Bell.
As
stated
before,
I
am
active
in
the
community
and
will
be
sure
to
share
my
experience.
I
have
no
idea
what
your
employee
and
staffs
problem
was,
but
I
sure
hope
you
look
into
this
behavior!
Attached
is
a
picture
of
your
time
screen
with
my
drinks
sitting
in
the
window
and
I
would
be
happy
to
offer
the
police
incident
report
to
your
district
manager.
